Hi there, MercenaryXero! I bid you a very warm welcome to the Eurobricks. I also hope you will feel right at home here!
-
Yeah they are awesome! Combining Fabuland with Belville and other kinds of LEGO mostly gives a funny effect, but you have become a master in it. Good job, SirNadroj .

I saw this before more then a month ago and I lauged at it too...10 euro for one minifigs? And most of them lack shako's and backpacks. They aren't even armed!
-
Very nice, Fenrir, it reminds me to the Forestmen outpost, which is clearly the intention. So yes, it could be an official set. I would have added a target to practice on, as Sandy suggested, as well as at least another minifig.
-
Looks good. I like how you managed do create those Japanese-styled walls and minifig.
-
Personnaly I never played the game but my brother, a racing game lover, used to play it, therefore I know a bit about them...and I can say your MOC looks great! Too bad you can't fit in a minifig...
-
They look very nice, especcialy the governor and the bearded minifig. Also the girls look nice with those hairpieces. Nice pig btw.

Very good review with much nice pictures and good understandable texts. I always wanted this set as well but currently it isn't very high on my list (mostly due to its high price), I do want one some day though... Thanks for reviewing this!

Yes I agree with Jipay that your pulp fiction characters are sooo well done anc cool! A very, very big from me. I also like your Tombraider and Boromir minifigs! The rest is more then OK too but I just like those best.
-
I bought about the same as Guss now, but with three 'levels' then, I am now gradually storing my LEGO into them. Before them I just stored them in large plastic boxes and in taped banana boxes (chiquita!).

What a way to celebrate new year . Very funny MOC, Cap'n Blackmoor! 1789 was such an important year for France.
-
I will be watching how this works out as well.

Actually, why don't you use your admin powers to disqualifie that 'filthy thief' ? I am sure CGH will agee! Anyway, VERY good work Sinner, I really like it and it could be an official release, it is more then good enough for that. EDIT: now I REALLY wonder who changed my title this time! (Revenge of the Sinner ?)
-
Strictly spoken that was posted by Hinckley no ? So Sinner is right!
-
The 'Secret contest' just became a 'contest'.
-
And that after all the hard work to clean up my spelling... Looks like the one who gave it to me needs to do so as well . Edit: and thats what you get if you hang your new title on the bell too loud! EDIT: answer to Buttons below: that's what we call a TYPO

Which is mightier - Black Seas Barracuda OR Brickbeard's Bounty?
Zorro replied to Captain Zuloo's topic in LEGO Pirates
BSB ALL the way ! 1. BSB 2. SES 3. RBR 4. BB Anyone that notices a pattern... -
Yes I love this too, but I understand it is a lot of work... Still something funny, I might do it next year myself if I get an advent calendar.
-
The snowy pictures look great, and I always admire your trains, Christmas layout or not . The lightning effects on some of your pics look pretty cool too.
-
Yes they look exactly the same as the playmobil ones. Nice army anyway , I really doubt mine will be as large as that one...ever... .
-
Hehe, looks great for wearing on EB or (possible future) CP events! Or to represent CP/EB on other events. Well done, I want one too...
-
Yes I just love it! That battering ram is up to the correct scale and looks so realistic, and the fort (done in your own detailed style) looks very good too. That moat and bridge above it are astonishing . (Yes, I AM a fan of your work).
-
Hehe I want so many too Strawberry, 8 for a full battery! Nice little MOC, lt. de Martinet.
-
Very nice CGH! I especcialy like that ladder, but also the engine front and the back carrying all that material is pretty well done .

27. Capt. Kirk - Le Quartier Brique 24. Sandy - Las Sirenes en Porto Faro 33. Guss - Pillaging and Liberating And my first vote goes to...Captain Kirk! His entry stood out on nearly every level! It's sheer magnitude, the level of detail, the ammount of minifigs and bricks used... And everywhere we can see pirates and soldiers that fight each other, so the level of cruelty is more then high enough (just look at that nice carriage...) A very big from me! My second vote goes to Sandy and her Sirenes! IMO the most creative and entertaining entry of the large division. One can not only read the story above and between her pictures, but also in the pictures! Much details and a good portion of cruelty finish her MOC and make it deserve my vote! And my third vote goes to Guss, because his entry has about the most cruelty of all large entries in it. Also the fact he managed to build this with such a limited ammount of resources should be considered a positive point (he nearly used all of his bricks). Honourable mentions: 2. DNL Very good MOC but it lacks a good story and title, also a bit too medieval IMHO. 15. Erdbeereis1 - Gorilla Bay Another great entry from masterbuilder Erdbeereis1! This one is a close runner-up for my top-3. 21. Infomaniac - Attack on French Fjord Nice ship and fort, but maybe a bit too small in comparison to the winning MOCs. 26. Chrispockster - The Treasure of Indigo Isle One of the few large entries featuring the Islanders, while they have such great potency for this contest. The nature details and nice bridge make it an outstanding MOC. 29. Exotrator - The Pirates of San Pedro This entry has the best and most detailed 'fauna and flora', the plants climbing up against the houses are so beautiful, and so is the fort and the village in its whole. 31. Fat Tony - We pillage, we plunder, we rifle and loot I like how he did his background, the light effects are so neat! Also the cobblestone wall of the fort looks incredible! 32. SirNadroj - The Pillaging of Neptune's Noggin Lagoon A very nice entry indeed, but I think it would have ended even higher if the picture was taken from another side. 36. Lord King of Everything - Die for the King! An amazing MOC! Fell just outside my top-3, the ship is magnificient and so are the caves. Only the kraken could have been done a little better IMHO.
