  1. Wow that is so much smaller, wow.... I'm glad I got the last one then, awesome set after some small Mods to the towers.
  2. I agree with the animals, I want LEGO City Zoo sets.
  3. I personally think it was too many specialized pieces that were completely useless when trying to make a set that looks better than the box set. Exo-Force had alt builds that were better than the sets released.
  4. The Batman sets were insanely hard to find, I'm not sure why LEGO made so few. However I didn't buy a single Spiderman set that was 75% off. That's how I got all my Spiderman sets. Batman is so much better than Spiderman. Batman is the only super hero who doesn't have magical power, he's awesome.
  5. Stores might not want sets from a failed movie taking up space. Also parents might not want to buy their kids those sets and the kdis might not want PoP sets. So I have hope for a sale.
  6. I took a picture of just the minifigures, 31 of them total, along with extra heads and hands. I already put the hair pieces away when I took the picture.
  7. I wish I had the link but someone made some great Cars cars that looked like they would be $20-$30 sets and looked perfect.
  8. That one works, the spikey helmet works really well too. It would have fit more into the fantasy theme Castle, but still would work in the new Kingdoms.
  9. Actually LEGO releases 20 City sets a year. Last year or the year before someone made a big deal with how many Star Wars sets there were and in reality there were about the same amount of City sets and bother were 20ish.
  10. I saw the butt thing months ago and just tried to ignore it. I don't ask questions about what LEGO is thinking.
  11. Pirates isn't a "core" theme. LEGO said there will always be a Town/City theme, Castle, and Space sets. That get's me thinking, some of the Space Police sets have cool new helmets that they could use for new factions in the Kingdoms theme.
  12. The movie seemed to have bombed in the USA so maybe the sets will go on clearance.
  13. Didn't LEGO already say that Atlantis is getting another year? City will most likely be a Res-Q theme, and a few random sets that haven't been done 100 times. I'm hoping for more Train sets as well. Several new cars and I hope some more airplanes using the newer pieces but in an older systle. Kingdoms I hope will have 7-8 sets, just really go all out and have some new factions (now I almost said fractions ) mixed in with the old ones. I hope Space Police continues and that they introduce a new faction as well, maybe take place on Ice Planet. Have a new police force to go with the bad guys, maybe like a bounty hunter / squat team, or have a special police force of some other kind. Either way I don't see a new Space theme being completely different than the one we have now. There will be a new action theme too somewhere, I'm not sure what. Probably a few more World Racers sets, maybe different colors, aka new factions. LEGO needs to realize instead of making new themes just add more factions to the current ones. I think that would be a win win. Licenses PoP is dead. Maybe a random TS set or two. Probably some new Disney themes, like maybe Cars in System scale for the new movie coming out next year. PotC4 will probably see a return to Pirates but with flesh tones.
  14. Yep, no questions asked. I have gotten like 100 pieces from them (I was missing a bag from a Batman set, there were 78 pieces there I think.) and no one ever asked a thing. They go "Sorry!" and give you the pieces for free. They even ask if it's your fault, liek if you lost a piece and they send them out for free too! It's amazing. However people better not abuse the system otherwise that might change and I'll get mad, you won't like me when I'm mad.
  15. There was an online place (I can't remember the name) that you could have kind of bought a box. However they were sold out and I doubt anyone who ordered one will even get one. (So it doesn't matter I forgot the name.)
  16. It just shows what a disaster the LEGO Company is. It's also a disaster for the fans. The barcodes should go. If I was able to find the minifigures (great job again LEGO) I would like to think I have a chance at any of the 16 minifigures. However with people taking all the zombies and cheerleaders all I would have left to get "randomly" would be divers and crash test dummies.
  17. Series 2 comes out in about a month, there are no more series one, if you missed out then you missed out. LEGO really screwed this up royally in a fashion that only LEGO could. I'm ignoring the next waves, this is such a mess I'll just stick to the normal sets that I know I can find at a decent store for a decent price.
  18. Buy more LEGO and LEGO will follow your way. USA and Germany are the biggest sellers of LEGO in the world, so they aim things for for the USA. LEGO guns have been around for a very long time, at least 15 years, LEGO Pirates had guns in 1989, this is nothing new. I played with guns as a kid, I have never fired a real one. It's a TOY. The cheapest things they can ad to a set is a 12 cent gun piece, oh no-es!!!
  19. The amount people want series 1 has caught LEGO by surprise. I'm sorry but how stupid are the people running the company? Cheap EXCLUSIVE minifigures selling well?! Who would have thought!!! This whole thing has been a complete disaster that I don't even care that there is going to be a series three, screw it.
  20. This is what happens when LEGO starts making pieces in China, they don't even check the weight of the minifigures!
  21. No one here played with toy guns as a kid? What crazy European rules do you guys follow? I played with toy guns all the time, and then made guns out of LEGOs, so what is the big deal?
  22. This whole minifigure thing is a complete and utter mess. LEGO should do one series a year and make the minifigures for 6 months that way you can order 50 if you want instead of 5. Five at a time is a joke, more so if they are all the same!
  23. The set is most likely $80 for gods know what reason. That's the problem with the whole wave, just way too overpriced.
  24. I think LEGO learned their lesson and is making the Impulse sets and the Advent Calendar available everywhere.
  25. I hope those small promo sets make it to Target around Christmas, they are very nice.
