    Welcome! The Warlord build as a competition is closed, but it's still a fun thing to build for!

    Sweet! I'm not dead. Been lurking for a bit, starting to fiddle with a few bits. Vlad's story is probably gonna continue with the start of the next challenge. Shadowmere is pretty much engaging the Spire where it can, with its allies helping out. As for Vlad's story, I've found that it's lost it's compelling nature for me, (I'm still fond of him) and he's more on the back burner. Not gone, and will still be referenced in my builds (might even crop up soonish as a supporting member). I'm working on a new character to focus on for the time being, something like a vampire knight/mercenary type, ousted from his ancestral lands by the Spire, and now leads a band of individual like-minded warriors. "Sir "name-to-be-decided" the Iron, Lord of Bearholt. Pictures coming soon...........

    Thanks guys- I had this build vaguely in mind when I was asked to build some geological formations for a magazine article, hence the micros. Was a nice way to challenge myself a bit!

    I like the ideas showcasing member development, as well as cool Mocs from the week. We could always link to the Story Index in each update (have a pic related to the story as the link, change it weekly, maybe 4/5 Mocs that just rotate, like a signature type thing at the bottom of the Guilds Weekly post)- that way, people might spot a great Moc, and be inspired to find out the History of Historica! It might stop newer members, who've been enticed in by good looking Mocs, from asking for the History.

    Damn. This is a castle that's near where I grew up, so I've fond memories of it- and it's fantastic to see it rendered so beautifully in Lego form!
