  2. As a further aside Green Grocer So, technically, you can make a sand blue Green Grocer.

Words can't do it justice. Check out this creation by Migalart:
  4. No. Sorry.
  5. I set this sub–forum to Halloween so everyone could see it. Boney will run the thingy tomorrow to reset the default.
  6. GBL and they get UV protection from local body shops. MEK is not slow to dry, it's slow to melt the pieces together. It evaproates quickly as it is spirit based. I worked for the parks. So that's what Merlin does anyway. I'm pretty sure LEGO uses GBL as well. The Denmark shop does and they started out as a LEGO facility. GBL is federally regulated and not available to consumers. If you use MEK make sure you are well ventilated. You need to speak to the people at a body shop to convince them it's possible to coat a LEGO structure.
  7. There's one ready. Just putting together the first content for it. We want to make sure it's...necessary first. We don't want to create one just for the sake of creating one. It has to have a unique voice.
  8. I could make a thread for banner archive. And I've done sub–forums banners for theme months. I'd have to get pretty disciplined about updating graphics to do seasonal theme banners for each sub–forum...but never say never?
  9. Thanks, guys. If you can't see it yet, it's because Boney has to manually reset it. And in answer to previous questions, yes, there will be an Autumn banner after Halloween is done. I think I will change it on Monday.
  10. I just updated and am having the same problem. Did anyone successfully use the workaround LEGO sent? What an awesome tool and so unfortunate LEGO doesn't support it anymore. I, for one, would pay for it if they were to release a supported version. I happen to know they have a Pro version for the model shops that they still support... I tried that workaround and the program wouldn't even open afterward...
  11. When there is official news you will see it on the frontpage or in the first post of the news topic. Posting to ask people to fill you in on what you can read up on yourself is not a community–minded approach to being a Eurobricks member. Please read the topic for yourself.
  12. The 7th annual Creations for Charity begins today! Read the all of the details here.
  13. Please do not "bump" old topics unless you have something new to add or a significant question for the creator. Thank you.
  14. I will also be there! Displaying with Nemo.
  15. There's no need to demean other communities and considering the number of reports I've gotten, your fellow Eurobricks members don't care to see it either. Please be more constructive in the future. Thank you.
  16. I know, right? Why is it here? It should be in Historic Themes. We should contact the staff. Why isn't it in the History Forum??
  17. Then don't post from your phone. However you have "fixed" it just makes it weirder. They are not working. I've posted a link to the site itself, don't hurt yourself.
  18. And why can't you link or post the images themselves? Here's the bricksandbloks link: http://www.bricksandbloks.com/nycc-2015-lego-booth-photos-lego-nexo-knights-sets/ So you don't have to follow whatever weird instructions from AB.
  19. Meh. But I don't buy sets any more anyway so my opinion shouldn't be counted. These are aimed at a very different target market than me. I'm sure they test marketed high with the kiddies. Some cool new molds that I'm excited about: double convex cheese, for one. The characters look really fun and I hope this does better than Chima. Chima suffered from too many cooks. TLG tried to take the success of Ninjago and turn it into their own massive IP but they forgot to make a good story and write compelling character so what resulted was a vapid, boring, contrived mess of a story (Probably poisoned by directors, the PR department and other non–creatives that have no business making business decisions). It's unfortunate because anthropomorphism in LEGO is one of my favorite things, although I didn't buy any Chima sets. They invested a lot in that theme so I hope they're giving the original IP another go with this and are successful. I love when TLG is successful! Keep making my favorite thing. It looks like this theme could be a lot of fun.
  20. From the file of "more Nexo Knight news", Eurobricks member Vorkosigan has provided an excellent reference for all the new LEGO molds. Check it out here.
  21. Finally, pictures of LEGO's new line, Nexo Knights, are out! Discuss here:
  22. I ordered parts for my first two challenges. I'll write a story then. Yay, fun. Eeew, what? Is it too late to switch?
  23. Yeah, I'm this guy: Glaennckor the Wise of Caelus Cardo
