  1. Yeah, and IIRC, TLC gave most of the pirate ships a figure head of some kind, but I don't think they were all that fancy.
  2. Happy Birthday! Enjoy your day. :-)
  3. I might be interested. What Star Wars figures are you looking for?
  4. Yes, I was planning on getting at least one of them once they come out. After looking them over again, I think I'll get the small boat set first, and then wait for the Battle at the Pass set.
  5. Thanks for the link, Phes! :-) I know we've seen toyfair pictures, but I don't know about these. Would anyone happen to know when these are coming out to non Lego stores?
  6. Hey pellevin, welcome! :-) That's a really nice mecha you've got there. The humans never really stood a chance.
  7. No its definitely not... However, we haven't quite reached a piratical utopia here, so until such exists I'll have to diversify myself amongst all history themes. I didn't know the SW Hoth Wampa was part of history X-D :-P *yoda* Sure it is! :-P Star Wars is so popular, it has become part of history, and the wampa is part of SW, so it's part of history too. :-P yes, this is a joke
  8. Yeah, I don't think it looks that bad either, but don't actually own the set, so I can't really be sure. I looked on Brickshelf for pics, but the best I could find is this: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/gunter/S...79/dsc01862.jpg Which isn't much of a help...
  9. Well, I'm not really a Viking historian, but I do believe vikings did have figure heads something like this.
  10. Good pictures and review. :-) This set looks like it has some great parts, but I doubt I'll buy it. Nice comic at the end, too...
  11. Lucky! ;-) Thanks for the info. I'm guessing the new Knights Kingdom sets aren't out yet, though. Good luck fitting them onto the plane.
  12. Mister Phes is an Admin here, and a very, VERY big fan of pirates. I'm sure you'll run into him soon. ;-)
  13. Hey Black Sparrow! Welcome! I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself here. :-)
  14. I believe this is what he's talking about Phes: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/glencaer...tar004uncle.jpg
  15. Hello PuffDaddy! Welcome to Eurobricks. I hope you enjoy yourself here! :-)
  16. Yes, the sail is very nice. Like I said though, it's not cloth as much as treated paper, so I'm a little worried about it getting ripped. I'm probably just paranoid though. :-P I also like the design on it, but if you follow the design, it looks like the serpent is made up of two or three pieces, instead of one all rapped up.
  17. I have no doubt that you do. But how would you get them to come over here, if your not alowed to talk about EB?
  18. Lol. FBTB doesn't like it when people advertise other sites though, so you'd probably end up getting banned. :-P
  19. Mister Phes, that was actually Starwars4j who asked the question, not me. But thanks for the information nontheless. ;-) I like this set. The design isn't the greatest, and niether is the piece count, but I think it looks neat. I like all the brown trunk pieces it comes with, and I really like the Dark Forest minifigs. I don't really like raised baseplates, but it doesn't bother that much in this set. Overall, not a great set, but one that I like, so I'd probably give this a 6.5/10. :-)
  20. I think it came in a small polybag set, I'm not sure though. There was a discussion about it on CC, here: http://www.classic-castle.com/forum/viewto...red+bullet+helm
  21. It's made by brickshelf user DYuhas, who I believe is a member of FBTB. His gallery: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?m=DYuhas
  22. Yeah, I still plan on seeing it, but just maybe not in theaters.
  23. Ok, I thought so, but wasn't sure. I don't actually own the Fenris set yet, but from looking at the pictures, I would agree with you. I don't think the body of the wolf is all that bad, but I don't think it looks great, and I don't really like the hollow legs either. But, as I'm not sure how I would make it better, I probably shouldn't be complaining until I have the set.
  24. Nice review! I like this set ok. It has a great amount of minifigs for it's price, and some useful pieces, but I don't like the design much. The idea is nice, but I think it looks too blocky and thrown together. I also don't like the king much, but he's not that bad. As Norro showed, his torso can be useful. Over all I'd probably give this a 5 or 6/10.
