  1. How To Train Your Dragon (watched a day ago). A good film, mainly because it takes a completely different route to the book. Now, you would think that this would make it a bad film, but it actually makes it so much better. I can't understand the need for a sequel though.
  2. The joy of these Collectable Minifigures is that the possibilities are almost endless, so we could get tons more series before this line ends. Hopefully this line stays around for a long time; I am a huge fan of it and it is massively popular with LEGO's target fan base, so why would LEGO want to end it? Let's hope for more news on Series 11 soon.
  3. The only release date I'm certain about (besides US) is the UK. We are getting them in April. It is quite possible that some other European countries will get these in April as well, but not all of them. I would guess that most other European countries will see these Iron Man 3 sets in May, just like you suggested.
  4. The Dark Knight a couple of days ago when I was feeling under the weather. Easily the best of Nolan's Batman trilogy. Heath Ledger was a brilliant Joker; it's a shame that he is no longer with us. The only thing I had an issue with was Two-Face, who came into the story and completely changed his character from good to evil within moments. He didn't get long enough in the film IMO.
  5. Nightwing, Clock King, Green Arrow, Killer Croc, Killer Moth, Mad Hatter, Man Bat, Clayface (as a maxifig), Catman, TDK Joker, Alfred, Green Lantern (one that is widely available), Sinestro and Flash for DC. Rhino (as a maxifig), Green Goblin (comic based), Carnage, Iron Patriot, Scorpion, Lizard (comic based), Power Man, Sandman (Spider-Man 3 based), Agent Coulson (Avengers Assembled based), Black Spider-Man (Spider-Man 3 based) and Dr. Strange (Ultimate Spider-Man based) for Marvel.
  6. Are you still willing to do requests? If so, would you be ever so kind as to do Clock King (based on this interpretation of the character shown below) please? Also, I am highly looking forward to your next batch of drawings.
  7. I have a new idea: Clayface's Bank Robbery: £49.99 Minifigures: Clayface (as a maxifig), Riddler (same as the one in the Funhouse set), a Riddler henchman, Batman (grey suit with black hood & cape) and two generic police officers (with alternate mind-controlled faces) Includes a medium-sized bank structure with a bank vault full of money (with exploding function) and a Batcycle for Batman
  8. Even so, this could very easily be a one and done theme. Look at the sets we've had released in this theme. They cover all of the main thing that needed to be covered. We have the four Turtles, Splinter, Shredder, the Lair, Shredder, April, Baxter Stockman, a Kraang droid, a Kraang brain, Fishface and Dogpound. Even so, I wouldn't want this to be a one-wave theme. There is quite a lot of potential for sets and new characters. Hopefully we will get one more wave at least. 100th post! Hooray! Now I'm a citizen!
  9. I seem to be extremely late to the Man of Steel party, but I may as well post my thoughts on those sets. 76002: I already established a while ago that I wasn't a fan of this set. However, I am a fan of that General Zod variant. 76003: I quite like this one. Those armoured characters are very interesting. I would like a closer shot of the Colonel who is included in this set (Hardy?). I'll consider getting this one. 76009: I never thought I would say it, but I am disappointed with a £20 (I assume it will be at that price) Super Heroes set. Lois Lane isn't anything special IMO and the model is very, very poor. The armoured minifigure (General Zod?) is very nice though, as I mentioned in my opinions on 76003. As I expected, these sets aren't anything special. LEGO really needs to put a lot more effort into these sets. Frankly, it's quite unfair that LEGO puts so much effort into other themes yet seem to put virtually no effort into the sets in this theme. Hopefully LEGO will put more effort into the 2014 Super Heroes sets.
  10. Flicking through the last couple of pages, I have noticed a hell of a lot of speculation about the rumoured Ewok Village, which I had thought was official a while ago before it was revealed as speculation. Has this Ewok Village been confirmed this time or is it all speculation again? I apologise if I have missed any form of confirmation; it's hard to notice one when almost every post is about what people want in the Ewok Village.
  11. Hopefully that isn't the official release date. I would much rather see this released in the summer than on Halloween like the LEGO Lord of the Rings game was.
  12. The art in that link is very interesting. It has also made me even more excited for this game, even if it doesn't really reveal that much about characters we have not yet seen in LEGO form. Hopefully this game will live up to expectations when it is eventually released.
  13. If that was the case then they would be able to use the DMC name. Sure, they also have to use the likeness but I'm not sure how much of a problem that will be as this set is based on a vehicle in one of the most famous science-fiction movies of all time.
  14. You know you are a fan of LEGO when... You have a rage because you only got 3 LEGO sets for Christmas even though almost everything on your Christmas list was LEGO.
  15. Actually, I bought this yesterday, but never mind:
  16. True. But, as we know, some people on YouTube (the Brickshow for example) will pay the high prices simply so that they can be the first to review them. As for me, I can wait for the release of the theme when those two minifigures will become available. Also, I'm not sure why people would want the Tonto from that eBay lot; it doesn't come with his raven/crow piece.
  17. It was only a matter of time before this happened. Hopefully this means that this theme isn't too far from release.
  18. I don't think that this set will be unveiled for a while yet. LEGO will presumably want to keep this set under wraps until very close to its release. I could be wrong, though.
  19. I wonder when we will get a good view of the minifigures in this series (including this mystical Golden Minifigure). If this series is coming out in May, it surely can't be too long before that first picture of a high quality arrives online for the world to see.
  20. This probably isn't for everyone but I really like this song! Plus I think these guys deserve a bit more recognition because they are very talented IMO. But, as I said, this song and the rest of their music may not be for everyone.
  21. After a while I realised that there is almost no chance of me ever getting this, so I really couldn't care less. If I were to get one, I'm not sure what I would do it. If it is interesting to me I may keep it. However, it is far more likely I would just sell it after a few months and use the money from the sale for more LEGO.
  22. As if I actually made that mistake. I blame the animation style. It was so similar to Pixar's animation style. As for Toy Story 3, it didn't have the same feel to it that made the other two so good in my opinion. Also, I didn't think that they needed to make a third one; it would have been fine if they had left it at two Toy Story films.
