  1. I really feel like a newbie when it comes to Bionicle because I had just sold all of mine and some constraction superheroes. It seems pretty cool that if this is real, us non-Bionicle fans could start collecting some new things and probably have an easier time following the story. Because I have no idea why but even just after seeing both images, I was drawn to it. Although they were blurry and unofficial for now I really hope to buy some of these. I missed the chance back in 2008-2009(?) and I feel kinda bad about that because I have always had a somewhat disrespect for Bionicle. It's odd how my perspective changed by some blurry photos. That being said, I am pretty freakin' excited to see what LEGO does what this theme if it's for real.
  2. Not really wanting to watch TF4 or any other TF movie again, but I think it was a great idea to ditch all the people from the first 3 movies. I've seen the first 2 and a portion of the 3rd, but the plots were really predictable yet it just kinda got worse as the movies progressed down the line. That being said. I recently had a Batman and Spiderman marathon which was really neat watching all the movies in multiple sittings. I skipped Batman Forever/Batman and Robin because I never did/want to buy the Blu-rays for them. I'm pretty glad seeing they only air those two on ABC Family which is saying something because I don't believe any Batman movie hasn't been respectively aired at only certain times other than Joel Shumacher's. (Off topic) I'd really like to see what Tim Burton would've brought to the table with a trilogy or saga of Batman movies...
  3. I probably would buy the set if it were based off of Batman Begins... In all honesty that's the only way you can really sell a good Tumbler set. Since it's 10th anniversary is in 2015 I don't see why LEGO just makes a minifig scale Tumbler, and add a monorail to make everyone happy. We'd get an exclusive Batman, Rachel Dawes, Scarecrow, and Ras' Al Ghul. We'd probably also get Gordon and a hobo with a fire to add to the eerie scenery. Also, a horse for Scarecrow. It sounds like a perfectly logical set and I've pitched the idea multiple times before... Now is the perfect time for a set like this. It's sad to see them waste a good slot for DC/Batman when an option like this stands right in front of them.
  4. Has anyone picked up "Smallville Lantern"? I have the first three issues and they are really good.
  5. Does anyone else think LEGO would benefit greatly if they just made Batman and Spiderman themes again and left DC and Marvel Superheroes to other heroes? Sure Bats and Spidey could be in sets tying in to the Superheroes theme but I think that'd give us more room for diverse DC and Marvel sets while LEGO can still produce Spiderman and Batman all they want. Hopefully they take an example from 2006-2008 Batman and make sets have better looking dark villains. And better non comical looking heroes. I'd really like to see how that'd go...
  6. There seems to be a shadow advancing towards the Arkham Knight. Possibly Nightwing or Robin!?
  7. Making a yahoo account isn't tedious, it's pretty easy. And since I never use yahoo and it sends all my flickr notifications to my gmail, I'm fine
  8. EDIT: Reply removed due to moderator request to stay on topic.
  9. Hah, thanks. That's a fun thing to have lived up to! And I'm glad to see people love variants. With that being your 700th post! I'll give you and everyone else a list of the next wave... Cheetah, Superboy, Killer Moth, Lex Luthor, and Zero Year Batman.
  10. I use flickr often but the easiest photo hosting site to have photos uploaded to EB has to be imgur. It's really great and easy.

  12. Fantastic work! Though not being a fan of Star Trek. These figs are instantly easy to see who they portray. (I know this because I watched about 4 hours of the original series and after that was a Batman '66 marathon.)
  13. Great idea! And I have that minifigure! :D
  14. I'll try Cheetah... Not too sure if I can find a good torso for her. But Lex is definitely on the list! Would anyone mind variants? I want to post some variants of some heroes I may have posted.
  15. Loving making DC figs and Ideas projects!

  16. Red, from The Lone Ranger theme.
  17. Thanks so much for the support! And yes I can. Seeing that you had the first request on the thread!
  18. Rock Raiders wasn't working for the theme so I built a Blacktron one... Thoughts? So now we have M-Tron, Ice Planet 2002, and Blacktron. The setting will be an Octan track with Blacktron trying to sabotage the race. It will have an announcer booth, a ramp that throws an unlucky speeder back and then maybe a Space Police ship/prisoner transport. Thoughts on the project? It pretty much covers most space themes except for Classic Space.
  19. Ha, thanks! I loved them too. Any suggestions for more figs?
  20. Some more Purist DC heroes and villain.
  21. Batch 2 includes Aquaman, Robin, Red Hood, Cyborg, and Riddler!
  22. Just an alternative purist Justice League.
