    Seriously Giants? Dropping to 0-4, and overall there were maybe at most 4-5 snaps all game where Eli had decent protection in the pocket... Looks like we're racing the Jags for top draft pick this year!

    So just out of curiosity, how many of you guys/gals are grabbing up a small fistful of Tiki's?! I've aimed for a round dozen, need only 1 more to hit my max. I must say they do look quite impressive seeing all of them together - kinda reminds me a bit of the natives in the opening of Raiders of the Lost Ark! (too bad I don't have an Indy minifig for them to chase about though... )

    Toys 'r Us is running a 20% off all Chima, so I grabbed up the speedorz sets for Skinnet the Skunk, Equila the Eagle and the Arial Joust double pack. Then hopped across the street to Walmart to get a breakfast while waiting for the bus to come... headed over to the toys and found sitting front & center on the shelf and old Snowtroopers Battlepack!!! (and yes, if a Little Timmy had tried, I've have gone angry nerd to get it first! )

    Was at one of the local Walmarts today and they seemed to have found a relic in the back... got another Snowtroopers Battlepack! I did a little happy dance and skweed like a Skaven in celebration!

    I honestly feel for Eli... The Giants have no running game at all right now, meaning they're pinning all their hopes on him... and then his O-line can't block steaming poop let alone an opposing defensive line. When your QB can't even get three steps back into the pocket before he's slammed on his back, he's not your problem!;)

    Patriots look like they're finally getting their offensive act together... But seriously, WTF is going on with the G-Men?! Hell, a wet paper bag would have been better pass protection than that so-called 'offensive line'. Losing 38-0 to the Panthers?! That's like the Detroit Red Wings losing 12-0 to the Toronto Blue Jays! :sick:

    While I personally like to think that TLG simply enjoy Trolling us and drinking in the sweet-sweet tears of nerd-rage, this is probably more or less why the do so... Kids have 0 patience these days, and their parents (mothers especially) or even worse! Little boys tend to want the 'cool' or 'heroic/warrior' figures. If there's only a bare handful of them then chances are Little Timmy will pester his mum to keep buying him blind bags until he finally lucks out and pulls at least one of the ones he wants. I'll let you all guess what happened the time I saw Little Timmy get rushed along by his mother and blindly pull out the Bride minifig from Series 7!

    Week 2 and I went 10-5 on my Pools ticket... oops! Oh well, this Sunday is a new chance to hopefully (not) epic-fail!

    Looking forwards to seeing Series 12 and what kind of 'cameo/easter egg' type characters they give us which are likely to be more or less just background characters in the movie. Series 14 sounds like it could easily be an awesome set as well. As for Series 'Simpsons', well, luckily it looks like Chima is going to tempt me into a small army of Scorpions & oddly enough I'll have just the funds for it!

    Simpsons is too tame for younger minds nowadays I guess... hence why Little Timmy has 'graduated' to playing Call of Duty & GTA5 instead of the good 'ol animated tame toilet humor.

    Dang, forgot about him! Why does TLG insist on making the cool army-builder figs the really hard-to-get ones??? First the Spartan, then the Elf, Evil Dwarf, Gladiator & Roman... Now the Tiki.

    Last I'd heard reported, the doctors can't agree just what kind of actual injury Amendola has... He could out for another 2 weeks, or possibly need surgery and be out for about 6 weeks!

    IIRC, both the Mountain Climber & Bobby are 6 of each per box. So yes, they are tied for 'most common'. (can't recall if the Yeti is also 6 per box?)

    Same here, a Lego Movie based series could end up being really cool and unique. I just really hope they don't do a full-on Simpsons themed series... Too narrow a theme and I'd fear a price hike due to the licencing factor.

    Who was it, Donovan? The rookie couldn't catch a thing after that first pass for the TD. After watching the offense struggle against 2 weak teams, I don't have high hopes for the Pats doing much this year... Besides maybe sending Brady's blood pressure to Mars!

    Walked over to the nearest Walmart today and saw they had their Series 11 recently put out, so we decided to basically finish off our collecting for this one. Picked up one last Constable (for a total of 5) and two more Evil-Mechs (giving us 4 total)... and found 6 more Tiki's!!! (got 10 now - just need 2 more for the even dozen)

    Looking for more Tiki's today, my mum & I spent 1 hour at Walmart and made it through the rough equivalent of about 5 boxes worth of packs... They had 8 boxes out on the shelf, though the things were a complete jumbled mess. Came out with 6 Tiki's and decided to just stick with that for the day. Only need two more to get my even dozen!

    +1 to that! Should be the best game of Week 2 for sure, though I still like to root for Little Eli as it really seems like the media still paint him as being just an average QB and not an elite player.

    The local Indigo had just put out a fresh box today, and so my mum & I nabbed a Scarecrow for myself, an Evil-Mech for my mum and we each got a Tiki Warrior. (that gives us 4 between the two of us!) All I can say is, why LEGO? Why did you make the best fig of the series a measly 2 per box?!
