  1. Cool idea for that vineyard. The vinetrees are very much like the real ones. And you can even change the color of the drapes when it is harvesting season (or are they white grapes?) btw, that roof, nice idea, that must be a lot of work
  2. Damm, this was a real tough one. It was hard to pick, but I finally managed. I think this shows that there are only good entries
  3. Can you stop the time and create gifs, or did you find another speedy gonzales trick, WOW Incredible good job. Btw, it might be good to check the list with available gifs, because these 2 already existed
  4. If I could find the blushing smiley I would add it here. I am afraid I have a big time management problem. So indeed, I did a try to translate the Bluebrick tutorials to Dutch. Missouri_bb63 added everything together and made them available. Feel free to have a look and give your feedback. Link to youtube
  5. the M motor fits nicely in the motor compartment. The wire goes down through the tower, only problem is to hide the batterybox. Best thing to do is either put the windmill on a small hill or put a house next to it. I also saw a small example where somebody put an axle in the tower, and hid the motor + batterybox in a house next to it.
  6. I would only add the left one. The right one is not really connectable in my opinion
  7. Isn't there allready a remake ?
  8. Good review, and indeed very very fast. Luckily it did not change my mind in buying this set. It is still a nice set, but not worth the money for me. Btw, some of your pics are a bit blurry, possibly because you took them in the evening. It would be nice if you had the time to update some ot them.
  9. I voted for the gantry signal. I think this one is the nicest building with a function for the track. But I must say, I was a tough decision.
  10. Very cool, I like the inside, the plough, the silo's and all the other details. The red shed itself ... well ... I am not sure, it's ... maybe too much 4 walls and a roof. But at least that is functional But in total, it is really great oh, maybe one thing more, a normal cow shed from the inside is a bit more dirty then this neat grey floor you have now
  11. Incredible details. The fully finished track, lying a bit deeper so the train attaches on the right height. The windows, the womans dress. I agree, we need more photo's. But maybe we can also wait till the brickshelf folder is released. Great job
  12. This looks wonderfull. The detailing complets it, the grass, the guy drinking coffee and hanging over the side. Wow
  13. Did I step on something As a fact, these trams are still running in Poland. But in Amsterdam, it looks like you are right, which means next time I have to open my eyes when I go to work and see that the old tram type that I am taking is blue and white, and not yellow any more My apologies for the mistake and getting too much offtopic. Back to this beautifull creation.
  14. Hi Duq, what a great entry this is. This one looks very great. I think the cheese slopes are a good compromise (i didn't even know they are available in this color. You really matched the colors and the details of the trams) Outstanding I know you do not live in the Netherlands at the moment, but these trams are still running. If I have the chance to choose between this one and the new combino trams I always choose this one <<picture deleted >>
  15. Cool entry, bright and good use of the colors. I would skip the decals if I were you, for me they do not add any extra value. You mean adding some doors for passengers to enter would have been better ? Maybe you could add a picture to flickr with a side shot where the doors are visible huh my english is pretty well, but I am not sure what you are typing here.
  16. This looks very good I must say you realized a lot of details in the MOC that are also on the original one. Only 2 comments would be, is there a darker green to build it with ? and would it maybe look even better 8-wide ?
  17. Sometimes you have to be creative So if I really miss items I try to use parts that look almost the same.
  18. Ok, this was a tough delivery, it seems that the more sets I do, the more difficult and bigger they get. 7744 - Police station GIF | XML For the people who are wondering. The bad guy is locked in jail and the policeman are playing cards inside.
  19. For a first attempt I would say you did a great job And it looks like it you figured out what to do with the transparent. I can imagine you want to contribute a few more gifs, so please have a look at the index topic if it allready exists, and if not, send missouri_bb63 a message what images you want to create, in this way we will not do any double work.
  20. Nice job The tent looks fine by me. I don't think you have a lot of other good options. I actually think the fishing gear is a very good idea. Do the doors on the side actually open ?
  21. You fixed the pics, great job Now we can see all the details of your MOC's Still like the gondola most. Refridgerator car looks a bit heavy with the thick black roof. Like what you did with the tanker and built in the motor, I didn't even notice the first time. Well done
  22. You fixed the pics, great job Now I can see the small office building and the surroundings. That looks very good. Nice job.
  23. There are several ways. As we speak missouri_bb63 is creating a video tutorial for this. To give you an idea how I do this; 1. I create the model in MLCAD (ldraw or another program is also fine) 2. I make a snapshot of the top-view 3. I rework the snapshot in a photoshop program (I use the gimps) to cut the edges exactly and make sure that the size of the gif is correct. It depends a bit how you want to do this, a lot of options are possible. There are also people who create them with a paint program. My experience is however that the GIFS created with MLCAD have a much better quality. There are also some tips and tricks, for example it is not absolutely necessary to create the complete model in MLCad. You can also just put all elements in that are visible from the top, and then use that top view. It is all up to you, do not feel obligated to choose the way I use. Every addition to the library is welcome. If you need help just ask. By PM or even better in this thread, so other people can make use of the questions and answers. And while you are busy, have a look in this thread to see what has been created so far EDIT : I was to slow As you can see, we do not even use the same method
  24. Like you said, the shed is a bit small. I guess you did not create it for playability, because the train just fits in it. It is a good structure to place in your layout, and compliments for the way you reused parts that look to have only one purpose. Also for this one I would ask if it is possible to place some picture that are created with daylight or a better flash. On these I cannot even see what the small officebuilding on the left looks like. Good attempt.
