1. Xander decides to do nothing for the remainder of the battle.
2. Xander attacks the Carp from the back row with his bow.
3. "Yes, you are correct Nerwen. I thought Flying was weak to ice; either way, though, the chicken will be no more after two rounds of bombs, so a free hit would probably be better served with the cow."
4. I miss Brickdoctor doing all the strategizing for us...
5. "Cronk, the Chicken will fall with the first Ice Bomb, so there is no need to counter that particular foe. I would concentrate on countering the Cow, unless you would like to Counter a different foe. And just to be safe, is there a way to have Nerwen act before you, Dyric? Even though you are lucky, having Nerwen stunned for a round would be devastating. I can attack the Carp, and if I roll damage I can heal myself next round with a potion." OoC: Pretty sure we can just counter strike the Cow from here, since it's weak to Ice. Just leaves the Carp, which should go this round, and then the Goat which Dyric can hopefully take care of within 3 rounds. Right?
6. I'm just glad there is finally a situation where those darned bombs are actually useful.
7. Did I find a loophole in the cooking battle?
8. "I think I have a plan. Nerwen is in possession of 3 Ice Bombs; if she throws one each round, she will K.O. every opponent except for the Carp, and leave the Cow and Goat extremely crippled. If Cronk were to counterstrike those animals, I believe he could defeat them within 3 rounds."
9. Xander agrees to the plan, attacking the Mad Cow with his bow from the back row.
10. "If we are going to go Cronk's route, then that means we need to focus on 205 and 304. Which other room should we try to fulfill?"
11. "Either of the rooms is fine with me. Assuming I land a hit, I can take out anything besides the Cow or Pig in a single blow." OoC: If my calculations are correct, an Aim, Hit or Shield by me will leave the Pig at 9 HP, and Crit will kill it. Only a Crit from me will kill the Cow in one turn (204 damage).
12. Xander follows the group to the kitchen. "Who knows, we might even be able to overhear some conversations through the pipes that are coming from the offending rooms," Xander whispers to Nerwen as they make their way downstairs.
13. "Is there any particular order we need to visit these tenants? Perhaps we should look into the situation in the basement first; it might somehow be connected with the others, as the furnace must provide heat to all the building. Also, we could see if there are apples for Cronk in the kitchen."
14. Xander follows the group inside, careful to leave the door open for Cronk.
15. Xander watches Nerwen and Dyric interact with the two individuals by the entrance to the inn, one hand reaching back slightly to confirm the bow on his back while sending a friendly nod Cronk's way.
16.
Wow, so much for that Hunter brotherhood. Is there an option for easy quest/awesome loot?Edit: Oh, you're talking about the medal? Ugh, now I have to worry about QM's blackmailing me.

17. Gee, if only someone was selling a Medal...
18. "Nerwen, it has been too long! It will be my honor to share another quest with you," Xander exclaims as he steps out of the shadow to accepts Nerwen's extended hand. "What you heard is true; our team was formidable, and the dragon fell with unexpected ease. However, we have been in the fields for what has seemed like ages. What adventures have you gone on since we last quested together?"
19. Xander arrives at the inn before the other heroes, settling near the door of the building to wait on the others. OoC: Updated my stats, let me know if you have any questions WBD.
20. Xander hurries inside the Marketplace, eager to meet up with his fellow heroes on his next quest. Selling his Silver Ore (+60g), Golden Fleeces (+180g), five Water Bombs (+25g), one Ice Bomb (+5g), the Amulet of the Elven Horse Rider (+10g), two Remedies (+10g) and two Venoms (+4g) he brings his total gold to 1121g, including the momney he had gained from the sale of 2 mysterious mushrooms. Walking up to Anwyl, he hands him his Precision Bow, upgrading it to WP:19 -(130+140+150+160+170+180+190=1120g) and leaving him with 1g.
21. OoC: No problem; I don't plan on coming back here, and I know you do, so might as well spend it on something that might be handy for your group in the future.
22. Xander awakes to a note by his side; reading the contents, he makes his way inside the Hall, carefully wrapping two Level-up Mushrooms in a small, brown package. Squinting his eyes from the sudden change in lighting, he spots the table where Benji and Alexis are talking. Placing the package near the female assassin, he awaits the return payment a few tables down, as agreed upon in the note.
23. Before heading out of the Fields, Xander returns the Handcannon to Benji and Marksman's Hat to Docken, thanking both for their generosity. Noticing the remaining GP in his pocket, he whispers something to Missy, leaving the GP behind... OoC: Wow, totally forgot about the borrowed stuff.
24. Xander hurries into the hall, heading straight to the Message Board. Writing his name under Quest #65, Xander wondered if there would be a moment to reflect on the time that had passed battling in the Fields. He sat in a corner, taking out a piece of paper and pencil, and proceeded to write the following notice: "Medal of Glory and 3 Level-Up Mushrooms for sale. Interested parties, please message me privately with inquiries; serious offers only, please. -Xander" Posting the note in an uncluttered section of the board, he headed outside and settled in a grassy alcove near a tranquil stream; closing his eyes, he began to rest -- if only for a moment.
25. Xander accepts the the loot and heads straight to Missy the Pig, brandishing a large bag(?) of GP. Handing the pig 175 GP, Xander grabs a shiny medal and three level-up mushrooms, leaving him with 10GP. Thanking both the farmer and his fellow heroes for an fruitful trip to Fields, he quickly makes his way to the Hall to see what quests await. OoC: It's been said but bears repeating, thanks again for taking over hosting duties and being such a considerate QM, CMP.
