Awesome ship! it turned out very well Good work on the rigging and sails, and I also like the black things on the 'shutters'(? you know, with the black tiles ) Weren't you planning to put some transparant tiles or something like that on the compass house? Oh, and your stern is also nice Brilliant ship

Nice ship. Good work on the masts and sails It also has very realistic colours. But...did you know women bring bad luck to a ship? -
The Skull Beneath The Skin - Pirate Hideout

Great job! The skeletons in the water are a good idea Your roof is also very original. You really showed some skills in this MOC -
This is me, standing in front of 'HMS Sophie' (from the Aubrey/Maturin novel series) That's a British ship and I'm French, but I just liked the image

Haha they are great Funny to see if you have also seen the real episodes of your scenes. Nice job

More pictures: Click here Muffin has also made a MOC of HMS Victory:Click here

Nice stern, I think you can start with the real thing now And I prefer black gunports but that's quite personal (and I think most real ships had black ones too instead of blue).
-
You could make the whole ship 1 hullpiece longer, but for the rest I'd say: start with the real thing! It looks very nice, your figurehead is also a good idea. Just like the others: can't wait to see this thing in real!

Welcome to Classic-pirates! I don't think there is a better way to introduce yourself than with this magnificent MOC It's a very nice ship with a great colourscheme, I really like it The rigging could use some more work but for the rest it's stunning, so: In case you don't know what that means, you will be on our frontpage soon

MOC: 4 chests & 3 corpses OR be alive on the habitable island
Admiral Croissant replied to Kubik-Rubik's topic in Pirate MOCs
Could you tell me a little bit more about this MOC (what is the story behind all this) because I don't understand what this is really all about.. It looks very funny though :pir-skull: -
Congratulations, these were all very great entries!

[COMIC] "Kings And Queens Of The Sea" - Episodes

Nice one again! It's a great story and I really enjoyed the ghost scene And I may have missed it, but why does Mr. Kolby have 'white' hands? -
Comment: They already exist Take a look in this thread: Greencoats Also take a look at page 2 and 3.

This is a very classical ship, just like Lego could have designed it. If you want to improve it, you could for example put the gunports on above the cannons (how it should be) instead of below them. But it looks rather good, with a nice colourscheme.

I see a lot of great things in this MOC: SNOT-water, nice window designs, good interior in the building, great roof. I also like the long cannon. Simply brilliant

LEGO Nintendo Entertainment System & TV
Admiral Croissant replied to Davey's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I have tried doing things like this a few times and I know how hard it is. I never managed to make it real good. But you did! It looks great When you don't know you don't see it's made of lego at all (perhaps only because it's an old game with a flatscreen tv -
The Three Billy Goats Gruff - Retold.
Admiral Croissant replied to AwesomeStar's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Wonderfoul story indeed! I really like it It has a very surprising end, and funny as well. I only think the upright standing leg in the water is a bit strange -
Well, lego should be funny as well But if you want to change it, you could do it the same way as on the Imperial Flagship

I always like very large ships, and this is no exception The shape is turning out very good and the colours are also very original. I think the stern could use some more different colours though, the blue and yellow become a bit overwhelming there (you could try some dark blue). For the rest it's turning out very nicely. Are you also planning to make 'stairs' on the sides of the ship?
-
Good job! The sails are very nice with the cannonball holes. The rigging and flags are also good. The only thing that I don't really like on this ship is the figurehead because it's on it's back. For the rest it is great
-
Maybe a better title is Exploration: The REAL world Those are some very nice pictures, the best way to make the water is ofcourse using real water. It's also a great landscape to make some pictures. Very cool
-
The side of this ship looks very impressive! The only thing I don't like a lot about this ship is the bow. I think you should at least remove the slopes attached to the skeg(?, just under the headrails). The skeg shouldn't slope at all, that's all I have to complain I'm really looking forward to the rest of this amazing project, keep it up!

In fact I liked this creation so much, that it will be my first MOC that will be So watch the frontpage! it will be there soon

Great MOC! There are some very nice/cleaver things, like the use of the sextants, the guy without any legs and the 'telescope's between the windows. The part below ground level is also nice, and the background. Good job
