  1. I cant decide which one is better. The new RGS have really nice details, especially the new cockpit area, but the bubble cannons are awful on the sides and on the wings as well, the wing turrets are not not manned by troopers in each, they are controlled by the co-pilot in the 2nd cocpit at the front of the ship, so they should mada them with 2 half spheres... I have to say ,I would easily replace the bubbles with the panels on the 7676, making the RGS fully sealable. It looked cooler, and I also miss the stickers with the twi'lek girl in clone armor But since I dont own the 7676 I buy the new one then let the MOCing begin.
  2. I think the same, Since there is Barriss Offee in the Star Wars universe, I thought that she is the less corrupted, most dedicated Jedi in the order. She always looked so innocent, and all stories just confirmed that about her. And now BANG she is a traitor, it's hard to believe it, now the SW wiki writers have some work to alter her life . I'm also disappointed, because she was one of my favorite Jedi, on the other side I'm happy that the truth come out and Ahsoka lives. Although i was really sad when she left the order, but it was understandable. Dave Filoni is making awesome episodes lately and I hope he makes a tradition of it IMO that episode was on of the best of the CW series. Oh and I liked the involving of Assajj, She is my favourite female character form the SW universe and I'm happy that the storywriters didn't kill her when Dooku wanted to replace her with Savage.
  3. Yours is different in many aspects, but I have to say that I like your version better, if I can say that's more "Star Warsish". Nicely done!
  4. Wow, the new thrusters are awesome, you really nailed it. Looking at there pics I don't want to get the 75003 anymore... Great job with the X-wing as well, the cockpit that Lego uses in official sets is very inaccurate.
  5. Great review so far, I'm looking forward to see the whole set. That Forever sorting movie poster is hilarious
  6. I also believe that the legs are shorter as well. If you look closely you can see that the 7676 AT-TE's legs were longer, in the current version they kept all details but wanted to hold the piece count and it looks kinda short in the end.
  7. You see the brown one is much bigger, and has more details thanks to this. Also IMO its not so accurate, the hatch on the front is placed too high, and the MTT itself is too long (or i just got used to the new one).
  8. Wow, Max looks really creepy with only legs on that statue
  9. Very nice job! A-wing is my favorite and I have to say you made it very accurate, congrats!
  10. I just watched the 18th episode from season 05 of the CW and Commander Fox's new armor is so awesome, I'd like to see him in a set in the future someday. Like a shock trooper but the red and white is switched.
  11. I bought it finally and it was a bit disappointing. The speeder is very inaccurate, those curve parts weren't the best choice for the speeder, however I don't have other ideas how to make it better... But the minifis The new dark red sith trooper is breathtaking, so beautifully printed and the colors are great, the other soldier weren't new to me but he got nice leg printings. Then the Republic Troopers are excellent too, but I had some problem with the machine gun, it alweys poped off from the hands of the trooper, like it was just a little shorter than the distance between the figs 2 hands maybe I'm just lame . Anyway it's my fav BP, and I'm really on for TOR sets.
  12. I have mixed feelings about this set, The cockpit and angine are is nice and well-built, but the wings... they could be smoother and I hate whne Lego does this one side detailing like they did in the old B-wing sets. The only thing that made me think about getting it is Shaak Ti but I bought it alone and I have to say that she is one of my favorite minifigs from LSW
  13. I bought the 30059 mini MTT, the Old republic BP and a Shaak Ti minifig with lightsaber. All of them is great!
  14. Thank you, I didn't know that.
  15. First of all I request some help from an admin, because I don't know how to make a poll! Thank you Mini MTT When I first saw this set I didn't even know that they released a new mini MTT and I fell in love with it immediately. Then ordered it from a big Lego store in Hungary and I got it today, and I saw there isn't a review here on EB so I put one together for you guys (It's my first). Now let's have a look! Basic info Set Name: Mini MTT Set Number: 30059 Release: 2012 Price: I don't know exactly, probably was sol around 4-5$ (I bought it for 2000 HUF = 9$) Number of Pieces: 51 (http://www.brickset....ry/?Set=30059-1) Minifigs: 0 The bag It's decorated with the commonly disliked Darth Maul logo with his twisted neck and fierce look. In spite I have to say that I like that logo, he is my favorite short-lived Sith warrior. Moving our eyes below we can see the MTT itself in the middle of a fight on a beautiful planet (I'm guessing it's Ryloth concerning that the grey/blue MTT's were shown there first in CW). The content of the bag Here is the pile after a little sorting I have to say that those dark blue parts are astonishing, that color is so beautiful. None of them new but the 1x1 cone can be found in only 4 sets in this color. The instructions It is very little, we don't get a book but it's not necessary for a set this small, so we have the folded sheet with both side printed on. (I'm sorry for the first page) Very fast build, Took just a few minutes with taking the pictures, but it was very enjoyable. Now have a look at the builted set: The MTT Okay here we have it. It's looks very soild and it really is, except the binoculars, somehow they tend to pop off a little easily, maybe I was unlucky and those were made of worse quality ABS... Here are some more pictures: Side Front Back Top Underwear All together Oh and don't forget the spare parts!!! Overall Parts: I think they are okay, we get some rare, very nice dark blue parts, lots of cheese slopes and other common but useful parts. Price: A bit pricey, but it's Star Wars and in Hungary everything is more expensive so if you take that into account then I assume it could be worse. Playability: There is not much, A solid transport vehicle, it can swoosh and that's all. Minifigs: As usual we don't get any. Design: Compared to the size the mini MTT is as accurate to the original as it can be, Lego did a great work designing it, although the colors seem a little mixed up on the complete set, but again, you can't make better details on a set this size. Although it lacks the sense of scale, the rear part is too wide IMO. Final thoughts I've read some comments on this set throughout the web and there were more people who disliked it than those who liked it. I'm in the latter group and I recommend this set because it looks very good, relatively cheap (if you can find it in a store, but looking at ebay prices... ), contains rare DB parts and most importantly..... wait for it..... it's cute. I hope you enjoyed this review, it was my first so I tried to point out anything that you used to read in the experienced review writer's And I apologize for my english
  16. Please remove this topic!
  17. My thought's exactly! Snaillad that is ine of the most beautiful CC buildings I've ever seen. Really outstanding and spectacular, congratulations!
  18. I just got home with the 9489 BP. I didn't wanted to spend much money, because later this week I'm getting the new TOR BP too and a Shaak Ti fig. Anway I have to say that this is a very correct set, I really like the speeder and the little tree, the figs are great too except the Scout trooper (he could use some printing at least on the helmet...). Oh and it was 15% less than normal and I just couldn't leave it there, Also it was 19 dollars with the 15% discount,..Lego is expensive in Hungary
  19. God damn, I don't know where to begin! RGS: Very awesome, good figures, but the bubble cannon issue... AT-TE: the legs are little short, but nice details, and great figures Duel on Geo.: I have to say that in spite that I don't like play sets, this is kinda awesome, but mostly because of the figs. (The new Yoda is incredibely movie-accurate and I just love the new pilot droid , Dooku and Poggle just the tip of the iceberg) Mando Speeder: Mauls CW head is awful and his legs are too long, the commandos are great, the speeder is nice but nothing special. Tank droid: nice deatils, Jango is superb SPider droid: Nice new design (one of my favs in the summer wave) and Stass/Adi is very cute JEK-14's fighter: nice ship and interesting figs, still I'd like to know more about them. (white saber hilt!!!!!!!!!!!) Barge: Figs are great, but the Barge is too short and a little blocky, the previous was more accurate...the alien grey hand problem is finally fixed. Calendar: Finally a correctly painted Scout trooper!!! All figs are great, the ships are clever too, I think that will be a must buy for me. But the other eye is still filled with tears because no news about the Defender cruiser
  20. Interesting but still no info about the defender There is not much improvement in the re-released vehicles but they look good, The starhopper is strange, I like it and I don't like it at the same time, better wait how it runs out in the end. Maul's speeder is awful, nothing interesting there, only the figs. Overall Im kinda disappointed with the summer sets, my only hope is the Defender-class cruiser from TOR.
  21. Oh I'm sorry, I already went through all the pages but i don't remember. Anyway thanks for the answer, and I ttally agree that Lego may sacrifice accuracy but it's better for collectors beacuse they can have many goodies for one purchase.
  22. I was just looking at the summer sets info and something came to my mind. Why Jango is in the tank droid set? It was in Ep III
  23. Very nice, I have a thing for one wheeled vehicles and this one is very badass if I can say that I love the way how you used the weapons for gadgets. Congrats! Brace yourselves Tusken guys!!!
  24. OH MY GOD!!! That is awesome! Very nice ship with all the details and greebles. Congratulations!
  25. For me the 9500 Fury is the absolute winner. I think it's beautiful, great figures, interesting build, the only negative is the prize. But i agree that tha skiff is an excellent set as well.
