Life was curious, thought the Lighthouse keeper. For years and years this lighthouse was pretty much ignored, although it commanded all shipping into the archipelago, and it had been a quiet life. He liked solitude. But the mummified gentlemen from the Board of Trade had been very insistent that now was the time for him to take a temporary pension in the form of a big bag of gold, and take his services back to the mainland while they carried out repairs and improvements. He just didn't understand why they were throwing the logs out though. Without those, the ships wouldn't see the fire, and some of them might founder on the rocks. Still, not his to reason why. He gave a cheery wave and set off. He was off to enjoy some company in a port where he wasn't known.

I totally agree with this. If you insist on doing direct attacks, then the counters logically have to involve the death of your characters because the counter has to mirror the attack.

Thank you all for your kind comments. This was going to be a building for my Petraea scene but I don't have space for it so it's independent now. The roof design and columns came from Goliath's suggestion that we should have more neoclassical buildings in Kaliphlin. Initially the building was dark blue and sand blue, I think this scheme works better with dark orange and dark tan, but it really needs the brown detailing. The roof is all cheese but now I see it on camera the white bits would have looked better as tiles. Also I should have cut out one dark orange row from the top, it's funny how differently things present when they are photographed compared to in the brick, mostly in this case because of the difference between camera angle and natural line of sight. I am moving the GA square to J15 as Hammerhand had already attacked J13 for the DK

Really a great build. The blue looks fantastic here, the windmill design is superb and it's fantastic that it works. Your colours and presentation are superb. Lovely.

Excellent colour(?) blocking and figure posing here Jacob. I especially like the statuary, the caryatids in particular are wonderful. Superb entry.

Congratulations to the winning builds. Hammerhand's build was actually on J13. -
Epic! Phenomenal build, very dark!

Tomsche's Herding camels attack on D4 was posted on April 15th and I don't think it's been included in any guerrilla list yet.

Superb Idea, and great use of the KK shield! -
"Halt, traveller, and state your business!" "Well met brother, I am King's Herald bearing important tidings" "What tidings do you bear, Herald" "The fall of Northwall! His Majesty sweeps all before him!" "Well, you're a long way from Northwall, and we have no forces in this direction. This herald must be carrying the news to Ulandus scum. You are a spy, herald, and we are detaining you." "I have letters of marque signed by General, here they are. And His Majesty does not share the disposition of all his forces with checkpoint guards" "Easily forged" "Listen, soldier, do you think Ulandus has any of these Nimbus 3000 racing chariots?" "So you are a spy and a thief! Seize him!" "Unhand me you fools, I bear a message for High Chief Astartes in the Western Marches" "Well, traitor, I guess you'll just have to wait for your trial before he gets it. It could be weeks, it could be months, I don't know. Our job is to guard this checkpoint. We have terrible enemies you know, and they hate us for our freedom."

Very nice build, the Horse going off frame gives a real sense of action. Nice base and good details everywhere.

King's Brother Joson Jofik has tried and summarily executed the corrupt priest for apostasy, heresy, and stealing the wealth of the village. Now he brings up the ill gotten loot from the crypt, and distributes it amongst the grateful local population. The age of theft and tyranny is over. "It's your money, citizen. With the compliments of the Desert King"

K19 is a Ulandus square, I think you mean K12? Nice build, this was one of my ideas for the WZ6. I really like your sloped walls,

Great base, Great tree, Great posing. The colours are superb too. My only criticism is that the colours for Osric blend in to the background a bit. -
Great parts use here, legs for a balustrade is genius.

Lovely build. I really like the colors and textures you have used. It seems like a pretty direct attack though, which is kind of against the guerilla spirit?
