    "I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere." Special challenge, from now till August 31st you can earn double XP (and double IP if built on an eligible planet). The only criteria is your MOC must be set on a planet known for its sand. Please include the word "Sand" in your entry title to ensure you get double XP.

    Got it. It's correct that none of the planets currently controlled by TCR have an Era Build challenge on them. However, you still have access to some planets that have Era Builds. For example, Coruscant has an Old Republic Era Build. While that planet is controlled by Black Sun, everyone has access to it because of it's location on the Corellian Run. The Era Build is now public knowledge so anyone can take advantage of it. We're in the process of adding a few more Era Builds so keep an eye on the map. TCR may have one in their territory very soon

    Fantastic work! I love your perspective shots where you get the camera below the minifigure and shoot up. Sorry you didn't make the deadline, but I'm thrilled you finished and posted anyway so we can enjoy this!

    An unMOC'd ship captured in March. I kept the original ESL greens painted into her hull, but updated the sails with SR dark blue. She is a Class 5 war ship.

    Built for The Brothers Brick Darker Hawkins contest. Scoops Ahoy is the ice-cream joint of choice in the Starcourt Mall. After you're done picking out your new outfit at the GAP, head on over for a Banana Split Sail-Boat Surprise! But this is Hawkins... so watch out for the deadly flavors scooped out in the Upside Down.

    If I want to be an Admiral instead of a Commodore do I need to do anything? Or will the appropriate DBs/PIPs just be removed from my account?

    It's great to see so many people signing up using the Factions Player sheet. I've fixed some of the formulas so you should all be visible now. @MouseBricks you haven't listed which faction you're joining. Let me know and I'll manually add it. @Moff Wibbles I see you submitted both of your characters using the form. You'll need to pick one to use as your "main" character. Basically just someone we use to keep track of your stats with.

    Great beginning! I love the reference to "Join the Dark Side, we have cookies." And I love the Isard reference. I'll warn you that I've been considering using her for Factions challenges. But that shouldn't prevent you from including her in your stories. She's not official canon after all.

    A formal acceptance by your faction leader is nice. But you can start building right away. If, for some reason (not likely), your faction declines your application we can always move your builds to another faction. I'm anxious to see what you've got coming!

    No, I did not actually pay for it. I confirmed payment type and address. Got to the last step before being able to turn back, and then I turned back.

    I'm in the US. I all but finished placing an order on B&P today! I was able to pick pieces, add them to my cart, and get all the way to the final steps of ordering. I don't have enough I want to order to justify placing one yet. But I was glad to see it seeming to work.

    I can't seem to find updated lists right now. The last accounting sheet I see is from April. And the Sea Rat ship list (excel version) is very out of date. Where can I find a list of all my DBs and ships I own?

    Glad to have you! 1) The game relies on canon to dictate any contradictions. But as an EU lover myself I can say Legends is totally acceptable. Just find a way to make your story fit and you're good. The regular rule apply of not over-writting canon or other players stories. 2) You can build anywhere, but you only earn IP within your faction's territory. IP is what allows your faction to "control" planets. But, each faction has access to all 5 main hyperspace routes so you've got a lot of territory open to you no matter which faction you choose. 3) You need to have 1 main character, but other characters are welcome. Your main character does not have to be in all your builds. He/she just needs to be designated as your "main." I hope that helps. Feel free to ask more questions!
