Harry Potter: Wizard's Duel - Duelling Club
XimenaPaulina replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Thanks CM! DS sent! CF, awaiting your R2 DS vs. CM. -
Interesting contest, though I'm not so sure about the quality of my photos (I've never been known for great pictures). But what the heck, it's worth a try, I hope my busy Christmas sked will permit me to do an entry.

Those are indeed nice LDD ambulance designs. But I hope you'll clarify the issue posed by Ralph_S. I know you've done LDD MOCs before that you based on other builder's MOCs and you gave the proper credit/reference/acknowledgment where you got the inspiration. I would assume you just forgot this time around?

Nice LDD Soda Machine BrickWild! The overall shape is very accurate to the real thing. But isn't the glass pane supposed to be trans-clear? Still, good job on this one! I think this is the right place for it. BrickWild has been posting his LDD MOcs in the proper forums for a long time now. Besides, the LDD Subforum rule states:

Harry Potter: Wizard's Duel - Duelling Club
XimenaPaulina replied to ADHO15's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Nobody wants to ADJ for me and Ron? (seems like everybody is on Christmas vacation mode right now eh) Anyway, I already received CM's R2 DS, awaiting yours CF. -
The issue is not actually not what the person's opinion is, but how the person states it. I have deep respect for fallenangel's (and other expert's) intellect and knowledge in the SW universe. It's just sometimes, some members might read one's comments in a negative way if not stated with a less harsh tone. I used to have spats with him before, but as time went by I understood his way of saying things and he in turn toned down a bit on his sarcasm. Though I'd agree there have been some very ridiculous wishes here, but no matter how unrealistic they are, this is the proper place for it. No one is really obliged to comment on every unrealistic wish that is posted here. Back on topic, you mean the Raddaugh Gnasp fluttercraft, a.k.a. Wookiee ornithopter? That would be a good way for TLG to provide us with updated Wookiees (like they way they updated the generic Gungan soldier).

Nice shot of the Freeco speeder 'hovering' over the snow Plissken (the first one), though the other shots need better lighting. Funny idea on the 'Snow Measuring' shot Gen. Magma! But why do you always have photos in the white and blue tints? I love that 'Easy Escape' photo Burman, very funny and nice perspective shot!

MOC: Oh-ho, the mistle toe hung where you can see
XimenaPaulina replied to KotZ's topic in LEGO Town
Haha, nice one KingoftheZempk! Your vig really conveys the message very well, the expression in the lonely dude's face is just perfect for this scene. Great work! -
Wow, simply an excellent creation de-marco! Everything is just perfect about this MOC - the SNOT roads, the classic green car, the yellow car, the building, the cargo boat - all are just fantastic. It was truly enjoyable looking at every inch of detail in this Town masterpiece. A really outstanding job on this one Sir!

Another very nice creation from you HeLena! I really like how you positioned Francesco in that signature breakdance upside-down pose. His posse is very well done too, Jim's facial expression is just totally hip-hop! Good job on the animated pic also. Keep it up! Or maybe to the tune of 'Boom Boom Pow' by the B.E.P. Much more up-to-date (2010).

I love this MOC Helena! It highly resembles a real kitchen, the various elements you've put in there are just perfect for this MOC. Nice to see you first MOC here in EB, good job and looking forward for more creations from you soon!

We're glad to have you here in EB Philocrates, welcome! Nice to hear your story. Hope you enjoy the site!

Hufflepuff Magus Frankfurt Flashburn versus Gryffindor Magus Ollivander Dippet Round 1 Farnkfurt Flashburn l 5 _____________________Ollivander Dippet l 5 High - 0 ____________________________________Mid - 1 Stupefy! - 1 _________________________________Sectumsempra-High - 0 Expelliarmus! - 0______________________________Expelliarmus! - 0 Low - 0_____________________________________Protego! - 0 Low - 0 ____________________________________Expecto Patronum! - 0 Health: 4___________________________________Health: 4 Hufflepuff Frankfurt Flashburn meets again Gryffindor Ollivander Dippet in the duel room as both Maguses aim to step closer on reaching the status of an Auror. Wanting to get back on his winning ways, Ollivander begins the duel with a quick spell that catches the Hufflepuff off-guard and hits him on the torso. Frankfurt immediately recovers and unleashes a Stupefy that overpowers his opponent's Sectumpsempra, sending the Gryffindor sprawling to the floor. The Hufflepuff then attempts to disarm his opponent, but the grounded Ollivander counters with the same spell as both Expelliarmus cancel out each other. Frankfurt continues to be the aggressor, casting back-to-back low sweeping spells that were adeptly countered by Ollivander with a pair of shield charm and his signature Labrador Patronum. Both duelists have shown tremendous dueling skills as we end the opening round tied. Who shall come up with the lead-grabbing attack in the next round? Send in your Round 2 DS when ready. -
Great MOC SilentMode, I have always been amazed by brick-built circular MOCs, which is quite difficult to pull-off, and you've done a nice job achieving the circular shape of this one. Nice work too on the columnar control room, very futuristic indeed.

Very nice action-packed battle scene Athos! Good job on the positioning of all of those minifigs, I really like all the small scenes going on throughout this build. Great entry and good luck!
-
Very interesting ship design puriri. The overall blocky shape fits perfectly its cargo ship description. I also like the SNOT build throughout. Great work!
-
Looks good nol55! Nice work on the Tron bike, but it could still be improved further with a few more parts and pieces. What I'm interested to see is your custom Tron minifig, so I'm looking forward to it.

Quite a radical approach to customization, combining Lego and megablocks, and I must say final product looks good! The use of the ski for the shield is very clever. Nice work Lego (megablocks too?) Lover!

Welcome to the forums Runamuck! Have fun here and see you around!

What?! I think it's an excellent creation! Stunningly brilliant (literally & figuratively) MOC! One of the unique builds I've seen that's just a testament of the builder's creativity and ingenuity. Simply an outstanding work damian! I love every trans-piece of it.

underline emphasize or give link a colour
XimenaPaulina replied to Jan's topic in Forum Information and Help
Same here, everything's fine with Firefox and Explorer. Standard format of links is underlined and slightly different text color. My minor issue is the other way around, I can't seem to unformat (remove underline and change text colors of links). But it's not really a big deal. -

XimenaPaulina replied to Superkalle's topic in Digital LEGO: Tools, Techniques, and Projects
My warmest congratulations Calabar on your promotion! Like what I've said in the other thread, you very well-deserved your new rank because of your undeniable contributions here in the LDD subforum, most especially in the LDD Sets Indexing. Thank you for doing such a great service to us and keep it up! -
Tyranus, Rex! <corny joke drum roll> Nice one Rufus! Brilliant crisp-clear shot! Great shot too Cloney, I love the perspective close-up shot of the Endor rebel's face with all the blurriness of the background. Very well done guys, keep 'em coming!

Hello Helena and welcome to Eurobricks! Very nice intro with your photo and your cat! Enjoy the site and hope to see some of your MOCs here!
