For God's sake that piece isn't even IN a Bionicle set! I don't know my worst part. I don't understand what's so bad about those wheels from Tiny Turbos. I think they're pretty useful!
-
Jeez! Nobody understands my frustration when people talk about this RBR being midi-scale! I'm not the one to argue and I don't mean to offend anyone but that's just stupid! Copmike, KimT, and now another member have confirmed minifigs, and besides that, does this even look merely close to a midi-scale set? No!. Now, this really should end that discussion!
-
You could just type into you location: "Away! Don't bother me!" With thousands of exclamation points and in all caps. I think that would do the trick. P.S. You fools still haven't fixed my invisible post problems! -5 Siegfried!

Simple question, got a simple answer?
Darth Legolas replied to martinsuper's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Please only make comments that are helping with the discussion. I'm sure he'll tell you though. It would be simpler if each step was one brick high, or at least 2 plates high, but no, they are their own strange measurement. I'd say eleven something or other. Go for that. -
Well then, I guess you're right. But hey...I just realized that proves my point in the first place! The characters and CW only vehicles have to be seen in two different epsidoes or the movie to be worth a set! And again agreeing with Oky-Wan here, the Cards are from DK, Lego still is making it's own set. And that will be costly!

Wait a second then... Wookiepedia really needs to update some of it's information! * 3D * Shahan Alama * Padmé Amidala * Cad Bane * C-3PO * Riyo Chuchi * Onaconda Farr * Obi-Wan Kenobi (Mentioned only) * Bail Prestor Organa * Palpatine * Zinn Paulness (First appearance) * Philo (First appearance) * Robonino * Dantum Roohd (First appearance) * Aurra Sing * Anakin Skywalker * Jakker-Sun (First appearance) * Orn Free Taa * Unidentified assistant droid (First appearance) * Unidentified blue protocol droid (First appearance) * Unidentified Christophsian senator (First appearance) * Unidentified IG-86 sentinel droid (First appearance) * Unidentified purple-gowned senator (First appearance) * Unidentified turquoise R5 unit (First appearance) * Unidentified WED-15 Treadwell (First appearance) * Unidentified Senate Commando captain (First appearance) * Ziro Desilijic Tiure I see the image, but he's nowhere on this list! Maybe it's got something to do with the fact that he doesn't have a speaking part... oh well. I never saw him in the episode, and I do know the difference between the few, but since I never saw that scene I never noticed it before. But now, I've got some Wookiepedia editing to do! By the way, Navy Trooper Fenson is right. The Lego Cards are DK's exclusive. Not Lego's own set!

Also incorrect. There are more than 50 Clones who have the same armor as fox. In fact, three of them were seen in the season opener! You are thinking of Stone. Here's his picture: On topic: I hope you were joking when you asked about the minifig. I really feel sorry for Lego nowadays. All od their "big secrets" are ruined months before the grand unveiling! Please stop arguing about the RBR. It's so silly how you think it's Midi-scale! That's just so... not nearly....blah!
-
Wrong! Well you're right about the minifig scaled thing-that's obvious! Can't you people see that? But Fox was never in the finale of Clone Wars! Fox was only in the movie, but TLG made him because there are tons of other commanders that look like him. You've probably mistaken him with Ponds! P.S. Does anyone know what happened to the post I made? I quoted a member earlier, and the post disappeared into thin air! P.S.S. There's a picture of Ponds there, for those who can't see it.
-
Well, that secret was blown! I'm still looking forward to any surprise play features! "Guess what everybody, more escape pods! In fact, every engine becomes an escape pod!"
-
Hey, you're not talking about me are you? But I agree here, with JimButcher. There are always going to be childish people (like when they get giddy around Princess Leia,) who will put someone' rep down or up just because they can. Also, everyone likes a fast forum. A lot of Lego forums I've been two are now almost completely barren and memberless because so many additional things were added to the site that it moved as slow as a dead snail, and half the time you tried to get on to the site there would be a server error. I'm not sure how complicated this point system would be, but I still think it would add a ton on the bandwidth. AAlso, sometimes people make worthwhile comments but they're in a grumpy mood so it sounds angrier than they really are. We don't want people getting band for being cranky after their dog gets hit by a bus! And last but not least, we already have a form of that system. Once the moderators really get to know you, you get a funny title. I guess if that counts for anything, it means that people know you on the site, and that you don't have a life like me don't need other members deciding your status for you.

In the Brickmaster AT-TE mini set it shows you to put a piece on, then it disappears on the next page and then you repeat the step you had done two pages ago now with more pieces added on! In the end I built it correctly though. Checked back twice!

No! I've said this already! Yeah yeah yeah... Clone Wars box, still, the Midi-Scale MF. What's up with that and it's Clone Wars box? It's still OT. Second of all, this episode is an insignificant dot in the Star Wars universe, compared to the ESB which is also having it's anniversary! Doesn't anyone get that in order for Lego to make anything based off of the Clone Wars TV series it has to be in at least two episodes? You know the Senate Commandos were in the movie, and their predecessors in TPM, they were significant enough to make. These Clone Cold Assault Troopers make no impression on the dent of the Star Wars universe... they are nothing!!! I am going crazy to prove that those battle packs are Hoth, which all adds up! Sorry if this is considering flaming. I'm making my own head hurt! EDIT: Sorry KimT! I'll try to ease off with the emoticons.
-
God that's awesome! I love the locking feature and the colors really sell it for me! It reminds me quite of the Star Wars Republic Nu-Class Shuttle's weapons design! Terrific job! It would be great if you hooked it up to power functions or mindstorms!
-
Wow! I never would have thought of (please mind my ignorance) covering up the little gold thingie on the funny hats with a decal! Great job! I'm not quite sure guns like that existed back then, but all of these minifigs are great!
-
There are a few up sides to this set I overlooked. I am positive Oky Wan Kenobi is correct, and that at least the cockpit has no stickers. That would be disastrous! And I'm sure the other 3 engines are somewhere. But just by looking at this ship you can tell there will be tons of features! And that will be great, this is more play than build.
-
Hey, shouldn't Hinckley give Jansued credit for finding those pictures? He was first to provide the link! Anyway, I'm sad about the RBR. It's not too bad.... for a $90 set. This can't go for more than $150, or I'll consider it robbery. And finally, the 3 in 1 combo packs are definitely the same. The comparison just made it more obvious! Vader's hidden in the corner!
-
There is one Shred of evidence, the official announcement from Lego. And don't forget the one difference between ESB and TPM. TPM stunk. I think the Wampa is the big white thing on the bottom right....in the speeder?
-
We already discussed this. I think it's too insignificant to have made a set out of. Remeber the Pirate Tank required at least two Episodes to be made into a set, and remember Battle Packs are made for millions of people to buy, that's not going to happen with some barely known Clone Wars Episode. I can assure you these are Hoth. Remember again, next year is ESB's anniversary.
-
We've all been seeing this video, and we've all seen a picture similar to that. Of course, it' helpful you gave us the youtube link, seeing as the TRU one doesn't work for me!

If you could change any one thing about Lego...
Darth Legolas replied to Darth Legolas's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Then gosh, the people I know are true devils. "Stop playing with Laygoes!" On Topic: Can someone please explain to me the difference in part quality from the 90's to now? I Have tons of bricks from the 90's and besides the fact that Lego changed the color slightly, when I put an old Gray brick against a new Bley brick, I see no difference. -
The Battle-Packs aren't in question. They're definitely coming out, and they're definitely Battlepacks. What's questionable about that?
-
I can assure you there is a 0% chance of those BP's being PT. No way, just none. The only time we even see an ice planet in all of the PT, is for ten seconds when Ki-Adi Mundi gets his last fright. And even if they were PT, we'd be getting Cold Assault Troopers, so Lego wouldn't have to go through the trouble of printing Snow Trooper Helmets. There might be a Wampa on the battle pack on the right, though it would be strange. Either way it'd be a very small Wampa. There's definitely a speeder in the one on the right, and five minifigs on the one on the left. Off Topic: Will people in this topic please end the whole Mini-Modding discussion? I think it's okay for now seeing as KimT seems to have fallen in to the Pit of Carkoon. Always remember to watch where you step
-
Is that synonymous with exploiting the likes of children? I'm still going OT, because the whole 30-year anniversary of the Empire Strikes Back thing is definitely showing in these two icy battlepacks.
-
Yeah, take a look at the Midi-Scale Falcon.
-
I'm hoping it will be a pattern as it was. Beginning with PT, so far it's been: PT, OT, Clone Wars, so next should be OT, seeing as there are no PT sets being made currently.Phase I Cold Assault Troopers though, there's no way we'd get new helmets. Just printed Snowtrooper helmets. But remember, next year is the 30th anniversary of Episode 5, so Hoth ON!
