  1. Indeed great pictures the Inventor! Thanks for sharing them. Unfortunately you weren't there when I had the Alceste with me, she has made great progress on Monday. Now I only need to add sails... The Fourageux needs a few tiny finishing touches on the hull, especially at the bow which is not quite perfect yet. And of course I have to add more rigging and sails. Pictures are coming very soon!
  2. Nope. Just wait, you'll see.
  3. The ship is indeed in very good shape, now I just need to assemble her and finish the rigging. I have some work to do! Catching up on the Indices is one thing to start with..
  4. It's great to see all these people buying like it's their last day. Recently I have purchased the following: 12 Classic Bluecoat Soldiers from the early Pirate sets. 3 Random Classic Pirate minifigs, just to fill the ship with some meat. A Wolfpack archer, from the old Castle sets. Just got it to get that brown robin hood hat! 3 Collectiable Minifigures, the Caveman, Witch and Robin Hood. + Some random little things, plants and accessoires.
  5. Some reddish brown or white 1x1 tiles would work well among the grey and dark bley. Have a try, it will turn out being awesome for sure!
  6. Thank you Big Cam! It was indeed a great surprise.

  7. And I have returned, the ship is in boxes just behind me. She made it! It was about to be a common evening for me on EB yesterday, I didn't expected this! I'm very grateful and proud. I'm looking forward to regulate the Pirate forum and having a great time with you all. Thanks again!
  8. Welcome to Eurobricks, I hope you will enjoy your time here. Lots of these, with a technic axele or hose through it you are able to reach higher heights. I also suggest taking a look into our Ship MOCs library, or sniffle through the ship building forum threads. Hope that helps, let me know if you have any questions.
  9. Today I share with you, 16 minutes of epic music: Part 1 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chHJGk25MVI&feature=related Part 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=67D7Tgq4b3Q
  10. You've managed to put a lot of detail in there, I also really like the classic colours of the building and the cliffwork is rather nice! I would remove these lime 1x1 round plates from the door though, and perhaps some white waves among the blue water? Also a large Redcoat flag would add a lot I think.
  11. Looks great to me! Perhaps the tile work on the floor is a bit too 'clean' for the middle ages. Some other colours would be rather nice. The roof is great and you've paid attention to the details, which is always good. The cat on the bread oven made me me laugh; it's just like he is ready to be baked into a cake as well.
  12. Welcome to Eurobricks! A MOC is always a great way to introduce yourself, and the mill/tavern looks really good to me! Classic style! Good luck setting up a nice collection, and I wish you all the best with MOC'ing!
  13. No, even we can't share our Rum. Rum has been made to drink, not to share. Though, I bet there will be drinks on the table soon to celebrate the unique event the whole staff has been working on for the past months... And I won't share my rum!
  14. Haha, great observations around here. xD

  15. What an awesome avatar is that? :D

  16. Wow, just Wow. Awesome turtorial, but what an astonishing result as well! The minifig at the end looks really well. I'm sure I'll need to make one in the near future.
  17. Good idea! Right now we are discussing it, but it may be a little too late to organize something for this year. Thanks for the input!
  18. Óh my this is beautiful LuxorV! The palace looks great, nice colours, tiling and details! The fountain is awesome, but the councellor minifig really does it for me!
  19. I'm on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday present at LegoWorld. =)

  20. The Americans have: Barack Obama Johnny Cash Bob Hope Stevie Wonder We have: Mark Rutte No cash No hope No wonder A quote I've seen some time ago. Johnny Cash has certainly great music. However, I was, I am and I will always be a great fan of Flogging Molly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pDwlGbEcJ6Y&feature=fvw Drunken Lullabies!
  21. Not planning to photo it you say. I think you have done a marvellous job on this one as well, great detail and odd shapes all round! The only complaint I have is the water is quite calm near the rocks, perhaps you should try some splashing water and breaking waves! Once again, very nicely done! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp]
  22. You need a new avatar, again!

  23. Thank you very much Admiral! I'm looking forward to see the flags on the ship, I think it looks impressive! Your ship has arrived in Zwolle as well, safe and sound! It still needs a few little things, Admiral Croissant will try to put the flags on it tomorrow. Some other builders were already very interested in our ships. We surely have something different on stage instead of a layout with trains and large buildings! I'm looking forward to see you and CGH again, we sure need to talk! I'm also curious to your feedback. See you Sunday! Thank you very much Commander! Her size has increased with the stages. Basically I have just been expanding the ship a bit. The picture there is slightly outdated, as the bow is a little bit more accurate, she has cannons and a crew now, and most important, her main mast is finally there.
  24. It also looks like Dutch upper class citizens from that time. Looks quite good actually! Although it's a bit oversized at your minifig when I look at the picture above. I might have to try that myself too. You start to become a true paper master! What's next?
  25. Don't forget this thread is a thread to comment on each others Redcoats VS Bluecoats MOCs. So please keep this topic free from spamming it up. Already thanks!
