Here's a look at the May the Fourth promo for this year: On the left is the new figure, on the right is the one from the FO Battlepack: On the left is the FO Snowtrooper - this new promo figure (in the middle) uses the same back pack; the far right is the back of the Battlepack FO Stormtrooper- this new figure shares the same back as it.

I used to like the set a lot, however, upon closer inspection, I agree with you. There's not much unique in the designs. It's a miniature City Police Station though, which honestly, I don't see much of at all. Of course, there's the Ninjago flare to it. I used to think the value was great until I realized that the five minifigures for $20 isn't that good. I would say that $20 sets usually only have three figures. However, the two extras they have here are very common - that version of Kai comes in another $20 set (the Bike Chase), and the police man uses extremely common pieces. I guess if you want to recreate the scene from the show it's alright. I heard it's accurate to that, though Soto is supposed to have a hook from what I heard.

Anybody know what happened to World Racers Race 7 or Power Miners vehicle 13?

It's subject to change. I guess if Disney sells a gazillion units (which I wouldn't doubt), maybe they'll rush out a series and do four a year. But that's what it is for now.

I've seen the huge Samurai X Cave! No, I can't share pictures or whatever. But I can share details. I don't watch the show. But it looks very deserty. Tan for the walls, a big skull at the entrance, there's even some blue prints on 2x4s. There's Wu, Nya (ninja garb), Lloyd, Jay, a Stone Warrior, a Nindroid, White Pythor, and Kozu (?). The inside part has no roof, pretty spacious, and it looks like there's a mini-mech inside, Nya's Samurai X outfit, a launching feature, and a very laboratory-like look.

Not sure if this is the right thread for this... But what are the ups and downs of LEGO shopping sites? I'm talking about Bricklink, eBay, and whatnot. Which features do you not like, which do you really like, and which features would you like to see?
