  1. Your photos have great composition, Adeel. My only suggestion would be to try and make the backgrounds more exciting, somehow. Perhaps experiment with different lighting? Human-cyborg relations by --Jayem--, on Flickr In this photo I just held my phone above the set, displaying a yellow screen, and made the room completely dark otherwise. With a long exposure (e.g. 4 seconds) you can get quite a nice gradient effect. Just some friendly advice!
  2. Very good, instantly recognisable. I love this film so much...
  3. Tie between Ant Man and Carnage, both look to have fantastic mini figures and be good value. Sandman is pretty meh sadly, I think a Rhino bigfig would have made it worth it, but without it doesn't look great.
  4. At risk of mini-modding here, I'd appreciate it if I could visit this topic without worrying about having things spoiled guys. I'm as excited as anyone about the MCU, but I'm sure you could discuss it elsewhere on Eurobricks. :) Hope this doesn't come across wrong.
  5. It might not be that similar to the comic Civil War. The Winter Soldier was only vaguely similar to it's comic, in that there was a Bucky. I'm sure they'll adapt Civil War to fit the MCU, if that helps your fears at all.
  6. When do people think we'll get a Daredevil minifigure, if ever? I'm excited for the TV show in a few weeks, and hoping that we get him in Lego form at some point soon. Is the most we can hope for a polybag, perhaps with the Avengers videogame this Autumn, or could he even get his own set next year? Somewhere between the Civil War and Dr Strange sets, and the obligatory Spiderman stuff.
  7. That ranking looks spot on. I think Lego has done well with the AoU sets overall, there's only one I'd really class as poor, and that does have some redeeming qualities.
  8. War Machinery by --Jayem--, on Flickr DMC-12 by --Jayem--, on Flickr
  9. Was planning on getting the Quinjet soon bit I think I'll go for the Milano instead, and get the Quinjet later this year or next year. It looks good and the figures are fantastic, but it does seem a tad small. So I'll probably wait until it's available for closer to £50, and get the Milano soon, which has almost as good minifigures and is probably a better model itself.
  10. Still need to pick up the Milano. I wonder what the cheapest you could get it for in the UK is?
  11. Not sure about your predictions- why would Rogue one sets be released 3 months before the film, and Episode 8 sets released in January when the film isn't released until the end of May- nearly 5 months later?
  12. Thinking about it, I'd much rather have a Rhino bigfig than a mech. DC got two this year so it's only seems fair. Marvel still only has one (I refuse to count Green Goblin). Hopefully we'll get one next year. Along with our new Falcon, Black Panther, MCU Spidey, Bucky, Baron Zemo, Crossbones, and Doctor Strange...
  13. Kevkipo and Quicksilver have almost identical avatars. I thought one of you was having a conversation with yourself just now :P
  14. Think you've nailed it. I like how all the Avengers are in there somewhere. Again, Lego should have done this instead of a Helicarrier. Could have made it fit in with the modulars somehow.
  15. I think the Carnage set is fantastic, two highly wanted figures for $13. And the Shield agent is new too. The Sandman set is a bit mediocre though. I feel like a set based around a Sandman mech would be much better. And a Rhino bigfig, Marvel is lacking in those. Ant Man is one of the best yet, I agree.
  16. I meant we'll all want him in a polybag. Not that he *will* be in one.
  17. Yeah, could be. We still have no idea what his role is, do we?
  18. I imagine there will be some minifigure- a new character or just a different form of another- that we'll all want when we see the film.
  19. Thanks for the pictures guys. Yeah, they're quite different models really. The 2012 one is big and bulky and formidable, and looks like a proper troop transport or base of operations. I do like that. The newer one is more of a fighter, and does look a tad small in comparison. I feel like the wings could extend back a further inch. However the minifigures make it a must-buy, and the truck is probably better than Loki's chariot. I'm glad it keeps the rear door and has room inside though.
  20. Anyone know of any non-video reviews of the Quinjet? Just old fashioned pictures and words. YouTube reviews are nice but pictures give much better quality than paused video.
  21. I want to see the Hulkbuster fighting the Ideas Exo-Suit.
  22. I have a feeling there will be stuff we only find out about when the film releases, such as Ultron's final form. So far we've seen only his mangled first form and his human like "There are no strings on me" form. I think we heard that there would be an evolution of Ultron throughout the film, so in my opinion it's likely we haven't seen it all yet. The film is 2hrs 40 long, so I have a feeling there's a whole final third or so we've seen very little of in the trailers. Probably featuring Vision.
  23. Wow, that's great. Seeing this makes me wish Lego had done an Avengers Tower rather than a Helicarrier.
  24. That would be cool to see. If you want to post them, try uploading to Imgur or Flickr and linking them. Imgur is pretty straightforward.
