  1. Nice little scene Majek! I like the torsos and armor you've chosen for your soldiers, and the use of the Adventurer gold plate for the top of the staff is a good touch. I also like how you made the fire straight up, even though the roof is slanted. By the way, at the moment, your gallery link goes to a scene from For a Few Dollars More.
  2. Hello Whitefang, this is a nice little transport. The horse harness doesn't look very good to me, but you already know about that. The cart also looks a bit long to me... one idea I might suggest would be to remove the three studs used to hold the barrel altogether, and then you could build another cart to carry the baggage.
  3. I did not like the new dragons when I first saw them... they looked too much like Duplo to me. They have really grown on me over time though, and though I don't own it, I really like the look of the armored dragon in the Troll Longship.
  4. I got the Summer catalog today (it's regular sized! ) and noticed this as well. I also noticed that one of the missals in the Turbcar Chase set is messed up.
  5. I'm glad you're posting your coverage! I was a bit worried you weren't going to. It's nice to see that even if I couldn't make it to the event, I was still there in spirit. Did you actually bring Riley to the event? That picture looks like it was taken somewhere else.
  6. Really cool creation! I like your attention to detail, like the hat rack and muddy bank. My favourite part of this is the submerged water wheel. The horse head in the bed is also great.
  7. Nice job with this Jordan, I think you've really nailed the look. The trans thing on the back looks a bit odd to me, but I haven't seen the movie yet, so can't really complain.
  8. I like this very much. Great job with making the ruins look ruined, especially the large tower. That tree is very nice too.
  9. Thanks for sharing these Klaus-Dieter! They're all beautiful.
  10. Hey Sarg, it's nice to see you again. I don't really agree with your post though... True, there has been some unfortunate happenings, and the community is different, but it is far from dead. I hope you'll stick around and give it a chance.
  11. Oh, I thought they were already moderators... what's the difference between a regulator and a moderator? Congratulations guys.
  12. Sounds neat, have fun!
  13. My favourite would be mild cheddar cheese. (the orange kind, not the white)
  14. Oooh, the end in drawing near! This is exciting! It's nice to see another episode! It took me a bit to remember who was dead by now and so, but in the end this was a very helpful episode with a good share of laughs.
  15. Perhaps you should have figured out how to post images before making this thread? Shadows explains it in this tutorial: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=18451
  16. Hey Dwarvenlord, your pictures are really big. To be honest, if it weren't for the forums automatic resizer I wouldn't have bothered looking at your creation. I would highly recommend cropping and resizing your pictures for future projects. You can read how to resize them here or here. I am glad I looked at your creation though, because I really like it. I don't usually like mixing steam power in with castle like this, but I think it works here. Now the Defender can do more than just roll downhill! You've done a good job with the steam engine, but I would recommend loosing the red on the boiler, because it looks too modern. I suggest grey or black as a replacement. I don't really like the blues on the cart either, but understand they're there to tie it in with the Crown Faction.
  17. Hello Dwarf King, welcome to the hobby and to Eurobricks. I think my first castle set would be 6009: Black Knight. My older brother already had some sets that I would play with, but I believe this was the first one that was actually mine. I have some very fond memories of this set.
  18. Looking closer at the picture, it appears to me the dragon doesn't even have a neck, the head is just attached to a technic rod.
  19. If it was a full dragon, where would the coins go?
  20. Heh heh, simple, but still very nice! I really like your Darth Father figure, especially the head choice. I don't really like the head choice for your clone, though. He looks too happy to me. If you have any white ninja head pieces, I think that could look very nice.
  21. These are some little changes you've made to the Forestmen, Kurtt. I'm pleasantly surprised by how well Indy's satchel works with them, though I think it might look better without the quiver, because right now it doesn't seem to fit quite properly.
  22. Yeah, that makes sense. Why aren't your soldiers armed?
  23. This actually appeals to me... though it's not something I'd be willing to pay much for. I wonder how the quality is? I agree with Athos that the box looks cardboard.
  24. Heh heh, the title also had me puzzled for a second. That's a nice army! At the moment, my crown army is quite small... I have one archer, three foot soldiers and two mounted knights.
  25. I wish you a very happy birthday!
