  1. What if these witches are all the same person and she's a master of disguises?
  2. Deep in the empty desert, a band of crusading nobles lay siege to a castle that had seemed abandoned when they first approached, but appears to be garrisoned by some most unusual inhabitants. (Pictures are deeplinks to larger ones) Some of the christian archers had positioned themselves on a raised bit of land over an old mine entrance just outside the walls to get a better shot at the enemy troops on the walls. It turns out that wasn't the best place to set down. Here's the siege tower the crusaders used: And here's some of the minifigures that duke it out in this siege. A brickshelf folder with more pictures can be found here.
  3. Awesome! I just wanted to let you know I'm a big fan :D
  4. The adamsapple is the scariest part ;)
  5. Awesome creation! There aren't many MOCs as full of interesting details as this one. Great job as usual!
  6. A great take on the chivalry concept! Awesome idea :)
  7. Thanks a lot Teddy! Are you going to enter? I realize you can't enter the modular one you've been posting, because that was shown on the world wide web before the 1st of november, but are you planning to enter something else? Or maybe one of the other categories? If so I'm looking forward to seeing your stuff :)
  8. Awesome stuff as usual Piotr! Doesn't look like they fit a minifig but the proportions are perfect :)
  9. Hey thanks a lot for the replies! :) No, it's completely improvised as I went. Yes but not very far unfortunately ;)
  10. Thanks a lot for the comments! :) Thanks, Klaus-Dieter, and to be honest I added only as much interior as can be seen through the windows from the outside, so the buildings don't look empty. But the buildings don't actually open up The widest distance between two outmost points is 144 studs, and the longest distance perpendicular to that is 120 studs. If that makes sense ;) cause it isn't exactly square :P
  11. I figured it's about time I post this here too :) The Crusader fort of Herenbosch is visited by an unknown messenger bringing unwelcomed news. Here's the brickshelf gallery containing detail photos. And here's a shot of the visiting messenger:
  12. Update: Sorry the links weren't working, I moved stuff around on my brickshelf to rearrange things a bit so of course the URLs changed. I edited all the links and they should all work again :)
  13. So we finally get to find out where the Racers live?
  14. I voted for the windmill and farm. It would be great to have one of those outside a castle where orcs can pillage it... ;)
  15. This is awesome Freebee, those are some of my favourite sets from my childhood. It's great to see them in the scale of cars that I used to build/have/play with in my childhood as well. Some MOCs full of nostalgia for me :) Excellent work! I think you misunderstood, these are Classic Town scale remakes of Model team sets 5510, 5571 and 5580. That's also what the title says.
  16. Thanks Freddie, I wanted to go for something different :) Here's a render a fellow Lowlugger Dryw Filtiarn made of my MLCad model of the building: Brickshelf folder
  17. Hehe thanks for the replies, glad you guys like it :) Yep, though you can probably see him better here.

    MOC: Bike

Nice work! It does look to be the right scale for a minifigure, maybe you can have one pose next to the bike :)
  19. Thanks for the replies! :) I couldn't agree more. I love the whole modular buildings series, and I love making MOCs for it. I also really enjoy seeing all the other modular building MOCs out there.
  20. "What's this ruckus?" yelled the farmer, running outside with his shotgun in his hand. This is kind of embarrassing but I crashed my brand new UFO. ^ pic = link By the way, there are no loose pieces, all parts are attached the way they should be attached, with the exception of a basketball.
  21. Thanks for the replies :) I've built some new modular buildings, called Bob's Grease Pit and the Amsterdam Eyecandy Shop. ^ those folders are public now, but here's still some deeplinks: The two new buildings next to eachother. Bob's Grease Pit. AFOL playing with his new Mindstorms NXT. Buy eyecandy here. My room. The back door, this side is to be coupled to the next building, creating a passage under the arches to the back of the building, as seen here. More modular buildings coming soon! Thanks for viewing! :)

  23. Thanks for all the responses :) I'm glad you guys like them! That's for sure! Maybe an idea for a future building contest? Modular houses!
  24. Thanks for the compliments :) Unfortunately I can't set them all up in a row because I don't have them all in one piece at the same time. Right now the only one in one piece is Jobasha's Odd Books, which was modified to fit into this MOC. I have to keep that one in one piece until after Legoworld, and then I'll see how many (NEW!) modular buildings I can make at the same time to make a streetscene or even a cityblock (with four corner modules and a couple of straight ones to make it square with a little park/community garden in the middle maybe :D)
  25. Awesome building indeed, it was entered in the 2005 Collossal Castle Contest over at Classic-Castle. I also like the gyrocopter he made to go with it.
