  1. Hmm, if the Great Beings had nothing to do with the Rua Nui on Bara Magna, do you guys think that the GBs got inspiration from that. If they used Agori and Glatorian as design insperations, who said they couldn't use another giant robot as the inspiration for Mata Nui?
  2. I voted yes. LEGO crap is meant to be opened, played with, then eventually broken and ruined. It's the natural life-cycle of all toys. No matter how old, or rare it is.
  3. MNOLG was amazing back in it's day. Hell, it's still awesome. My only regret is not playing it enough in '01 (My internet sucked, so each loading screen took hours.), and having to get hooked on it sometime in '04-'05. And I thought that aside from the thousands of glitches, MNOLG2 was a nice game. It reminded me of old-style point-and-click 'em-ups. (Sierra ones, because they broke easier, and weren't as good quality as Lucasarts ones.) And it offered an RPG aspect, too. Except then it stopped working for me. Still, nothing beats MNOLG, or the Bohrok/Kal animations. Those things were amazing. (And yeah, City Of The Lost was really cool. Island of Doom was cool, too. I think that '06 and '07 got ruined as soon as the Mahri/Inika showed up.)
  4. I'm going store-hopping right now, so I'll keep a lookout for any Glatorian.
  5. Greg said that he sees "Bara Magna" as "Great Barren". And also, White Teridax=Wifailin. I mean, Teridax is may favorite character, but the way he acts now is---boring. Still, this is gonna lead up to something awesome happening in RoS, I'm sure.
  6. I'll admit to owning Mega-Craps before, but that's because Mom's can't tell the difference.
  7. Wait, I thought Greg said that the original plan was to end BIONICLE in 2008, after they successfully awakened Mata Nui, and nothing else happened.
  8. Oh wow. I never noticed that. Every main hero character since 2001 was a character from 2001. . . Huh. Makes you think about things doesn't it? It also makes me imagine "The Glatorian Nuva". >.<
  9. That's odd. I wonder why LEGO would use a summer set as an example? Maybe this year they know that they can't hide much because of the movie. I remember seeing Vahki pics in late '03. And then the Visorak were revealed really early, too.
  10. You people are forgetting the best Wii game, and that's Brawl. Do you people have any taste in gaming? (And yeah, the XBox is pretty bland. There are no good games that you can't get on the PS3.)
  11. *Loads shotgun.* No, the Wii doesn't suck At all. The Wii is the second greatest console in existence. (Second only to the NES, and the DS.)
  12. Actually, a BIONICLE game on the Wii would be majorly kick-awesome. Especially if it had enough violence and blood to rival MadWorld XD. No, but a violent BIONICLE game, would be awesome.
  13. This is BIONICLE. The thing that BIONICLE is known best for (Besides the toys, and the storyline, and everything else.) is unexpected, sometimes nonsensical twists. I'm sure that's what this "Rua Nui" is gonna be revealed as.
  14. Not to mention the Great Spirit head that ominously looms there. (Anyone think that the technology in there might be why the Skrall always win?)
  15. That comic was great. Everything that was going on was really mysterious and odd. And the Glatorian's characterizations were great, too. It really made me like Strakk, too. His line about seeing Gresh's guts was awesome. He's definitely gonna be the first Glatorian I get. And I never pegged any of the Glatorians as friends, but evidently those three "travel together". Damn, 2009 is gonna be awesome.
  16. Well, it's not Greg's fault that he can't do much characterization. Scholastic requires that he does more action sequences so that the book sells to the target audience. (AKA: Kids who prefer generic personalities and lots of fighting.) I think he's done well in characterization with the serials. Especially with Lesovikk, Takanuva, Matoro, and Mutran.
  17. Oh God. Those bring back memories. Especially Evil Tahu. I remember making my own waaaaay back when. And I never understood where Chronicler's staffs even came from. In '02 I just remember people flaunting them, and I was like "What the Hell?"
  18. That'd actually be pretty epic, but I like the idea of Teridax and Mata Nui being on the same side. Then everything would be revealed to have been controlled by an even greater, more mysterious enemy. Perhaps the being that orchestrated "The Shattering". But Takanuva becoming the next Great Spirit of the MU would definitely be awesome. Especially since Greg's hinted that he has a greater destiny.
  19. I just got Takanuva, and I have one thing to say: Best BIONICLE set ever. (And every time I pose him, I'm reminded of MNOLG. )
  20. I never really liked the Hordika. I mean, they looked sorta cool, but they sucked in all truth. Then again, I might just be biased since I hated '05 in general. The Visorak were also weeeiiiird, but I liked them. EDIT: Or maybe "Ultimate Dume". That set sucked hard.
  21. I've only been able to get into BZP for more than an hour maybe twice in the last six months. Otherwise it's either down, or taking a hella long time to load. I figured it was just the server dying like it always does.
  22. . . . wait what? Did Jinzo just copy Bfahome's post? Or is this a glitch or something?
  23. These are all pretty kickawesome. And anther variation of the Ignika is alright with me. (And since I'm the only person immature enough to point it out-- Kiina has boobs XD.)
  24. I'd actually be happy if he had a metru head. Or even if he were an Inika clone (Which is likely.). Because then we have a character who uses old building conventions and pieces to show that he's returning from the old place we all remember. (And Extra Points for using the old style joints, too.)
  25. There's a bad way to hate? But a serial focused on the Agori sounds interesting. I wish they'd return to online animations about them, though.
