  1. With the brewing Monks and Alfie's place, the Rock soon became a Sea Rats hub for liqor consuming and selling. With the ever thristy pirates of Redbeards crew nearby on the Rum Isles, the Rock got another inpulse of commerce. This resulted in more stone brick merchant houses in the settlement. Here depicted is a rich liqor merchant's estate, with somewhat of a small streetlife added to the front: More pictures to be found here: Losely based on Willemstad-architecture. Let me know what you think
  2. Ahoy there Corweena! A very warm welcome into the Sea Rats faction and I am sure we are all eager to see your introduction to our great group of buccaneers. Our current settlements ( @TitusV please change in the settlements thread: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/123525-index-settlements-of-bobs/ ) Bastion, The Nest of Thieves Charlatan Bay, Infero Pordejon Haven, Isla del Diablo (abandoned) Moray's Den, Isla del Diablo Poppy Port, Sabre Island Rassilon, The Nest of Thieves (abandoned) Takashii, The Nest of Thieves (abandoned) Tortuga, Sea Turtle Island The Sereen Cay, The Rock New Nassau, Blond Beach/Isla de Barro Black Rock, secret location in the New Haven Sea. Each and every soul of the free Sea Rat brothers is obliged to to drink more rum than is good for him and to take more booty than his arms can carry!
  3. Nice build Bodi! A very fine tradition indeed!
  4. Very nice vignette.
  5. Looks like a good start! Smooth beach.
  6. Ah yes, typical fault: always pursue the high-ground. Nice scene Dr. Thaum.
  7. I like the small monastery as well. The dome stands out. Good story to accompany the build too.
  8. I think this is the way to go when short on bricks, time or inspiration. Nice picture.
  9. Really unique story! Well thought of intro, looking forward seeing more of you! Welcome to the Brick Seas!
  10. You are completely right! I had the exact same though about that. LEGO makes weird choices sometimes..
  11. Maybe add this thread to the main threads and (or lock this one, I don't know how it's called). And "unlock" the other tMRCA posts.
  12. Nice, but I never liked the pier of this set. Good execution of your idea though
  13. really nice and I do like the bow a lot!! Great work. I'd build it in bricks if I were you
  14. amazing ship! What I like: > the custom made hull > the smaller canons to fit many in the ship > the elaborated crew > the realistic activities the crew undertake > the colours of the ship > the trouble you put in the sails and rigging What could've been better: > The stern, I don't really feel it: too blocky for my taste.
  15. Nice ambush scene! ~ The custo guns and poncho's give a real nice feel to it.
  16. Looks nice! The windows are a sticker?
  17. Just amazing. Really well done. Only the arch next to the window I miss ;)
  18. Happy Birthday! comments come slowly sometimes on the forum, so too much active users
  19. I think you got a nice grip on the nostalgia and also one leg reaching into the new wave design. I quite like both of the remakes!
  20. Wow, I really like this one! The water, the building, the little scene to get Rogers out of jail.. You got to get some more guards in there if you want to hold a valuable prisoner like that!
  21. Although I haven't played the game, I like the ship!
  22. Really nice mate!
