So I went ahead and bought 4939: Cool Cars for a much needed Lego fix. It makes a nicely detailed car for the scale. Also makes a nice parts pack with all those 1x1 slopes. And all for only $10, not bad. *y*

The person above me finds me disturbing. ;-)

Er... What have you heard? 8-| :-P I just loved this set as a child, and thought Cyber Slam dozers might be a good idea. ;-)

The person above me has horrible taste in hand held gaming devices. :-P

Nice figs. *y* I think I like the solider best. The walkie-talkie really makes it. The hobo needs something... perhaps rattier hair? And that Michael Jackson... spot on. X-D

That's some great photoshoping there. *y* Love the rainbow colored Ferrari. The Cyberslam dozers would be my favorite though. ;-)

The person above me is scared of red-haired pirates, and has posted in this topic at least ten times in the past couple of days. ;-)

Based on the picture posted earlier, I went ahead and guessed between 40,001 & 50,000. But really, I have no freaking idea. :-P Maybe I'll find out one day when I sort them... I think I like that idea. I just love to build MOCs using limited sets. ;-)

Thanks all. Glad to see I made an impression. :-)

Four-wide Optimus Prime that transforms in one piece!
optimus-convoy replied to PaulC's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Actually that translates to, TORANSUFOOOOOOOOMU!!!! or if you clean up the Engrish, TRANSFOOOOOOOOORM!!!! ;-) What's next in your line of town scale TFs PaulC? How about Megatron as a minifig gun. :-P -
After much procrastination, my entry is complete! On to the info, Whacker: Myself (optimus-convoy) Victim: Unique Builder Implement of Whacking: a hammer, a big hammer. >:-) More on the BS.

The person above me endorses; "Pirates of the Caribbean: Bunny Edition."

Four-wide Optimus Prime that transforms in one piece!

Nice! Very clever cramming Prime into such a small truck. *y* -
...What was this thread about again? Right... I've done quite a bit of bag building. It spices up the somewhat mundane process of building a small set. This mini racer has been sitting on my desk for some time, and I intend to keep it that way until I need those silver handle bars. ...I can't wait to see what comes of this whole duel thing. :-)

The person is fairly new to the boards, and is a deadly killer when he strikes from the sky unexpectedly. ;-) (Alright, who's going to say I hate Transformers? |-/ )

Wow! A statement. Would've been nice a week ago. *wacko* Despite being a bit perturbed by this whole situation, I'm just glad Brickshelf is not dead. The new deal sounds like a fair trade to me. Though it will probably be harder to browse through the latest creations. I sincerely hope Kevin will try to continue to communicate with the community in the future.

Toysrus is apparently having their annual summer sale where they try to get rid of all of last years stuff. Haven't had a chance to get there yet, but theres probably a good chance there'd be some old Cybertron and Classics stuff.

Like many here, I never really had a dark age. Though I do frequently shift main interests. (It's usually Lego/Transformers/Video Games/random others) It usually shifts every few months, or when I just find another more interesting. At this point, I don't think I'd become disinterested in one of those for long period of time. How lucky you are. I made the mistake of showing off my Lego in school. Now I'm that wierd kid who plays with toys. :-$ Hmm. I have actually brought in some of my MOCs to my English class during my Junior year of High school for a "bring in your hobby/talent for extra credit day" and I got nothing but praise for my creations. It even got me some respect in that classroom. What a strange experience that was... X-D

The person above me thinks I hate Transformers, and apparently thinks he's pill. :-P

The person above me is somewhat unique, has approx. 90 more posts than me, and loves to collect fruit in Animal Crossing. :-P

That thing looks pretty great for a mass produced block-former. Why oh why didn't Hasbro attempt designs like that for Built to Rule. Also, Saw the new movie way back on the 2nd. Pretty much what I expected, action, explosions, giant robots, corny humor, product placement galore. Loved every minute of it. X-D

Problems with BS / Is BrickShelf no more ???
optimus-convoy replied to john cleese's topic in General LEGO Discussion
This is troubling. *sad* I really hope they're not gone for good. If so, at least some explanation would be nice. If this persists, I might just move my stuff to Flickr or something. This seems a bit harsh for a prank. Besides, has Brickshelf really done pranks before? And on the day after Friday the 13th? It just doesn't add up... |-/ -
That's quite a transformer you have there. It's a really nice design, both the robot and vehicle modes look quite good which, I know, is a very hard feat. *wacko* Great work. *y* Also, welcome to the board. ;-)

What a vile and disgusting beast. *sweet* It's simple, yet creepy enough to instill fear in the hearts of minifigs. Also, nice use of useless dino arms. *y*

Lesovikk himself ain't lookin so hot to me, his vehicle though I might steal for the Inika or Mahri. Makuta Maxilos looks pretty good, though I wonder how a kraahkan would look on him. Everything else, meh...
