I would be quite happy living in an apartment above the Green Grocer as well.

Excellent job fitting the Power Functions in there, and it looks absolutely stunning. Some great building techniques to achieve a very recognizable look! -
Hey thanks a lot for the compliments everyone :) That's three questions dude! But I'll answer them anyway. 1. Because it looks cool. 2. Possibly, or maybe it came from the back, or maybe it has more than one epicenter. 3. I have no idea.

Ooh I think it looks so atmospheric with the flowers and the wall colours :) Great job!

Very classic! Awesome stuff. I especially dig that tudor house, it really has that classic feel to it.

Hey thanks for the responses, Guss, TheBrickster and Zepher! :) Hehe I recognise that, I have that too, that I keep saying wow that's the most amazing thing I've seen lately, but there's just so much cool stuff out there, I mean it every time.

Thanks for the compliments :) @keetong: I did indeed.

Haha that racing wheelchair is awesome :D I can see him going down the go-kart track beating everyone on that because he does it all day.

On a quiet morning in may, the people of Milegreen, a bustling seaside town, are rudely awoken by a sudden tear in the time-space continuum, paving the way for an invasion army from an alternative timeline that should never have taken place. Hungry for a real life and driven by the fear of having to return to their non-existent dimension, these creatures fight with a ferocity unmatched even by history's most legendary warriors. ^ click image to enlarge After no more than an hour after the eruption, our heroes, Professor Neilsworth, Jobasha the Cat and Mandy Chicago are pushed back to Northfall Road where they decide to make a stand, to buy the people of Milegreen a little more time. ^ click image to enlarge A curious Aliencat peeks out the window to see what all the noise is about: ^ click image to enlarge A Power Miner and a Rock Monster are telling jokes by the campfire over a cup of coffee, oblivious of the ruckus above them. ^ click image to enlarge View the MOCpage with detail photos and descriptions here. Oh man, this contest is just what I've been wanting. I'm a huge Town fan, and I've been looking for an excuse to go back to classic :D At the moment I'm in the middle of building a big diorama for a display, but that should be done in a week or 2 so I'll still have enough time to build for this contest. I'm in!

Awesome, I'm loving that interior. Great job! -
Exactly, you still make 2 comics a week, I make 0 comics a week, so I'll be the last to complain ;) Just keep 'm coming, however long they take to make, we'll be here.

Hey thanks for the comments :) Just basic technic connection like this: Wedged it in between enough plates and body parts to make it impossible to move. I used one of those exo-force locking joints for the shoulder, the elbow simply uses two of these. It's perfectly strong enough to pose him, but he can't lift anything with his arm.

I'm pretty sure the Lego store employee was thinking about the new bus station. It's red and has a pizza parlor next door. So seeing photos of it he might assume it's a fire station, since it's red.

Cool stuff, I always enjoy older builds, especially if you're going to be rebuilding this. I can't wait to see MKII :)

This is a Necron Heavy Destroyer, as seen in the Warhammer 40K game. Here is a picture of the figure as it comes from the Games Workshop for Warhammer 40K tabletop gaming. Mine is slightly different, you may notice the carrier body is longer and narrower, and I changed/added some details cause I thought it looked sleeker that way. The result is a Necron Heavy Destroyer that's 48 studs long without the gun, and 96 studs including the gun: Click for bigger picture I also gave it a stand it can stand on: Click for bigger picture Click for bigger picture And finally, here's the Brickshelf folder containing detail photos

They were for sale in a few stores, just not in every toystore, I know for a fact that Rima in Deurne had the soccer stadium because I bought it there :)

Aww real love :D Great addition KDog, can't wait for the next one!

There used to be a lady that always played the flute in the background when there wasn't too much noise outside. That always made me happy :)

Thanks for the compliment Genaral armendariz :) Mint! I've had it sitting built up on a shelf since I received it because it's too cool to take apart, it's the set I always wanted as a kid but never got.
