    Annienal pulls out her handkerchief and begins to wipe the sweat from her forehead. She begins to sweat profusely at the sight of the ominous messages. "Throlar, why don't we, um.... not open the door. This has bad idea written all over." Annienal begins to space herself away from the investigating party and the building.

    "We'll head West. If we can figure out what happened here, we'll have a better understanding of what lies ahead."

    Annienal looks at the broken trees, and tries to determine where the broken tree line begins and ends. (Is it a straight line? Does it go North, or in some other direction? Or is it something different?) "I've... never seen something like this before. Well, I've read about dragons tearing kingdoms asunder, and how the orcs would occasionally clear sections of forests to move their larger siege weapons across land... but this looks like something sweeped across here..." Annienal made a cutting motion in the air with her hands, before realizing it was a little silly looking and stopped. "We can head North, but I'm more than a little curious as to what lies to the West. I mean, what's the worst..." Annienal stops talking, puts her hands to her mouth and bites her gloved fingers, ceasing her opinion before she jinxes the party.

    If you like Satoshi Kon, Tokyo Godfathers is a must. It's such an interesting film, and an excellent Christmas movie to boot. It hasn't been dubbed in english, but if you can find a subbed copy or stream, watch it. You won't be disappointed.

    I'd assume the scummies hit Al with a role block so they could deal with a vocal townie, seemingly Shelly due to her sound logic and leading a rather good charge against Brian, who, holy crap, was actually scum! Nice job town! Shame though we lost three of our own. Speaking of, anyone seen Shirley, my secretary? She hasn't shown up yet. The three deaths say something pretty important too. We have a serial killer and a vigilante. If we run on a 3:1 ratio for townie to scum, there should be four more scumbums out there. Anyone want to share anything? Al can still claim who he attempted to block, or if he's even the watcher he claims to be. Either way, I want to hear his side of this.

    Annienal frowns as the bird flies away from her and lands on Vindsval's shoulder, but she turns her attention to the duo, and listens to their response. "You two have yet to explain where you are from. I hope you don't mind if I ask? I think we'd be able to help you find your friend, but I need to know the whole situation. I hope you understand?" Anninenal asks in a diplomatic tone. She downs a potion while waiting for the two to respond.

    Annienal sheaths her weapons, wiping the sweat from her brow. She hands the loot out to the party, fumbling with a few of the items. She particularly hands Sylph his items rather hastily. Loot: Warlen- Smelling Salts, Tonic, Viper Scale Vindsval- Smelling Salts, Tonic Sylph- Smelling Salts, Potion, Viper Scale Throlar- Smelling Salts, Potion, Viper Scale Annienal- Viper Scale, Potion "If there's, um, any issues with the loot, let me know." She holds the left side of her torso and winces after handing the loot out, realizing she'd been hit worse than she thought by the Hyper Viper. She mumbles an "ow" before noticing the two individuals in white confront her. Annienal looks the two people over curiously. They clearly didn't have weapons on them, but it still made Annienal nervous. "Um, I don't think we've formally been introduced. My name is Annienal Anavir. May I ask who you are?" After asking the two scientists, Annienal notices the bird pecking around the banana and cawing. She takes her own banana out of her bag and tries whistling it over.

    Well... Al claiming watcher makes things complicated. I can't tell how scummy Brian is, but I don't see him as 100% town. Still, a lynch is better than no lynch, and I'd prefer it not to be someone with a potential role. Unvote: Al (TinyPies) Vote: Brian (Shadows) It's day one, and we need that lynch. Brian's bandwagon is the one with the most people, and we seriously need to, as a town, ensure that we start this day off with anything but a no lynch. If Brian speaks up, I'm more than willing to vote for Sarah, as her general quietness is worrying.

    Al's lack of participation and his general lack of input compared to Brian's increasing helpfulness is why I switched over to him. Also, Al didn't participate in the fluff, yet under your logic he's even scummier than I am, so why didn't you vote for him? So is Russell and Brian, who did speak but not as much as I did. Why not vote for one of those three if that's the logic you want to run with?

    Karie takes a moment to heal herself back to full health before she begins handing out loot. I think we could do Overdose, or even Drought for our next fight, but it's up to you guys."

    If Brian found Greg suspicious, he should've voted for him. You yourself agree that it wasn't a great play. I was preparing to state my vote when Eugene asked me why I was quite based off of previous assumptions, something your doing now. I thought it was pretty clear that I thought Brian was acting suspicious. Generally that's what the word "scummy" means in these scenarios. He would've at least made it clear who he thought was scum. As def has stated, this nonsense about waiting to vote gets us nowhere, something I've been saying since I voted for Shadows, in fact, directly afterwards in the post you claim makes me look "awkward.

    So explaining why one casts their vote on someone is scummy? I explained why I found Shadows scummy and why I voted for him. If it's the same reason as someone else, then where's the issue in that? Yes. Isn't that the reason we vote for people? Shadows did explain himself, but I found his lack of commitment to the Greg lynch, yet still approval of it, suspicious. If he agreed with it, he should've voted. And why isn't me bringing up general scumminess not linked? The end point is still the same: Brian is acting suspicious. I'd rather know where people stand now then have them wait to tell us just before the day ends. That can easily result in a careless bandwagon, or a lack of a lynch, something the town doesn't need to happen. If they wanted to get Greg's attention, though, Shadows should've voted. I doubt Greg's getting lynched, but there's no harm in using your vote to put pressure on someone.

    Anyone abstaining to vote while claiming they have suspicion on someone is suspicious in my eye. If you think someone is suspicious, why not vote for them, as you've just done to me? If he wanted Greg to react, wouldn't he of also voted for him?

    Question about the Elven Shield. It gives an SP bonus to all elves in the party so long as it's active. Does this include half elves?

    So you're making the same statement as Brian? You think he's scummy, you don't want to commit to a vote, but you still point out and accuse him?

    The vipers are getting a free hit no matter what. That's what hastened does. I doubt the birds can block it, though. "Um, guys," Annienal mumbles, "I'm really in no condition to be blocking Hyper Viper B, if we avoid. I'm going to get knocked out if I do. I can put Throlar at the top of the battle order, but we risk him getting knocked out during his attack. Suggestions?... anybody..."
