UCS R2-D2 from S@H with the May 4 bonuses
-
May 4th LEGO.com Free Shipping
TheDarkness replied to AllanSmith's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
Also, you do not need to buy any Star Wars to get the bonuses. And as corrected by Lobot, 10212 and 10221 are 20% off, not 25% -
It actually added the Tie/poster combo without any Star Wars purchase No it doesn't unfortunately. Sets on sale 10212 - Imperial Shuttle 25% off 10221 - Super Star Destroyer 25% off 7929 - Battle of Naboo - 10% off 7956 - Ewok Attack - 10% off 7961 - Dart Maul Sith Infiltrator - 10% off 7962 - Podracers - 10% off 7964 - Republic Frigate - 10% off As it was mentioned previously that the Shuttle and SSD would be 25% off in the States, I am assuming these discounts will be universal Hope this has been some help EDIT: Actually, any order over $100 got me the bonus goodies. Did not have to be any Star Wars included

Aussie sales! Share the news of LOCAL sales!

And for those ordering, you do not have to spend $100 on Star Wars to get the TC-14 minifig and free standard shipping. I just tested it, had a mini modular set and a Watto keyring in my cart and it gave me the free shipping and minifig. Not bad for $6.99! Just a heads up! -
It's live for Australia and I just bought the UCS R2. It automatically adds the Mini Tie/poster and TC-14 in, and free standard shipping. I just did a test and put in a mini modulars set, and a Watto keyring and it added the TC-14 minifig to my cart. It totaled over $100 Australian, and the keychain enabled me to get free shipping. So only $6.99 spent on Star Wars would have scored me a free minifig and free shipping.

Postage was 51 euros and with VAT removed it was 286.88. And it has obviously been pillaged again because it isn't available. Glad I placed my order! -

I've listed some on ebay after doing a final count of 17, with 3 more sets on order. My children thought they would score one until I told them I would rather melt it down than risk hearing them speak Jar Jar talk :P -
3 more Battle for Naboo sets. Now holding out til the 4th for the UCS R2 and the SSD

For those who are yet to buy the 10197 Fire Brigade, it is 123 euros before VAT removal and freight -
Off to a fantastic start. I am already pondering just how I am going to do this. It will be a pipe dream though, along with the dreams of a giant Star wars diorama. Still, collecting for it will be fun :D Good stuff!

Disappointed that they ditched one of the orcs, but I love the detail.

I will definitely be getting the Jabba sets, not sure on the rest. I might bricklink the Amidala minifig -
I live in Australia and it was released here yesterday. Half the world seems to get it before America does Oh and make sure you stay through the credits guys

Just saw the Avengers and it was freaking awesome. So much to discuss but need to wait until more people have seen it. The characters though get alot of time to shine. Very happy and now I will really check out the Lego sets!

Last count I had 15 Jar Jar minifigs. I love having a gungan army but I can only put Jar Jar's head on a spear so many times. I love the Battle of Naboo set. There is generally a box or three placed in any big order I make. -
Do you prefer Battle Packs to have 1 or 2 factions?
TheDarkness replied to madoka's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I don't mind the mixed factions if they had 2 of each minifig. 2 stormies and 2 rebels for instance. I see their reasoning behind it. I would prefer to have 4 of the same minifig in a battlepack though for army building, as opposed to the different types that have emerged so far. -

Thanks for this. I have been waiting for them to become available. And so typically I add other stuff into the order. It didn't last long.
