  1. Saw this on TTV's YouTube: -link removed Seems real to me- the first image is very similar to what you'd see in preliminary catalogs in terms of new set displays.
  2. It's fun reviewing! I did not know about the masks- LEGO did a great job emulating them!
  3. Thanks for the feed back! That's probably the fix to the problem I have with that feature.
  4. I recieved the Snow Rig set, along with the Lair today... Here's a look! First off, the review, which I'm extremely proud of how it came out. I did A LOT of minifigure comparisons (i.e. both of the turtles to their alternate versions in the other two sets, and the minifigures to the cartoon versions), so be sure to check it out! And, as always, here are some pics of the set! Really surprised how well this set came out! You get six exclusive minifigures, and a pretty fun Rig build! I also love the SUV build- it's pretty shady and dark, which I think is its strong point! Also, the PPP ration is above average. Always a good thing!
  5. The Summer sets are on the August 2014 store calendar, as is a promo for the Warriz polybag on purchases over $75.
  6. Saw the Get Smart review. I quite enjoyed it! It reminded me of when the Nostalgia Critic was good (no sketches and not as much yelling). Keep it up!
  7. Oh boy, I just noticed the Spooky Girl has a spider on her torso. Kills the whole torso for me. What a shame, we don't get much female suits.
  8. Thanks for the find, Tormy! I have to say, I am not impressed by these three figures. The piggy guy is missing a tail, the Spooky Girl is too irrelevant for my taste, and the Prospector uses that beard I didn't like from TLM series. Now, I do like the rest of the piggy guy (props to ginger eyebrows on the face!), the torso, legs, and hair on the Spooky Girl, and the Prospector hat.
  9. Is the August calendar out yet?
  10. I was just there yesterday... looks just about right to me. Phenomenal job!
  11. Great and funny review by SilentMode for the Jungle Bike Rescue set!
  12. Not necessarily. We also got the pic for Series 8 a day or so before SDCC 2012, and it was no high-def but pretty good quality.
  13. They never get revealed at SDCC, but the images always come out like right before or right after SDCC. It's weird. Always within a week.
  14. Have you seen the character posters for the film that were leaked today?
  15. Yep, on the website and in the store.
  16. I saw TF4, it was fun at points in a stupid way, but it dragged on WAY too long. Not the worst of the four, but not a good film. D.
  17. Saw the first three episodes of Korra Book 3 today. They were pretty good- definitely better than the first three of the last season.
  18. I just finished Book 2 of Korra today, too. All the episodes up to Beginnings were unimpressive to me, but it picked up right about then (the Beginnings two-parter was fantastic!). I am very excited for Book 3. I also watched and finished Moral Orel a few weekends ago, and it's really amazing. The first season and majority of the second season are decent, but I'd stick through those two in order as it builds into something truely unforgettable. The stop motion is also very impressive.
  19. Ah, that makes sense! I don't own the set she comes in, thus I didn't think of that.
  20. Nope, that isn't the same one. The Arctic one has the logo, and a turtle neck, with no hips. Also, the face is new, but pretty lazy, as the alternate face is old. It's a switch up on this face.
  21. The lab torso is new. From the review:
  22. Wow, amazing display. I love the all the little details and the SNOT technique on the field! How the heck did you position President Business and Batman like that?
