  1. Hahah! Awesome! Those vices are great, but here's my opinion voice-by-voice. Berix: Heh, I like his voice. It sounds like a helpless villager perfectly, a kind of bystander who may or may not prove himself to be evil. Totally awesome. Ackar: He's aging, and his voice is incredibly familiar, I just don't know where I've heard it before. Not much else to say about this, though . . . His acting's pretty good. Mata Nui: His voice itself is nice, but some parts of his acting are a bit stiff. :/ Maybe that's just how Mata Nui's supposed to be, since he's never had any real interaction with another living being, buuuut I dunno . . . . Kinna: YES! She has an awesome and young voice! A talented one, too! I was afraid she was gonna suffer from Gali-syndrome where she got an aging voice, but her voice is great! Gresh: Pretty much what I imagined Gresh to sound like, so :D. I really wanna hear Strakk though. He's voiced by the guy that voiced Candlejack. And that's awes
  2. Damn, man. Bye Bye Babylon is definitely better than I imagined it would be. The eastern-type music is a really great added accent to the rock, and the orchestral parts remind me deeply of the music from the original BIONICLE movies. I just wish I could understand the lyrics. >> -Weird Al's "Smells Like Nivarna" runs through head- It's still a definite improvement over the Mistika song, which I thought was much too emo.
  3. That footage was EPIC. I really liked the way the Rock Steeds moved, and the way the vehicle was animated. It was soooo cool.
  4. I'm not sure if this is off topic or not, (and if it is, then feel free to disregard/delete this post) but what were the 'Datapocalypse' attacks? I don't seem to recall those . . .
  5. Meh, BZP has been down for weeks even when there were no hackers, so I don't think this is really anything significant. I'll give them a day or so to block this guy's IP and whatever proxies she/he's using.
  6. I'm not even really sure what I expected to be there. Maybe some particle effects moving around. I'm not really sure. The scenery just looked a bit lacking IMO. :/ (Also, the lack of any actual darkness at night didn't sit well with me much, but . . . mrh.) The character designs are really great, though. It looks incredibly similar to BIONICLE Heroes style designs, and I always liked BIONICLE Heroes' style.
  7. I just ordered RoV off of Borders, so it should be here soon. And the Legends Reborn footage looks amazing, that Micheal Dorn guy makes a really good Mata Nui. But the general animation quality is simply epic. I wish there was more going on in the background,or that it was at least out of focus, but not every movie can be Wall-E. :/
  8. Once I get it, I'm planning on making and seeding a torrent for it. (Unless of course I decide to be cheap and get a torrent of it instead of actually buy it.
  9. Raw beef + Honey Mustard = Teh epic winz.
  10. She's an alternate zombie Tuyet from the future but also from the past, duh! (Seriously, if Greg pulls something THAT ridiculous, I quit.)
  11. Are those things for sale, or on pre-order? (Because if they're for sale I'm totally getting one. What currency is that!?)
  12. I remember getting the Metruan in late '03 (I luffz yoo, Wal*Mart) and read the little mini comic inside. When I first sat the Toa Metru I thought that the Turaga died, and had new toa named after them in the future. And that Metru Nui was just Mata Nui in the future. But I also remember thinking that Dume had always been evil, and never let anybody into the real surface world where Mata Nui was. Like it was a conspiracy or something.
  13. Do you guys think LEGO sites are actually being targeted, or it's just some coincidence? I think this might be the work of some disgruntled BZPer who has nothing better to do, so he runs around inserting malicious code into places for the heck of it. If BS01 goes down next, I think we have a problem.
  14. This is awesome. Completely and perfectly awesome. The concept itself was great, but you managed to pull it off really well. (And the addition of brains and rubberbands as muscle in the skeletal part are very awesome indeed.)
  15. Dude, that part totally sucked. Blurr was so awesome, and then he had to be cubified because Shockwave is a 'tard. Though it did add a much more mature undertone to the show. Since no one had REALLY died before. (Not to mention Sari got boobs, and went totally crazy.) Ohwait. This isn't Euroformers, is it? Anyway, BZP dying sucks, but it happens a lot nowadays. Even if it didn't die, I doubt I'd be able get in at all. (Since the server is too buggy to let me do anything normally.)
  16. This whole MiB thing sounds like the whole Toa V thing on BS01 a year or so ago. Only more retarded, and less fun.
  17. Continuing on what 3D Brickthing said, in most of the recent BIONICLE media, there are gratuitous deaths. In 2008 alone, about fifty characters (Maybe I'm exaggerating a bit.) were killed off for no reason. Some were obscure characters, and a few were the stars as part of their respective year. Hell, six of the twelve main "Canister set" characters were killed off, and another four set characters died, too. BIONICLE is really into the whole deaths and things. It's sorta cool, really. But it's probably because BIONICLE story (Not the sets.) are aimed toward teens.
  18. Aww, how come none of this horrible disgusting stuff hasn't come to me? I need a good barfing session if I'm to continue my Bulimia . . . In all seriousness, this guy fails hard. And needs to be stopped before his failstorm continues. I doubt it. Last year a lot of people I know didn't get the Mistika 'till September. (As if anyone wanted them in the first place :p.) Though the Mahri did come early for me in '07 . . .
  19. He probably meant that the spammer had Google in another tab/window/available place. . . .Though 'Google Open' does seem like some kind of application Google Labs would think up . .
  20. I just noticed that the Agori on page one are working with giant BIONICLE pieces . . .
  21. That was an amazing comic. I loved all of the generic Agori around, but there were no generic Glatorian :(. The writing was superb, and definitely some of Greg's best. And the story was so amazing and devastating. It sorta reminds me of Ta-Koro being destroyed in MoL . . . It also showed a lot more of the character's personalities and such. Bara Magna is THE GREATEST story we've ever had in BIONICLE.
  22. Oh cool, is this where I can put all of my Malum x Strakk Slash stories? XD (No, Not really. That was A JOKE. I have no Stralum Slash. Seriously. Stay away from my hard drive!) Anyway, are there any rules of what we post here, or can we post any kind of BIONICLE fan fiction?
  23. The way Greg words these things is really tricky, but genius. He knows how to do this stuff pretty well.
  24. That trailer was . . . interesting. I loved the space scene, though. It reminded me so much of Spore that I wanna hack the game and make a solar system like that. The graphics both made me happy, and made me cry. It looks TOO much like the set, and since I really liked the original movie designs, it's sorta boring. On the other hand, Mata Nui reminded me a LOT of BIONICLE Heroes graphics, which I really liked. So I guess a movie animated in BH style should be interesting. I don't care how cheesy the movie is. It's marketed towards children, and thus the cheesiness should be expected. (Though I hope that it'll be a Pixar-quality movie. . . Which won't happen. :( )
  25. Eh, I just looked up a collection of Worf clips on YouTube, and I suppose that voice is okay for Mata Nui. . .
