A Reminder to Heroica Players (and all members)
Hinckley replied to Shadows's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
As Rick gently reminded you, we have already said "Please just cite the guidelines and the examples provided." We do not have time to critique every sig. Let me be plain: Do not ask if your sig is OK. Just read the guidelines, check out the examples provided and use common sense to have a sig that isn't distracting, too cluttered or too large. Thank you. -

Yes, you are. Did everyone just go nuts in this thread for some reason? Fix your sigs, please. Examples have been provided. Please do your best to stop making it so difficult. -
Most Mafia games don't reveal the lycnhee's affiliation until the following morning. Game morning, that is.

Right now, there are two rows of pictures in your signature. If your one row of pictures and three rows of text is roughly 200 pixels tall, it would work just fine. Give that a shot. -

I appreciate that you are trying to help, but did you see my example? You can get all the info in one row easily. -

Yes, it does as I was equally flippant towards mafia players and games. Do I need your help? No. Do you really know what complaints we're getting? Do you see my PM Inbox? I also rip on Brickshelf and random song lyrics. Here's some advice: don't take it so seriously that I said "Some jerk in Heroica" as I'm not taking any stance against Heroica. I could if I wanted to. There's plenty of things that do annoy me about it, but for the most part I love seeing the activity and glad people are having fun here. In the meantime, please realize, I'm being an equally opportunity offender and am not meaning offense to anyone. The questions and comments aren't needed. Follow the guidelines the staff has set up. We're doing it for a reason. There's really no reason to question us and the job we do, especially. I'm pretty sure I work my megablocks off to make this a good place to visit. If I throw out a douchebag once in a while, as a joke, I'm sure I feel OK about it. If you were truly offended, I do apologize. I do encourage you to take a look at my whole post and see if it's really worth getting upset about. -

I play Mafia games. Don't take it so seriously. And no, these signatures are becoming more work than they're worth. You think I want to spend my time trying to rope this back in and take care of all the complaints? -
I know exactly what it is and it's not welcome here. Use real words.

Do we have that feature on this board? -

That's perfect. No, sig space should be the same across the board. Why? Is mine too tall now? -
What are you even asking? Why things have tax? Purchases get taxed. It's how the government runs.

What is the acronym feature? NO!!!! One row of pictures. Not one column. Why can you not put your avatars next to each other??? Are you even reading what was posted?? 1 row of pictures, maximum pixel height: 200 pixels. Your entire signature should not be taller than 200 pixels. A row goes across. -

Before anyone argues with him, this circumvents my earlier request. Apologies to Heroica Quest Masters who readily use this information for putting quests together. You will just have to click through to their profile pages if they can't get their info in their sigs within our guidelines. Heroica stats and MOCs can make it in if they're all on one line, you just have to choose what's most important to display. Signatures in violation will be given a warning and then deleted if there's no response or a second offense. -
You've already missed the first day and the host is looking for a replacement.

*The configuration on the left is correct. Once the shields are in place, something under the water can be heard shifting and a water-muffled "Clang!" is heard.* Game Over. It's nice to see five of you couldn't even be bothered to vote for who to be trusted with the swords. Half-assed paying attention to the main objective usually fairs well for the good guys ... A conclusion will be posted tomorrow.

MOC: Cecilie Cottontail's wooden red house
Hinckley replied to Cecilie's topic in Special LEGO Themes
This is really fantastic, Cecilie! Like everyone else, I love the wall technique. I appreciate how much you were able to fit in the interior, considering how much room that technique takes up. The interior is really cool. I love all of the little details, especially the Jiffy Pop on the stove and the handcuffs on the bed. Looks like the setting for a good Fabuland horror movie. The roof gets a little fragile that way, doesn't it? Here's one way I attached the roof. (with a similarly kinky couple, by the way ): The connection is stronger but the roof pieces are kept together, which takes up more room. This technique connects the disconnected roof piece with technic liftarms: The rest of that technique is just gravity. Pretty flimsy, but works fine unless you're throwing it around. And then this technique is all gravity, but leaves the most room for building underneath it: I think the outline of the house being completely white and photographed against white makes it hard to see the true definition of the shape you've created. Maybe you can get some nice trees around the house to give us a good indication of how the techniques work altogether. This is such an awesome addition to the Fabuland Builders Guild, though. I can't wait to see some more of your ideas come to fruition. Thanks for sharing! -
*Yes.* Today's clue will go to William Falcon (WhiteFang) The day will continue for now as several players are on holiday this weekend and we are waiting on PM votes and the shield puzzle to be solved.

LEGO Collectable Minifgures Series 7 Discussion
Hinckley replied to whung's topic in Special LEGO Themes
This can be asked in the Minifig Series 7 discussion thread. -
Please don't bump 2 + year old threads unless you have something significant to add. Thank you.
