  1. That, or maybe after these members joined. :-P
  2. It seems kind of silly that TLC would be scared of these clone brand pirate themes, but they might be... As I admit that M******** Pyrate them does look kind of cool. :-$ Or, maybe the last system theme of pirates didn't sell well, so TLC dosn't want to make more? I would tend to doubt that, as I always thought pirates sold well, but it might be true.
  3. Dillon to GM *yoda* The Endor Decoy Base II is almost complete! We just have to add a few finishing touches. I believe we have pretty much cleaned the planet up of gungans! But now we won't be able to 'play' with them anymore. :-(
  4. Wow. That's a very interesting idea. I would've never thought that those pieces actually said anything. Good job!
  5. Well, I think most of the Pirate Brick members are members here. The only ones that posted a lot and aren't a member here are TheOrk, Governor Broadside, Capt Redbeard, Cpt. Blackbeard, TheBohrak, and Commodore Sillyhat. I'm probably missing some, but I think that was most of 'em. I know that TheOrk, Redbeard, and TheBohrak are all members of Classic-Castle.com, but don't know about the others.
  6. At the bottom of your screen, below where it says what users are online.
  7. That, or maybe they're just all the same person. ;-) I know EbonHawk and slimer are, but I'm not sure about keetongu. It wouldn't surprise me, though.
  8. I don't own this set, but agree that it could be modded to make it minifig scale. I just don't think this looks much like an Adventurer's sub. I think something grey would fit the part much better.
  9. Ah, thanks for spliting the topic, Phes. I was planning on starting a topic about PB, but forgot. :-$ Anyway, it wouldn't surprise me if the owners (webtechie and his brother), just didn't want to pay for the site anymore, and let it get shut down. I know for a while it was down because of that, and after it was put back up it wasn't very active at all. Neither Webtechie or his brother had been active for months, and there were only about 6 members who still posted. So, I'm guessing it was just shut down.
  10. Well, I believe he was shot, and then had his head cut off. In this case, that might be kind of hard to do. :-P
  11. Very nice job! I love the overall shape of it, and you did a good job of making it look really sleak and fast. It makes me want to go buy a batmobile so I can try to build my own. :-)
  12. I think someone posted a link to it on bricklink before, but we never saw pictures of the actual plane (Well at least I haven't), so nice find. It does look like a very nice little plane, the only thing i don't really like is the red on the front.
  13. Well, actually, Lego figs don't really have thumbs anyway...
  14. Hooray! Our yub yub friend has returned! X-D Welcome back!
  15. Great review! I really like this set, but don't own it. :-(
  16. Yup. But you have to be careful, as it can break the hip piece if you aren't.
  17. That's a pretty good idea. I was thinking it would be just regular white torsos and legs, with different hip colors for the belts.
  18. That's a great idea. There's a Martial Arts building about a block away from my house, and I think something like it in Lego form would look really cool. I highly doubt TLC would make one though. Maybe someone could MOC it?
  19. I voted for the island hopper, but I also like all the biplanes.
  20. Nice quiz! I got 11 right. :-/
  21. That was pretty amusing. :-P Well, it said he had finished off his Star Wars collection, so maybe that one fig was the only one he considered his friend.
  22. Very neat. It wouldn't surprise me if TLC came out with one of these before the license ends, but I doubt it'd be as good as this one.
  23. Yup. I have a feeling you won't be a member of this site much longer if you keep this up.
  24. Sorry if this is the wrong place, but I thought it might go here, being a pirate ship. I saw this on brickshelf, and really liked it, so I thought I'd share it with you. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=177806 Though it looks a little strange, the squat shape of it is starting to grow on me. I also really like the way he used those jumper plates on the sides. Overall the ship reminded me of one of those Gun Boats from the US Civil War.
  25. Wow, that looks really cool. Is it actually like that in the video game, or did you just edit the pictures?
