So, does this mean that the first picture contains explicit material? Great for once more Chris! Vey creative ideas you have there! Keep on studing!

Excellent work as usual! Well done Teddy! It looks great and big! I like the colour scheme and I personally believe that red along with dark blue and tan make a great combination. To be honest, when I saw the first picture, I thought that half of the building was pink due to the lighting and the photo angle. The interior details left me speechless! Just great! My personal favourites are the living room/office and the bathroom. That bathtub is amazing! Really, there are so many details in that MOC that you really don't know from where to start! Great job!

Never seen this topic before. Nice one WF! You made me search for some photos from the past and since we are in a LEGO forum, I wanted to combine it. (I've taken a picture of the actual photo since my scanner is down for 2 months now, hence the quality.) The year is 1987, I was 8 years old in that picture, (yep, that's little Zorbas there with the light blue T-shirt ) and I was very happy because I wasn't expecting these two gems from my parents since it was a surprise birthday party. My first two big sets. Legoland... Nowadays, when it's my birthday, my friends come to my house with a birthday cake "to surprise me", I act surprised (it has become a tradition ), we drink, eat (my soon-to-be wife makes some delicious plates for the occasion) and most of the times we end up playing board games or we go out for a drink. This topic made me feel nice!

Very nice work benny! You've managed to "mix" the two sets in a very good way, ending in a very interesting result. Green Grocer looks more "city-oriented" set-wise, something that I like. You've even included a classic motorcycle. What I really like the most is the busy atmosphere . Many minifigs, lots of activities taking place, just like a real city street. Ver nice colour selection too.

Good thinking Joebot. Reading this made me realised that it's going to be just like our childhood again. I can still remember buying Kinder eggs just for the small prize in order to complete a small series of figures or even buying small packages of album stickers with football players on in order to complete the album. LEGO won't be the only element from our childhood this year I guess. I'm still excited though. -
Hilarious! You even got the face expression and the pyjamas right . So much blood from a pillow...

Very nice work AllanSmith! The first one looks really cool and very accurate I must say. Did you have any kind of source or info when it comes to colours or it was just a random choice? Thanks for sharing your oldies (but goodies) with us!

In my living room. (I wish... ) You're provided some very good thoughts blueandwhite. It will be hard to get a decent number of hoplites since the price and the rarity factor will be playing a major role here. We'll just have to wait and see how the minifig per box is going to be like. -
Very nice creation MdrnMrvls! The front of the car looks very realistic and I really like the selection of wheels you've made. It's like watching The Little Rascals again! That was the name given to that particular Playmobil line and I think that's what TheBrickster meant.

Great creation! Only by taking into consideration that you've used the pieces from the official one and created this, is impressive! I really love it! It's a mixture of a modular and a classic town house, especially with the lack of the back wall! The interior is also great! The whole home cinema/surround system looks realistic! Great, just great work alanboar! Keep it that way! Oh, welcome to Eurobricks! You can share a few things about yourself here.

Great and very enjoyable review! Stating the obvious here, this is a must buy. I'm planning of getting it in the upcoming week and I really look forward to! The new torso looks great and the car itself is excellent. Small and simply designed but that's the spirit here. No more busy streets! Btw, the traffic jam and the smash photos are brilliant! Thanks for the review Rufus!

Thanks for the very nice review Rufus! Although that I'm not a big fan of large LEGO trucks, I must admit that this one looks very nice. There are some great details and the design is quite good. It's good that TLG also included a small pump. Extra features are always welcomed. The minifig is very nice in my opinion. This torso is great and really matches with the white legs. It's also great that you've included some gas related tankers from the past. I own the 6695 Shell tanker but I think that the 6594 Octan tanker is the best. (As you've said, I'm a sucker for 4-wides. ) The last picture made me laugh! What was he trying to do? Catch the trailer with his own hands?

Since it's LEGO, I can't really be %100 sure that's why I wrote Roman. If this minifig turns out to be a Greek soldier, I'm gonna buy souvlaki for all in here because I will be VERY HAPPY! -
Great for once more Legostein! You should really consider following a lawyer's career. These evidence you're providing are unbeatable and the Court will reach a verdict in favor of the studs for sure. "I want the truth!" "You can't handle the truth!"

A great thanks for this legomilk! Man, they look absolutely beautiful! The mexican, the Roman soldier, the Pam minifig (what do you mean "Pam who"? ), the vampire, even the skiier. all minifigs are amazing! Great move TLG! This is going to be one interesting year! -
Brickfactory perhaps? Probably in the LEGO Resources category since it contains LEGO catalogues and set instructions. I don't really know about the technical requirements though and if it falls under some restrictions. EDIT: Great idea Siegfried! Very helpful indeed!

Your city's layout pictures never stop to impress me ACCURATEin! The monorail looks great, the town hall expansion works really well and my favorite is the "chilis" restaurant. Man, that building looks beautiful!

Very nice work sens1992! I like the overall design and as MetroiD correctly stated, it really looks like a classic town gas station. The black looks of it with the small touches of red works great and the whole thing turned out pretty realistic. That's the key I think. Good job!

A great thanks for this WhiteFang! It really felt great seeing it in classic-town! Great LEGO sets are never enough! The more I look at this tractor the more I like it . I'm not a big lime fan but it works just perfect in this occasion. I personally think that it's somehow better than the other two previous tractors and when you 'll see it from close you're gonna love it! I'll try my best, you can count on that!

This is amazing! What a great creation you've made there sonicstarlight! It really reminds me of some old buildings that are still been used after some renovation. I really like the fact that the design and the look of it is different from the other modulars. All the colours blend great together and the windows from the MMV work just great! The small details such as the balcony, the hanging flower pots and the rooster on the weather vane are a thing to admire for sure! The interior is also great! The juke box and the dart board in the pub are a great addition and my personal favourite is the foosball table! It turned out very realistic! Overall, absolutely beautiful creation!

That's why the seller asked for my I.D when I bought it last week. It all makes sense now. A comment from that page: Bada$$ outlaw!

Thanks for your good words neighboreeno! Also, a great thanks for blogging it in classic-town! I really feel honoured! Btw, the second link needs some fix I think.

Parts you have an unaccountable fondness for?

First of all, what a great set! About the misfortune.... . That's very sad. Opening a MISB set and finding that some pieces are already worn off . I got mine (4 of them) from the 6541 Intercoastal Seaport back in 1991 or '92 and when I left my dark ages and opened the LEGO suitcase after all those years, it was one of the first pieces I tried to find. It was one of my favourite pieces since my childhood. -
Great post Legostein! You've made some excellent points there. Studs DO contribute in smoothness after all, especially after seeing the first picture. That made my day!

Thanks for your very good words tedbeard! It's great to see fellow EB members and generally LEGO fans enjoying your work. You see, I've learned from the best in here when it comes to reviews. And EB has some excellent reviewers that I hope I'll be like one of them someday. Thanks again!
