Yeah, this would have definitely been a good theme for a battlepack, in the same-vein as the Castle battlepack from this year. Two squad members and two bugs. Doubt it would have happened (minifigure distribution is key on selling sets) and since I think the theme is done, I think we'll never see it.

Punisher and Howard haven't been released but indeed Deadpool and Zod have. Zod was as a tie-in to Man of Steel, so that's really why they did it. Same with Deadpool/Wolverine- X-Men is one of the most popular Marvel comics. I just wouldn't seen Ghost Rider as not only is he not very popular with kids, but there really is no need to.

There is a rumor that was started earlier this year about an X-Men set that we MIGHT see one in September. This was at a Marvel panel I believe.

I guess the packaging on the Azog promo is the DoS packaging, so... I mean, I did a really quick and crappy photoshop, and here's what I got. I'm very curious on the box design. Y'all know I love box designs, and the AUJ ones were just2good, so I am very excited. Based on the Azog promo, it will look much gloomier with part of a burnt (?) village and some stones. Heck, an Azog figure is going for $1.5K on eBay right now.

It looks like a very basic prototype, which is interesting Sand! The color on the hat/extended head piece reminds me of some of the very early molded prototypes, which is cool Thanks for going out of your way and providing the picture!

Amazing MOC! Not only is it extremely accurate- but it makes me want to dust off my old NES! Probably the best LEGO NES MOC I've seen.

I wanna see it! I respect you, I really do. We're all busy one time or another- I understand! I think it is very plausible that an Azog figure was leaked in a set early. Like people have stated, it has happened with POTC before.

I'm kinda split on this one. The reasons you stated makes me think he will be, but I still stand by my reasons. Then again, he is from the USM cartoon so it is very much plausible. Only time will tell at this point.
