How the hell does voting for yourself help anything??? You haven't even explained why you're doing it. Do you find yourself the Scummiest? Did you just re-check your role PM ( , and yes I roll my eyes with the utmost sanctimony) and discover that you were, in fact, Scum this whole time? And no, PMing with your dead Scum buddy is strictly forbidden, but it's common for the remaining Scum to post their thoughts and the dead Scum to read them, although that typically takes place on a writeboard. But whatever, those are the trees, focus on the forest. It sounded like you were saying you felt horriblhom and I assumed it was about the game. Are you sick? Is there something else you feel horriblhom about that allowed you only to read and not post?
-
Ugh...
-
Early??? The day will end today unless other people are going to vote to extend it. "Oh I felt so horriblhom for voting Forg I couldn't even bring myself to post!" Real proactive Town move there. So, I'm your other option for being Scum? OK. Sure. Let's go with that. Jesus fuck, you're all so Townie and Scummy at the same time. Picard, you're rising to the top of the Scummy list with your himming and hawwing and melodrammatica and feeling horriblhom!
-
Vote: extend the day Gee, maybe: Where the fuck is @Lind Whisperer Picard? This stalling the vote and ducking out until the last minute is becoming a habit, and not a Town-looking habit.
-
I've already voiced my suspicions about Picard and his behavior at the end of Day Three with letting the vote drag out, possibly to garner a night kill. And one can say he got pretty close to that yesterday as well. Is that enough for me to vote for him? I don't know! I have reason to vote for all three of you. What do you think about his behavior with Data's lynch at the end of Day Three? Wesley seems to think it makes Picard the Towniest of Town. I don't necessarily agree. And what do you make of the bonkers proposal Wesley made about voting the host out?
-
So then there will be a Day Six...
-
What are you waiting on? Any answer to the question I asked yesterday or the analysis I did of your posts? Why am I the only one who has voted? Why did the host answer Wesley's vote and throw me off in my thinking? Would the host interfere in a Scum tactic? Would he correct a Townie making them potentially look more Townie by answering the question of if it's a witch hunt or not. I'm still floored that Wesley might honestly think that Beverly wouldn't know she was Scum until she was lynched.
-
Flag on the play! Host interference. Hmmmmmmm...
-
Yes, please? Not of the box, but of the PM. Screen cap with timestamps, please.

We don't have much to work on, so I'll throw this info out there: I was stalking Riker and he was online, but not here, he was using Personal Messenger. He went idle and I saw Beverly had just come online so I stalked her too and she went immediately to Personal Messenger. This is circumstantial evidence of perhaps nothing, since we live in a multiverse here with lots of places and activities besides the bridge of this nerdy ship, but it did happen.

So, no. There's nothing innovative or experimental about this. Like the first game, there are two Scum, no Night Actions, we use our vote as Town and our silver-tongues as Scum. Who has been the silver-tongueiest? Wesley. Please, do not let him convince you to vote for the host, because that will only result in the Scum, likely Wesley, a night kill. I've analyzed everybody's posts and behavior to the nth degree and you're all Scum and you're all Town. But, all things considered, I think Wesley is the best bet for us today. I truly, and finally strongly, believe that he is the Scummiest among us. Maybe Wesley thought it would be easier to explain away his behavior away on Day One, trying to steer the lynch away from Beverly. Maybe he didn't realize he'd have two players that never let it go. Yesterday's behavior of being absolutely sure that Forg was Scum and today being "Oh gee, maybe none of us are Scum and it's like witch hunt and we need to vote for the host." No. Beverly didn't know she was Scum? Scum don't know they're Scum until they're lynched? There's no informed minority there, there's only an informed host and that isn't Mafia, and it isn't in the spirit of the host's own words "It's an exercise to see who is the most silver-tongued on Eurobricks." This entire line of thought is 10 times more bonkers than lynching Forg. Please do not let Wesley convince you that we need to question the mechanics of the entire game because I believe he's just trying to confuse us into making, yet another, stupid mistake. *Where would the opportunity to be silver-tongued be if the players didn't know they were Scum?

I was going to be patient and wait to see what everyone said before voicing my thoughts, but patience is not my strong suit and something is boiling behind my eyes. Not to mention, being quiet and waiting wasn't a good strategy yesterday. Vote: Wesley Crusher (Pandora) I cannot see myself voting for anyone else today. Not only do the questions still remain over his Day One behavior, yesterday's "clarity" is just as suspicious, especially considering how Forg flipped, duh, the fact that we're all still here. I honestly can't see Picard and Riker coming together to vote with me and expect a lot of scrutiny today. I'm predicting Wesley will suddenly suspect me today. Bring it on. Wesley's behavior yesterday to suddenly put so many people confidently in the Town column and laser-forcus on Forg is BS, in my opinion and not Wesley's typical Town game. I'm going to be decisive, for once. I can honestly see a good Scum game in all three of you, but it's Wesley's behavior that is striking me as off and, as you can all see, has from the beginning. Yes, the Beverly "defense" is not a great move and we all expect him to distance himself from a Scum buddy and that bugs me the most, but it is there to bug me. Never suspected me or voted me or went after me like he always does, especially when I'm Town and I know we have to trust our guts sometimes, but the gut certainty he went forward with yesterday towards Forg pings me. Enough is absolutely enough. History is repeating itself. Feel free to lynch me today, guys, but that will definitely leave the three of you in a Day Six tomorrow. For me, if Wesley is Town, I can't go into Day Six with all of these questions remaining. I am going to stick to my vote today. I'm going to repeat that over and over to myself, to make sure I don't do the same thing again, a fourth day in a fucking row.

Sowwy. That was an emotional reaction. I really all of you!

I. Hate. All. Of. You.

I am floored that we're lynching Forg. I honestly feel like we're going right on to Day Five.

Town or Scum, Riker is playing a great game: Under the radar. Two significant posts on Day Two, both seem innocuous. Could be a really smooth Scum game. With a paranoid mind, he could be tapping into my paranoia about players always sheeping onto my vote, he would know this very well about me, having played so many games with me. Keeping Wesley around to keep suspicion off of him. Or being an analytical Townie and doing the best he can do with the time he has. I hope this is being read and not being chalked up to me spamming up the thread with walls of text. I have the nagging feeling that we're all fighting and flailing while Riker picks us off, one by one. Not seeing who Scum choose to kill, in a way, is a disadvantage to the Town. The numbing of the whiskey has made me appreciate this game again and not hate it with every ounce of my being as I was for the last 24 hours... I don't know who I am, I don't watch the fucking show. I'm a nerd, but not that type of nerd. Why are you still here? Scummily hovering around to see the end of the day... Remember when we used to call this type of post a "book report?" I got PAB in today. It's almost all foliage. So. Pretty. Why am I pushing for Wesley's lynch but Forg isn't? Information booth? See, there is a question! Look at me. I've got boobies!

Has anybody actually looked at Riker's posts? Riker is a really smart player and has a ton of experience, especially with the three big egos in this game, who are all currently going after each other. Here's his only post, of substance, from Day Two. I know Wesley keeps saying that Riker seems like Town because he's looked at all cases and not just gone with the most simple way to vote out a Townie, but let's give him credit for knowing that bandwagoning can seem Scummy. And again, why would he want to remove a huge target for the lynch like Wesley, who had a ton of scrutiny already? He even says he gets why there are so many accusations against Wesley, but then cites my post about Wesley not knowing there would be a Scum kill if we didn't reach a lynch. That's not the strongest argument against him and was mostly a joke push on my part. Yes, Riker has had his own case against Picard for the last two days, but has he done much analysis of other players? Really, I'm asking, because I don't know yet. Riker. Is. Flying. Under. The. Radar. Or a Townie with a busy life. I can read the subtext here. I will NOT temporarily adopt you until your mother is returned to you. Really, you should see a therapist about your codependent relationship with your Mom.

Wesley is right. Lean towards? You've mentioned two things I've done that ping you (1. Haven't single-handedly lynched Wesley, 2. am diabolical), yet you have a three-day long suspicion of Wesley and want him lynched, consistently. "Leaning" implies you are on the fence. Are you on the fence with someone you've been building a case against for days, practically arm-in-arm with me, with someone who you scribbled "Um...can't vote six times by himself" to clarify your suspicion? This is the most you've seemed like you're setting me up for a lynch tomorrow after a Wesley Town-flip. Or you're Town. I fucking hate this game. A moment ago, I was thinking I would lynch Forg since that's pretty much the only hope we have at this time, and state explicitly that I don't think he's Scum (and yet I was also going to un-vote Beverly if I hadn't been drunk–I was going to say that too) but I want the Mexican standoff to end and don't want the Scum to kill and it's better to remove a suspicion than give power to the Scum. But now I'd be OK with a Forg lynch because I've had a couple pings from him today. Yet, they both seem to be setting me up for tomorrow's lynch. One of them has to be sincere then. That hurts my feelings. In case I get trashed in the next 45 minutes, Vote: Lieutenant Worf (Fugazi) Also, really really sorry if you're Town. If you're Scum, great job as you were the last person on my list this entire game. Urgh...time to hit "submit reply"... But, that was one of your points about him being Scummy! That he only focused on you and then we shoved a vacuum down his throat to get a suspicion about me out of him. You don't remember that? His tunnel vision on you and his answer that "someone said I was setting Hinckleanna for a lynch." And it was you who'd said it. That conversation skipped your mind? Everybody's Scum. I've put the whiskey down. I'm hugging kerosene instead. *HUFFING I'm not embracing kerosene, I'm breathing it in, deeply...

Riker, before her personality-ectomy, thoroughly looked through Day One and had words for most people, analyzed behavior, and asked questions. The person he was most gentle on was Beverly. Even when quoting Beverly, he only responded to the vote on himself. Did Beverly place a vote on a Scum buddy for distance and then Riker stayed away from hammering Beverly by not scrutinizing the Scummy actions of Beverly? Really, he analyzed everyone and went after Geordi without giving a reason why he didn't agree with the Beverly lynch or any response to her behavior. I know he can't answer for this, but it's interesting that it's kind of a defense. When he responds to my vote: he can only say that it seems out-of-character for me, but gives nothing of credence to the "bright red Scum beacon" I claimed to have seen. If I'm going to analyze Wesley's behavior as a defense, I have no choice but to see this reaction the same way.
-
Some of us? Has Gorf said anything about anybody but me?? :loko: Hey, how Scummy would I look if allowed a night kill? It's easier to let the Scum remove one suspect from the list since I suspect all of you awful bitches. I suppose if I cause the Scum to have a night kill, they'd spare me since it would make me a good lynch target, negating my true wish-to be the night-kill target and be away from this game that is causing brain damage. And don't blame the whiskey! It's the game. Whiskey is always good. * , although I feel LOKO!!
-
Well, Jeebus, I can't lynch Wesley by myself. It would've been much different if Wesley had been hammered and then I un-voted. Well, both days anyway. That might've been what happened when we lynched Geordi. I honestly don't remember the specifics and we don't have much time. But whatever. I can't be held solely responsible for the lack of Wesley lynch, thus far. The Picard "Welsey vs. Worf" waffling (not unlike my own, I'm aware) is that it is also the easiest place for him to sit on Day Six and the same with Riker. If Wesley and Forg are both Town then the remaining Scum would love to see us focus on them for the next two days and then have a 2v1 on Day Six. And Riker doesn't even have to vote for either one of them to achieve that. How much time is left? I have a break. I'm going to grab a whiskey and obsess over the previous days, specifically looking at what our information booth has had to say.
-
Ugh, that's what I was afraid of. I'm definitely leaning more towards Wesley and Riker is now bugging the shit out of me, due to the vanilla, under-the-radar play. Everybody's Scum...
-
AKA "flying under the radar." The only other player who has even mentioned him is Wesley and he trusts Riker because he's been looking at multiple lynch candidates, AKA lynch candidates that aren't Wesley. But, Riker just keeps voting for Picard. That "I'll be around to answer questions" really pinged me for some reason. I don't watch the show. Is it a roleplay thing? Is Riker the information booth? Picard, are we both sitting around waiting for the other to vote? I'm definitely waiting to see what you're going to do. What are you going to do?
