Didnt have the camera present when I tried it so I havent got pictures. I agree the neck bracket is loose and short when attached. But I liked the suggestion.

That's gonna take a LOT of bricks before it's finished and a LOT of time as well. Guess we wont be seeing you around for a while and if we do we'll be bothering you about this project and why it isnt finished yet

Voted below average. I dont like this set, as it isnt movie accurate and very roughly designed --- but the minifigures (Qui-gon and Jar-Jar) are on my wanted list.

Thanks. Yes, that bugged me as well. With only three pieces it's easily modded. I havent got a lot of extra lego to spare, except for the very old yellowish pieces, and I dont want to break down SW sets. So that's born out of necessity. No problem. I like the wings as well on the new S.T.A.P., but you'll have to agree that you cant call the 1x3 plate on the old S.T.A.P. a real wing can you Will try the neck bracket when I'm back home and maybe post a picture of that. Good idea. But I'm not sure on the 1x3 plate, maybe I'll find an alternative for that...

Yes, I regret that I started collecting only last year and because of that missing out on the 2006 sets. Although I managed to get the Jedi Starfighter and Vulture Droid. So my list would be almost the same and then some: Bounty Hunter Pursuit (not 2006 but regrets anyway), Droid Tri-Fighter, Wookiee Attack, (glad TLC is redoing the snail droid) General Grievous chase, Wookiee catamaran and Imperial inspection. Wow, that's a lot.

It still says 30 March in the Netherlands. So it's not (yet) whole Europe.

After getting the AT-TE with an improved S.T.A.P. I took a closer look at the one included in set 7654 (Droid battlepack) and knew I just had to make a little adjustment. This is the result: Original: Mod: You can now detach it and the droid can still stand.

The point of the topic is whether or not TLC will continue the license, so what you're saying isnt true. It isnt decided yet.

I think it's too soon to form an opinion. You will need a lot of bricks to complete it if it's going to be that size, but it looks interesting. Keep us posted

Very nice collection, it definitly dwarves mine easily... and it must cost a fortune! Are you keeping those boxed sets for sale? Otherwise it wouldn't make sense, so many of the same sets, untouched. Just gives me a feeling of watching a shelf in a store.

Maybe he just likes filming himself opening sets and does it with every set

It would be nice to have one, but i'm not going to buy more sets just because maybe there might be one in it. Since I already got all new sets I'm hoping they might stick on in the upcoming AT-OT set... or the new sets released in june. So I guess that means i'm gonna stick to hoping and praying, and waiting to get lucky
