*wub* Freaking awesome this '07s City Sets!!!!!! *wub* I won't change my Central Grand Station set for nothing, I mean, it's a modern one, but this year's one is more a-must-have one, with all the real lego feeling from almost 20 years from now!! The Sea Port... well, I don't have one yet, so this will work well. The Octan Gas Stations are back!!! :'-) All the vehicles are awesome, freaking megablocking awesome!! Hopefully, TLC in Mexico will be importing all this year's sets as once did back in the 80's and middle 90's Yeah!! X-D

Would someone help me getting 10176?? :'-( I voted this because, even if I don't have official but have the MOC one, it's great, excellent, and Vladek's Dark Fortress is also a really great step up for KK line, so functional, so fun but so kid-ish, and even 100176 it's also very kid-ish, it's more a classic one.

If you've ever read my posts, you know that I get all my hard-to-find-in-Mexico lego sets from ebay.com, but there's a set that drives me crazy, that I have even MOC-ked and that won't be available in Mexico but it's not even available in ebay.com!!!!! Please, help me, how can I import to Mexico this Lego Ultimate Collector's Series no. 10176 Set?! (Also, if you can help me figuring out how to get 8813 Battle at the Pass I'll be very thankful!!) I'm hoping to see Lego sets from HPOOTP!! HP fans and of course the ones who have been buying the HP sets these years do have to point as guilty the Lego Company for making so few of the GoF sets, and it's their fault if the sets didn't sell well. Anyway, did the sets really sell that bad?? At least in Mexico they were very popular and sold very very quickly, you couldn't find them for christmas, even they were released in november 15th, 2005!!!! (I remember this because of the expectation they caused in me, but didn't know they were going to produce such expectation all around the country) There are very very good parts of the new movie which will make an improve on the HP sets only if TLC really get ready for that. Just a plane piece with batman-like pieces, the Droids' and Clones' packs are fine, and the only ones that are "nice" are the AT-ST and the Y-Wing, is that all??? *sad*

What the megablock is this??? Griveous' ship really sucks, it's just like a bad design of the Batwing!!! Then, the Imperial Landing thing is not esthetic, it's like the sets designed in the 90's for Star Wars (we have to admit it, the re-released versions of must sets are far better than the original ones) The weapons are good, and of course I really liked the Droids' and Clones' sets, they are gonna be really useful. But as many of you have pointed out, not impressed at all

The Shark and the little sub really rock!! *wub* The minifigs are just like Divers theme, so they're fine to me. *y* The aqua plants included also really work well. *sweet* The design of the subs also really sucks, jajaja *sweet* Really a great step for TLC for what they're doing (or did?) with the animals (except the crab, it's more an spider than anything else) and the subs are the less <insert that tiresome argument> I've seen recently (the 90's ones are the best) but seriously, it's obvious that the subs are from the Alpha Team sets and that really makes me :-X No matter, kids will love them as long as they're a better version and of course for an AFOL like me, the animals, the "Atlantis" details and the minifigs really make me buy at least the two little ones.

Been abscent for a while, you know, university drives you crazy!!! *wacko* and talking about crazy things, I've already had thoughts about the AR been a kind of evolved Adventurers...if this could only be truth, and of course, I wouldn't stand another Alpha Team megablocking design. Let's hope this is gonna be a mix between Divers and Adventurers, pasing by Aquazone and Vikings' creatures. *wub*

Mexico isn't, and even the mexican Lego importer co. is still discussing if Batman is going to be released here. :'-(

dJole, now that you mention it, wow, jejejejeeje, It is true!!!! The dwarf's head is a Johny Thunder's one!!!! (In my version I used Rascus' head, and making an even more watchful comparison, well, Rascus' head is a Johny Thunder's one except for JT's hair and Rascus' keychain mostache!!!) Also, there's a sorcerer with a witch's hat and all his stuff right on the top of the castle. As no one has done a review yet, you can check mine ;-) at My 10176!

SWMAN, there's no problem. This is another oportunity to complain about my situation, jeje. First: yeah, this is somehow a MOC because of the number of pieces that the real set features and which I don't have some because they're new, others because I didn't find the colors at my own lego collection and some others because I ran out of pieces very quickly. Second: Then, this is not the real one, it is one I build from a link at classic-castle.com which led to official instructions released strangely by TLC. So, it is based upon "official instructions" but it is not a purchased set, hehe. *sweet* Third: As lond as I live in Mexico, this set is not going to be available here in any store, so I am waiting impatiently *wacko* for someone at ebay.com to sell it so I can import it. Thanks for your interest, and please, do not get angry with Yoda, you haven't met Mr. Phes, have you? Jeje, just kidding , everyone here is nice! :-D

Hi again, thanks a lot for your comments, wuiii, makes me feel very happy X-D !!! Well, the last part of the pics is here. The back view of the front left tower which hides a treasure chest. Again, there are new colors on the jewels, the one green is the only one featured originally and the red ones substitute ones of a very strange blue color, at least that's what I saw in the instructions. This blue is not the light blue from HP 4709, nor is the traditional dark blue and it is neither the one from the jewels featured at Vikings' 7018. As you can see in the next pic, the system is quite smooth with plane pieces that let the chest to slize once you've taken out the bar that blocks it. It is more less the kind of system seen in HP's 4751 Marauder's Map when you have to pull back the Witch's statue. Finally, a pic of the chest open. 8 coins are featured!! The only set in which I've seen this is Gringotts' Bank. That's all, no more secrets from 10176! Thanks a lot for your repplies and home is waiting, jeje. By the way, I can't define from the instructions' scans wheter if it is old or new grey, but from the pics featured not only in the other threat about 10176 set but also at lego.com, I think is new one. I agree with you Dr Lucky, the set isn't that great but I find smart the way the <insert that tiresome argument> pieces were put together, at least the design is far better than for example the Morcia castle one. I also agree the figs are excellent and not only the KKII.3 wave uses OE face prints but also the Vikings feature ones. Pitty TLC hasn't designed a lot of them lately, but the ones that have been are great. Great minifigs, colors and carts. *sweet*
