Uh.. Hello. Welcome to EB. What are your favorite themes?

This is a great set! Probably my second or third favorite castle overall. I had a choice to buy this or 6080, and chose 6080, which I don't regret, but I do wish I had this set. I don't like the black as much as grey, but way it's mixed looks really sharp, IMO. I also think it's design looks a little better then 6080, as I like the front more, with the two little side towers, and doesn't look quite as square. It has a great supply of figures and pieces, overall a great set. *y*

There's not really any way to know, the judge only listed the top three entries. He did say that he narrowed it down to 15 entries, then went from there, and from looking at the entries, I'd guess that both Jon and I were in that 15, but like I said, there's no way to know for sure.

Yup. I believe Jon, Suvie and I were the only EBers who entered, but there might be more. The contest already ended, and Suvie got third place. :-)

Very nice scene. The action is great, and so is the building and the terrain. I really like the way you did the cherry blossom tree. Congrats on your win. :-)

Ah very cool. Thanks for posting pics. :-) Like Norro said, I like that this station can be used for almost all the Adventures' forms of tranportation. I think my favorite part is the dock; all those brown tiles make it look very neat.

I really like this set, though unfortunetly, I don't own it. The Crusaders with the cross axe sign were some of my favorite figures, and this set comes with two. For how small it is, it has a nice supply of parts, and like you noted, is a great army builder. If it were out today, I'd buy more then one. Congrats on your 1000th post, BTW. :-)

That would probably help quite a bit. TT has already made a 'Castle Directory', but it's only got picures of the upcoming 06 sets. One more like the pirate directory would be nice, with MOCs and other castle stuff.

Neat idea. I agree it does look quite a bit like the cartoon version. I think I like the hair TLC gave him more though...

And even at BK you can't always have it your way, they still but pickles in my burger. >:-( :-P

Just watched X-men for the second time, this time the 1.5 version. Though the movie is great and i enjoyed watching it again, I was a little disappointed with the extras, because I misinterpreted the description of the movie, and was expecting the movie itself to be an hour longer, but really it was just a few minutes longer, and the rest was how they made it. Which was still neat to watch. Now I can't wait to see number two and three! *knight*

Nice review, Brickster. :-) As stated in the other thread, this is my favorite ship/boat in the Adventure theme, for various reasons. It's a neat ship with some nice details, like the cargo hold, the figure head at the front of the ship, the lamps in back, the rudder (I know it was in almost every pirate ship, but it could've easily been left out) Three nice minifigs, and a nice sail. I also like the side fencing. The colors look good together and don't clash. Plus, this was a pretty cheap set, at one point I think TLC was selling it for 20% off, too. Overall, I think I would give this a 7 or 8/10. :-) BTW, Brickster. What is that MOC is your sig? Do you have anymore pictures of it? :-)
