  1. I think this is the wrong text for the picture, or the other way around afcourse. Anyhow, nice MOC, good combination of a complete freight train. The Refrigerator car but also the Gondola are looking very well. The small details like the opening doors give it the finishing touch Some small advice would be to make some new pictures in daylight. Your pictures are very dark and blurry, which disallows us to have a detailed look. I think the whole combination would look even better if you make some shots during daytime.
  2. very very nice As said before the technique for the striping on the doors is very good. I guess they can't be opened any more, but who cares
  3. That interior is really awesome. and there is so much space left in there, wow

    City 2010

I would say the octan tanker looks great. The plane is just the same as the others, and also the airport is not something interesting. However, the tower would do nice in my city.
  5. My first impression was That colorscheme is awefull. But I think this has something to do with the whitebalance on your camera (or the flashlight) because I guess the colorscheme is Blue, Yellow and red. But on the picture it looks like a horrible orange kind. After looking at the brickshelf folder, and closing my eyes for the colors I must say that you did a nice build. It's not my kind of train, but it is a good build with a lot of space inside.
  6. Cool train, great color scheme. Good entry to the contest. I also have a small advice, try to use 1 color bricks next time, I see some dirty white bricks that give it a not so neat look.
  7. Where did I see this kind of train before First of all I would say to use another picture, this one is a bit dark. On your flickr stream there are better ones. Back to the train, in my opinion it looks very good, the cabin with the smoked glass worked out well. All the small details underneath and on the dise of the train make the finishing touch
  8. Great combo. I must say the colorscheme looks really good on the H12, a real impressive wagon this is. On the train and the caboose it just looks a bit less good, but I must say the whole combination is very nice. I also do like the large trailer. Wow, I am gonna try how this one runs on my rail track ...
  9. Good entry. It looks however really short compared to the original you also posted. Looking from the side, the wheelbase just looks to short, but .... I guess not everybody has to like it. BTW, the windows you used at the side, are they supposed to be like this, or are they a bit old and therefore worn. Maybe some clear windows would freshen things up. The idea you had worked out fine BTW.
  10. Impressive. Nice (snot) details. It looks really huge, and that only six wide. Very nice.
  11. I would say, looking very recognisable and a lot better To prove we are at max speed a new addition The Holiday Home GIF XML : 6374 Holiday Home
  12. Cool, that has something to do with capitalized letters. The originals have ".xml" and in the topic I used ".XML". I changed the original topic, so gif it another try please.
  13. Welcome Duq, never knew your real name was Ronald (knowing you from lowlug I always thought it was Duq ) I must say this is an understatement, in my vision you dedicated part of your life to lowlug, many thanks for that BTW. Looking forward to your MOC for the contest and also the tram. Also never knew you build that post train which looks really great.
  14. I did, and still had troubles. I finally used a different approach and used a text search in my files .... that worked So, really busy translating the help file, so I needed a break and created 2 GIFs on my todo list GIF XML : 6363 Auto Repair Shop GIF XML : 6369 Auto workshop
  15. Nice layout, I see some good MOC's, cinema is nice. It would be nice if you could post an overview photo of your city to give us a total overview. btw, interesting scenery you have, this is not the thing I want to have with my kids around, but well. Shouldn't there be a few mob guys doing this instead of the secret service ?
  16. Indeed wow. Very nice build. Agree that the minifig chair is set to high (I guess there is no other solution). In a kart you need to sit 5 cm above the ground ;) I must say the whole kart is exactly the right scale for a minifig, it makes other vehicles and trucks look small
  17. My pleasure, and you know that. I am also working on some gifs this week, but the progress is due to a lack of time. I also had some troubles finding the right elements in MLCAD. It seems that somethimes some specific elements are named a bit different then I expected But I finally found them, so I am hoping to add some more gifs this week.
  18. Wow Freebee, you figured out the trick Good job. I think we are all creating vey good addons for BlueBrick. In some way , I think Alban is very happy with our additions, so indeed it is a luxury probleem
  19. Really nice, i like the combination of the old shed and the modern environment. This one would fit in every town, even a town without a train. Great setting
  20. And while I was busy, I also created the 4956 house. GIF XML : 4956 House
  21. It looks impressive, but to give some constructive comments, do you also have an overview photo of your city?
  22. Next on my todo list was the 4954 House + garage I decided to make 2 gifs of the main model, so the garage can be placed on each side of the house GIF XML : 4954 House GIF XML : 4954 House - Garage
  23. Wow, good work, if you need any help or feedback on the xml's, just let us know. Exactly, I use GIMP to create the GIFs, I normally do not do any sharpening or other edits. The gimp is very usefull for making transparent parts and make sure the gif is properly cut and sized.
  24. oops, you are right, same set, but slightly different name
  25. for a guy who doesn't do trains you did pretty well Nice moc and use of colors. Striping looks great. The "hood" is not my style, it seems a bit weard, but why not Good attempt in the contest
