  1. Holy Speculation time Batman! (Note to mods: I posted these in hopes of getting a conversation about a '66 Batmobile set. I just needed good pictures of the figs and Batmobile itself. Sorry ahead of time! )
  2. I'm assuming this is speculation.
  3. I hope they have security cameras at SDCC, this needs to end now.
  4. Best - New 52 Batman Worst - 2012-2014 Spiderman (assuming we get a new variant...)
  5. Is anyone else 100% satisfied with that New 52 Batman? I'm in love with that minifigure. Finally the main Batman variant will be New 52 instead of Michael Keaton's VERY outdated suit.
  6. He means the whole minifigure line-up.
  7. The fact that we are complaining about secondary characters is amusing. No matter what LEGO decides to do with exclusives someone will always be mad. The only thing you can really do is count on LEGO to re-release the fig in the future or bootleggers. Two very good options considering how good quality bootleggers are getting. I don't really mind that my superheroes collection isn't complete but I do enjoy what I have and I'm happy others get to do that with their exclusives. It can't be exclusive if LEGO has to release it to everyone. Just contempt with what you have and in the meantime care about the future sets.
  8. We've seen the design before. And all the SDCC stuff was revealed on these posters. We weren't paying enough attention. Without a doubt I can say that the other set we will see is with Space Batman and GL
  9. I spoke to a very reliable source today that said 2015 DC sets will be more diverse than the previous waves. Not sure wether to assume it's a rumor or news. But with that being said, I'm very excited with the new wave even with a small rumor like this.
  10. Love the Bale fig. I hope he doesn't go for too much. The Joker is the main attraction.
  11. For those wondering about Scarface. I really, really, really hope that we get New 52 variants on Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in 2015. I can't stand having yet a FOURTH Keaton based suit in my collection
  12. I didn't include exclusives in the list. And GL actually is getting an official variant other than his SDCC appearance.
  13. EDIT: Delete this post please? I merged the two messages.
  14. Thanks to the amazing LEGO Club magazine artist (polywen on flickr). Could this be a preview of minifigures to come in the future? Or a LEGO Batman 3 promo? List of heroes on there we don't have; *Supergirl *Zatanna *Blue Beetle *Red Tornado *Vixen *Hawkman *Hawkgirl *Cyborg *Black Canary *and Green Lantern As for villains we have; *Killer Frost *Sinestro *Black Adam *Solomon Grundy *Gorilla Grodd *Brainiac *Metallo *Black Manta *Reverse Flash *Captain Cold *Cheetah *and Parasite (thanks TDKR2012 for this one)
  15. I think a debate on gender ratios is great and all, but let's have LEGO decide that... "Don't bite the hand that feeds you". (Not trying to be a mini-mod. I quite enjoy this topic yet I'm kind of concerned...)
  16. For exclusives I think you all are paranoid over minifigures. It's a hassle for LEGO to make a SDCC fig without people being angry. That being said. My list for 2014 would probably have to be; Blue Nightwing and Doctor Fate. As for Marvel, Mark 39(Gemini) and Minifig sized Groot. Just a small explanation for all who cannot stand this list, Blue Nightwing. We had gotten one in the old Batman theme. And we have a very good new version that is his red version. I really like the red suit rather than the blue one. Doctor Fate is bound to be in a movie set so why not release the comic version? It's really easy to make a purist one. Mark 39 is probably one of the more beloved Iron Man suits that Tony never wears in the movie (if I am correct.) And if the Avengers do have an "out of this world battle" in an Iron Man or Avengers sequel, the suit is bound to show up some time. Minifig sized Groot is also probably one of the ones everybody wants. But once the cartoon for GotG comes out, LEGO will have made different variations of Groot (Big-fig, minifig, and probably plant form) so this is probably the most logical one. In the worst case, we have 1 exclusive figure that we will never get (Blue Nightwing) but we have gotten in the past so a very large majority will indeed have one. It's from the wrestler in The LEGO Movie theme.
  17. Is anyone really hoping that in 2015, LEGO makes stories to co-exist with their sets? I love the comics in sets but I think they should up it up. Get someone like Geoff Johns to work on them for like a Justice League comic so issues 1-6 would be covered in a wave of sets. I'd love the first 6 issues of Justice League LEGO comic book style. That'd be so cool. Like just have sets to co-exist with some kid appropriate comics. Geoff Johns' Justice League is a perfect example! And all the New 52 costumesss
  18. Really happy for a chance to get that set. The more Batmen, the bigger the Batcave!
  19. On a lighter note I just sent an angry e-mail to LEGO about a BTAS Batmobile Exclusive when it was most likely the '66 Batmobile. Woops
  20. I'm hoping clone brands make really good clones of these. I need the figs. Especially the BTAS fig that will possibly come with that Batmobile!
  21. Good work on the picture J2G but I believe you missed some other news. "At Comic-Con, LEGO plans in all to reveal more than 20 exclusives, including other limited-edition sets and life-size models for film franchises such as “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” “Star Wars” and “The LEGO Movie.” The two other LEGO sets that will be sold at the LEGO booth are of a Batmobile from the classic television series, and of the Ghost starship from “Star Wars.” Each is priced at $39.99 and LEGO will sell 1000 of each set during the show, capped at 250 per day"
  22. In LEGO City, this is one of many robots that do tasks to help out others. Meet H3-RB (Herb for short). He is one of the Garbage Workers. With the look of smelling rancid potatoes, Herb works day in and day out to clean the cities streets. With high-powered cleaning sticks. He dissolves all trash into ash and scoops it up to put in his state of the art trash-bins. The public is free to use the trash bin once they buy a special card that you swipe on the back of Herb. Which unlocks the trash bin so you can dispose what is needed. Herb also styles a special hat which other garbage men and women use through-out the city. So you may identify Herb from his colors and cap.
