  1. If you know something that will lead to a Scum lynch, just say it. This wasn't subtle. If you have a Night Action, you should be more responsible with it.
  2. So two people knew that Jarni had a Night Action and Lefsi, you seem to know the identity of the protector too. Fantastic. DBJ, people. Don't Be Jesus. Finn, you say Jarni was suspicious of Lefsi, but all you've quoted is that he should be a prime suspect if he dies. You realize that only makes you an equal prime suspect. Was there anything else? Dagstyr, if you can articulate your suspicions, I can answer to them. But you do realize you're proposing I should've said "will you just continue to count the Townie corpses for the Town?". It's a good idea to watch for slip-ups in semantics but you should keep basic grammar in mind. Nobody would ever utter that sentence in that way.
  3. Sorry. I forgot there was a statute of limitations on the Scummy things you've done. Yes, several Townies mentioned him as suspect. Enough that he would make a weird Scum target. So you think the Scum killed Gofraid, Jarni was killed by a SK and we didn't see a vig kill?
  4. What exactly would you like to hear? I can tell you that I say "us" and I ignore Baulf until I'm told not to. Anything in particular concerning you? It's hard to answer to you want to hear more about me. I'm so interesting I could just go on for days.
  5. Everyone also knows the proper way to say it would've been "Will you just sit around and count the Townie corpses for the Town?". That's the Townie way to talk Townie about the Town when the Town is fighting to win the Townie game for the Town. Ah, gotcha. Vote analysis is not my strong suit.
  6. Tell me how it's interesting. You think I was told to post about Bob and then I used the word "us" and that makes me Scum. Does that sound about right? A lot has been said regarding your and other's activity. Do you have any opinions on it? It'd be nice if you would contribute more to our Scum hunt. So, ignoring Baulf would've been Scummy?
  7. So this is your contribution? Ok, I'll play along. Did someone tell me to comment on your useless post? No. Such a succint summary and then you agree with the idea that someone told me to comment on Baulf's useless post. I can't believe I was so easily foiled by the two of you. Dagstyr, do you have anything useful to contribute? Any response to the people who have addressed you in the first couple of posts here or will you just continue to count the Townie corpses for us?
  8. Naemr, where'd you run off to?
  9. Right, that's emoticon etiquette.
  10. Thanks for your input.
  11. Gofraid assumed you were being sarcastic with this. Were you? I suck at vote analysis so for someone who is good at it, here's an update voting pattern from Day One with the Townies higlighted:
  12. He did leave us a list. Though he was clear it was meant as a point of discussion not a laundry list of Scum. Worth a look anyway: Bold added for emphasis. Lefsi was pinging people a lot on Day One and then during the first night, the case against was abruptly dropped. I've mentioned Rurik before as someone who is riding that center line. He's normally hard to read and he was a bit jumpy when I first contacted him by PM. Dagstyr occasionally stops by to appear "useful?" but hasn't really contributed anything. As I said last night: I'm beginning to see what Finn meant by not encouraging inactive Scum to speak up by saying that the middle ground might be where they're hiding. Dagstyr, it would be nice if you put some more effort into the game. You've been active before. Your sporadic contributions are starting to make it seem like you have something to hide. Patrekr and Wary are also flying under the radar. I haven't heard much from Wary except his suspicions about Gofraid and Naemr. Patrekr contacted me by PM to help me search Jarni's posts for why Kolgrima thought he was Scum. Anybody else? Thoughts on this? This gives us a new perspective from which to review the events of the last two days. I'm not suggesting we only choose that list to vote from (Dufa) but it's time we all started discussing.
  13. Do you still think Mursi was desperate to keep votes off of Sisco by ignoring such vital insight to Petr's psyche? At the time it did trigger a little ping, but it made sense to reach a conviction and be productive. But, combine that with your "Lynch Sigrid or Lynch Mursi" proposal for the second day and you've done it twice. How easy is it for a Scum to look at the first day voting list, see three Townies leading the votes and say "Well, let's pick one of these to make a lynch"? Guaranteed a Town lynch instead of a no-lynch. I look forward to when you have time. There's one less kill, which is good. Hopefully, that tells somebody something and can lead to a Servant lynch already. Gofraid had aroused some suspicion so I assume that was the vig. Jarni is an interesting choice for a kill. Considering how middle of the road he was playing, that looks like it could be a serial killing. So, were the Scum blocked? Wilhalm, did you cure the SK?
  14. Can I vote right now please?
  15. Finally had a chance to look back over things. What the significance of Petr having "an interest in out there behavior"? What exactly did Mursi brush off? It's hard to follow the accusation against Mursi because you two keep focusing on his reactions and then you all three devolve into bickering. I think I have the solid points isolated in the above quotes. Let's not forget that Petr told us he was acting Scummy on purpose so people probably voted for him...because he was acting Scummy. Dufa, it's unsettling that your argument against Mursi seems to be that you knew Petr was faking it. Assuming that's what you mean by telling Mursi that Petr was into "out there" behavior. That's more suspicious to me than Mursi "steering the vote" which I don't think he did. That doesn't mean he isn't a Servant. The accusation just seems like a stretch. I'm not sure what's making you so confident about it. I'm saying it's really easy for a Scumbag to manipulate the vote by making a list or pairing for people to choose from if he knows who is Town and who is Scum. That's more dangerous "campaigning" than what you're accusing Mursi of. Thanks for taking the time to analyze the vote, but what happened to your suspicion of Gofraid? You came back later in the day with a thorough analysis of Naemr's behavior, but no more mention of who you're most suspicious of. You're doing a great job of riding that middle line I was talking about. Being just active enough to appear helpful, but not making enough waves to draw attention. We've seen a lot of Scum in this middle ground in recent games and if it's a continuing trend I'd say we should look at Finn, Rurik, Wary and Canute. None of you have raised any major red flags and I'm speaking sporadically with Finn, Rurik and Canute by PM. But all four of you are highly skilled players and would make dangerous Scum. I don't agree with your analysis: I see this as placing a vote, not "starting a switch". He even (supposedly) waits until the end of the day see if Petr responds. Again, this doesn't exonerate him, but I don't think it's a solid lead against Gofraid. I'm beginning to see what Finn meant by not encouraging inactive Scum to speak up by saying that the middle ground might be where they're hiding. Dagstyr, it would be nice if you put some more effort into the game. You've been active before. Your sporadic contributions are starting to make it seem like you have something to hide.
  16. Ahem... pardon my last post. So this: Here you say you're looking for clues like maybe there are two Scum factions or Neutrals this time. You had said you wanted to hear people opinions and PM-interactions, etc. I asked you to clarify and you never responded. But at no point did you mention this: Why didn't you mention this the first time? I don't like the argument "If they're Scum their team would've advised them, etc..." BUT, I have played on Scum teams where advice was given to a less experienced player and they didn't know how to follow through.
  17. Damn it! No no no no no. Stupid. Sometimes I hate the no editing rule. I hit post for no reason. Like my brain died or something.
  18. I'm aware of the other arguments but they aren't my arguments. I don't need to stay consistent with their arguments. Why do I have to explain that to you? Maybe your Scum PerspectiveTM has you grouping the arguments together in your head since they're coming from Townies.
  19. We don't have the luxury of being sure. We can't base anything on the "fact that they're Scum" because we don't have that information as fact. That's the point of the game. Have you noticed?
  20. You said be consistent and I have been. Interesting that you take all arguments as one as if it's one side against you... It's a duck!! Sorry... I couldn't help myself.
  21. Where did I say that about Sigrid?
  22. That would assume that the Scum team is practicing every one of their statements before posting. So let's just ignore every time someone slips up because if they were Scum they'd probably receive better coaching. Dufa, you said it's not a defense, but it sounds like one, and a weak one at that.
  23. I missed this until Rurik pointed it out. I can't imagine who would think this would be how to hunt Scum. And you never followed through on looking at the first game. Ping.
  24. Wilhalm, who did you target last night? Since your role is out, I see no reason for you not to reveal your target. I imagine you're a likely Serial Killer target tonight anyway, so let us know who we shouldn't suspect.
