  1. I'm hoping to pick up QMing before the years end. I'm intending to wrap up several of my arcs, with the first being the Cemetery Arc.
  2. Looks like I'm going to have to wait to see that opening. It seems to be region locked.
  3. Annienal backs off at Vindsval's advice and makes her way back to the table, not really sure where to go, so she awkwardly follows Lind. --- Karie returned to the hall, having allowed herself time to rest after a long and tiring ordeal. Leaping up the steps, she looked around, tying to find someone to speak to. She moves to her table in the corner, only to find Lind and who she presumed was the women he kept going on about at her table. She raised an eyebrow at Lind. "That's my seat." She exclaimed, pointing to her name carved into the table.
  4. "Where I hail from, it's, um, called courtesy." Annienal states. She was growing impatient of the man before her. She didn't feel terribly brave, but she would not have someone of his ilk insulting others.
  5. Definitely magic smoke from a ruby. Smoke is emitted from fire, I don't see why one couldn't use a ruby to emit smoke.
  6. Annienal squealed as she was lifted of the ground and brought into Vindsval's embrace. Despite her gangly height, Vindsval managed to lift her out of her chair and off her feet. Soon realizing who it was who had picked her up, Annienal blushes as she's set down. "Oh, well, um... mistress isn't really the word I'd use to define me." Annienal explains. "It, um, has been a while. I, um, haven't been doing much. I helped out the people in Tridentia with a pirate problem. Oh, um, Luke says "hello". Other than that, I've been sitting around here, reading." She lifts up her current book, a book on dragons. Smoke slowly began to billow out of the holes of Annienal's visor, lifting up into the air in a manner similar to that of a dragon preparing to roast his enemies. "I'd, um... advise you to refer to my friend and myself in a nicer tone, um, please." She asked in a calm demeanour.
  7. Annienal perked up from her book, squinting her eyes at the new comer, placing her helmet over her head before laying her book down. She lowered her visor and watched the weird looking man. "May I, um, ask who are you referring to?"
  8. That would explain Guts.
  9. That's what I get for not adding an apostrophe.
  10. Annienal had grown comfortable in the quietness that had enveloped the hall. She winced at each fist pounded on a table, and each frenzied shout from the horribly disfigured humanoid. She closed her book calmly and took her helmet off. She winced as she noticed he was shouting at the man with the stomach in his torso. That was one individual that still unsettled her. She kept her mouth closed and merely watched the discussion unfold from the safety of her table.
  11. Karie mumbles to herself as she scrawls out a letter for the annual lottery. "Fourth times the charm." Karie enters her name into the lottery. --- Annienal notices the lottery notice going up in the hall as she musters from her book. Mainly focusing on her reading, Annienal signs her name, barely legible, on a scrap piece of paper before whisking it off.
  12. Annienal lowers her book, examining the new guy from afar. She listens in on his conversation while feigning to read her book.
  13. "Well said." Karie proclaimed. "I think I'm going to go home for a few days. As much as I want to assist, there's someone who needs me. Thanks for the words, Vind, I appreciate it."
  14. Loot Distribution: Rapturewings: Thormanil Iudues: Vindsval Greaves: Arthur Palms: Lind Essence: Siercon Helm: Jinnipher Aegis: Karie Karie hoped everyone was satisfied with their loot, passing it around calmly.
  15. Karie cheekily strummed a on her guitar. "There once was a woman named Jinnipher Buchaire They say that the sea had the same hue as her hair She went off one day, in search of a fight And now she sucks off her boyfriend at night!"
  16. Seems your missing a few episodes, in particular "The Protector of Concord Dawn". That episode I really dug, mainly because Sabine really needs more love, and this episode gave it in spades. That reveal was also pretty gratifying as to that one aspect of her character that people were theorizing about.
  17. Karie looks the flowers Masson handed to her over. She slowly put them away, looking back to her husband. "I intend to do something with these flowers. To ensure I don't forget about this place." She kissed Masson on the cheek, nudging him to walk with her. Karie looked about ready to pass out. She felt tired to her core. She wanted to rest her head on a soft pillow and sleep. She grabbed a chair and sat down. "I suppose it has been, eh?" Karie took a deep sigh, tilted her head back, and chuckled to herself. She was alive. She had fought the Father of Dragons and managed to come out of it alive. Karie grinned sincerely as relief washed over her. Karie looked over the various items she'd hauled out of Eschaton, the various parts of Immortalis left over from the fight. Karie felt some small amount of somber as she showed them to the Dragonlord. "What can be done with these?" "Hey, Arthur." Karie motioned him over, wagging her finger at him. "Red's not your colour." She pulled out a cloth from her bag, holding it out for him. She tried to look pleasant, but it was clear she was worried about him.
  18. Karie turned her head, as Jinnipher buried her blade into Immortalis. She'd been in enough fights, but the sight of blood still made her queasy. She did not look back at the dragon's corpse, only picked up her things and looked in the direction leading down the stairs. Karie nodded her head. A wave of emptiness washed over her as she waited for the others. It was a similar feeling when she defeated the Regret. Another chapter of her life, finished. She took in the view of Eschaton, knowing she'd be among the last to recount it's view. Looking down at the ground, Karie looked to see if any of the flowers had remained.
  19. After stowing away her weapons, Karie looked at her various party members, all clambering about to be heard by someone. She watched as Arthur's dragon flew off, wondering where it was heading, and then if she'd ever see it again. "I doubt Immortalis, or Ikarus, or whatever his name is, is willing to assist us." Karie commented. "You have to live with the choices you make, Siercon. You lot decided to flood the Proggs' homes. You reap what you sow." She stared at Immortalis bitterly as she finished speaking to Siercon. She hoped he heard her as she scowled at the dragon.
  20. It certainly looks nice, but I think the previous one's a little bit better, even if it never came with track and had a larger price and piece count. That being said, I do like aspects of this train a lot. The rotating tree on the flatbed is super cute, and I do like the colour scheme. I think I'm going to sit on this one and look it over some more. I'm really torn on this one whether it's good or simply average.
  21. I suppose the first thing to say is thank you, Sandy. To have one person design an entire web game and have it run relatively smoothly is somewhat of a small miracle, let alone one where community input is critically important. I honestly don't know how you managed it. Congrats on a well deserved retirement, Sandy, you deserve it.
  22. I'd say they want to get kids after school, but September 24 is a Saturday. It is a little curious, but I don't really see it as an issue.
  23. The Peanuts' Movie. Super cute. The plot was a little simplistic, but I don't think that hindered the movie in any real way. A lot of the old Charlie Brown cartoons had simplistic plots, and some of those are particularly memorable. Snoopy's daydreams of the Red Baron were a riot, particularly as they cut away from Snoopy's imagination to what was actually happening. If I have one solid complaint, it's the use of some modern music. I don't remember the songs at all, and they didn't help in the ultimately timeless feeling I get from the rest of the movie. Other than that, though, I thought this was a solid Peanuts movie with some great gags and a lot of heart.
  24. Karie looked at Lind with a loss for words. For once, she simply gave him a hopeful look and nodded her head. She looked genuinely impressed behind her battle-weary eyes. "Right, well, let's get this over with." She calmly exclaimed. Karie tosses a Phoenix Essence Arx's way from the back row. She then tosses a Jinx Juice at the Left Wing from the back row. Battle Order Thormanil Karie Arthur Vindsval Siercon Lind Jinnipher Masson uses a Grand Potion on Karie from the back row. Gabriel uses a grand potion on Jinnipher from the back row.
  25. Star vs. The Forces of Evil returned, and good golly that season opener rocked! The first episode was a fun little prologue hinting at things to come, including Star using magic without her wand, and potential romance between Marco and Star. Also, the little book genie's always a welcome addition to any episode, and his humour was spot on! And then we got the second episode revolving Luddo, which I don't want to spoil if you haven't seen it, but holy smokes that episode was awesome! The tone, the minimal yet effective humour, and the ending what a stinger to leave on! I can't wait to see where this show goes!
