Unvote: Wilhalm Bloodaxe (WhiteFang) I'm not convinced enough of your Scumminess to vote for you in the face of a roleclaim. I hope you can be verified. I have a proposal. It looks like we will lose Sigrid no matter what we do. If we lynch someone in addition, we take a huge risk. I don't feel we have enough solid leads to risk losing two players who may both be Einherjar. I'm also tired of people telling us we'll learn so much about Mursi and Gofraid by lynching Sigrid. If Sigrid turns up Town I think it'll tell us more about Dufa, Snotra and Finn than Mursi and Gofraid. If she comes up Scum, then we'll see that Duftra the Carrotless was right. I'm confused. I don't see a specific claim. Oh this. I read it differently at first. Psychiatrist? That isn't subtle, Wilhalm. Even though I did miss it. This day is getting on my nerves. I think there could be a psychiatrist. Maybe the Serial Killer can confirm for us that they're real? Problem is if there are two vigs, like last time, then they have no idea if the other killer is a serial killer or not so they can't confirm or deny either. Although, last time one killer was compulsive, one was voluntary. If there's a vig out there who is compulsive then Wilhalm is likely lying. Since we know TPRU isn't afraid of having two vigs, it's possible he used a serial killer and a psychiatrist. If Wilhalm is successful (assuming he's telling the truth) it would then just be two vigs like last time.

I'm not voting for Wilhalm because he's inactive. I'm voting for him because the content of the few posts he's made seem Scummy to me. Are you suggesting that we shouldn't vote for Wilhalm so that Sigrid and Dagstyr will talk more? Have you noticed voting is opened? It's the perfect time to vote for the person you find Scummiest.

I'm still not done with my game of "moving into a new apartment" but something is driving me crazy about this game. For one thing, it's a metagaming madhouse. I admit I'm doing it too. I know it's not always a bad thing, but there's a lot of it in the accusations being made. Not a lot of votes have been cast, but the two candidates right now are both low activity players again. I'll say it again. There may be a Scum in the inactive players, but they usually try to stay somewhere in the center: appear helpful but not really make any waves. And if the big concern is low activity, why has nobody mentioned Baulf-the-confused-parrot or Dagstyr-the-chime-in. I doubt a Scum would hammer an innocent with a vote so close, but a Serial Killer might. A Scum might too, actually. Ever hear of WIFOM? There's also a lot of activity happening behind the scenes right now. This is usually fine if the Town is trying to coordinate but I've got quite a few PMs with people floating theories about players that they're not mentioning in thread. Bring out your theories! Why discuss them only in private? I'm not going to mention anybody until I've had a chance to really look over the day thread and my PMs, but I don't understand the harm in accusing people in-thread. Especially if the concern is people's feelings. It's Mafia. We all know what we signed up for. If you're only discussing suspicions in-thread, how do you know the person you've decided to trust isn't manipulating you?? Lastly, I'm hearing that Sigrid's lynch will tell us something about Mursi and now someone else is trying to tell me it will tell us something about Gofraid. What is it with Sigrid that has everyone's panties in a bunch?? I'm metagaming again, but the bromance of Dufa and Snotra is creeping me out. If we lynch Sigrid and he's Town I'm voting for one of you tomorrow. I rarely see a "If so and so is Scum then this person is too" actually reveal anything. As soon as I have a minute, I really want to dissect these moments around "steering the lynch away from Sigrid".

Wilhalm is normally not very active but his contributions are normally more significance. His participation seems forced. You're saying Sigrid's inactivity is a Scum tell? I'm not familiar with him.

Good. If you're Town, yes please, by all means fight. I agree participating is better than saying nothing but the things you've said seem like nothing. You haven't offered any insight or suspicions or weighed in on lynch candidates. All we have is a long post about the killers that concludes any MO could be any faction. I'll invite if I see some Einherjar activity from you but right now I don't see it. By invite I mean un-vote.

I'm surprised at how little conversation there has been. There are five dead Einherjar in one day. We're not going to catch those Servants by sitting around. Participate, people. Don't give the Scum anywhere to hide. Classic. Yes, it's hard to get a read on people who don't talk... Being harsh and not expressing horror at the night deaths are not scum tells. Here's an idea. Comment on all the day's activity. Weigh in. Float theories, mention suspects, tell us who you're suspicious of. Play the game. You're accusing Mursi of trying to steer the vote while you blatantly lay out voting plans for us. What happened to your suspicion of Lefsi? Is Comic Sans a Scum tell? Snotra, same question for you.

After taking a look at Jarni's posts, I realize the Kolgrima was suspicious around the rune-book-note-taking-error over if he was hesitant or not to vote for Mist or Naemr. There wasn't much else. I had in my rune-book that this post pinged me: But I didn't write down why and it doesn't ping me now. Perhaps I thought only Scum drink mead? I think it was because I was reading the quote he referenced a different way, so that's not a valid suspicion now since we cleared it up. So, I re-read what Kolgrima told me by PM. I think I mistook her meaning. She seems to have been telling me that if I was Scum then she would suspect Jarni as well, not that she found him suspicious in general. Then Patrekr pointed out by PM that Jarni uses asterisk for emphasis in this post: Which could be an indication that he's in the habit of emphasizing with asterisks as you would on a writeboard. It's not damning but it's worth noting. To be clear, I don't find Jarni very suspicious...at the moment.

How can three killers possible be so confusing? It's standard in EB Mafia: vig, Scum kill, serial killer. Granted, there may be a second vig instead of a SK with this wacky god, but still. I don't understand your confusion, especially two veterans. I'm a very busy Einherjar today. I'm doing what the Ancient Vikings referred to as "Moving into a new apartment". It's a Valhallan rite of passage. I wanted to mention that I was in contact with Kolgrima. We didn't have much chance to talk but she said she was suspicious of Jarni Child-Sparer. I don't have time to look over his posts until after voting starts so I wanted to give everyone as much time as possible to do so.

What in Nifleheim?? In just one day, five people were killed and every one of them is Einherjar. Do we think there are two vigs or is there a serial killer? Last time, for those of you who weren't here, there was a compulsive vig and a normal vig who could choose if he wanted to kill or not. It's hard to speculate who killed who since all three victims were under suspicion. Why was Kolgrima looting the hall?

What do I have? While I agree he didn't mention Tumi in the conclusions, he did ask in those posts if people thought it was strange that Tumi accused him but didn't vote for him. I don't follow the logic behind anybody telling him to target Tumi by PM. For that to happen, someone would have to know he was capable of targeting someone. So, Finn, what exactly are you proposing would happen in that PM scenario? Please clarify that. Why don't you think Kolgrima was a possible bus?

Five? Maybe there's nothing to it, then. I've never made it a point to check for guests before. Maybe it's common. Or maybe all the Scum who were online decided to taunt us. If there really are 5 Scum hovering around the thread waiting to see what happens then one of our lynch candidates must be Scum. I'm also surprised that there are so many votes for Sigrid. I didn't like his asking for evidence either but he is the least experienced among us. Petr is flailing and has a potential connection with Kolgrima. If the Scum team is trying to save him, it will only buy him a day. There are only a couple hours left in the day and it looks like we won't accomplish a lynch today.
