Shock horrow, no new sets at my K-Mart :(

Is this from your local store, or the latest catalogue?

You might get $15 back out of the $100 for it, hardly worth it. Especially when you may only end up with a speeder and a wall

I don't mind the Hoth Base having recently acquired a few boxes, but it really isn't an interesting build. The minifigs are the main thing though we didn't need another Pilot Luke. I'd have preferred another Snowtrooper or Hoth Trooper. I don't think much of K-3PO too since I am being critical of the set, these are simply glorified Battle Packs with a price to match

I can't see the Hoth Base being released in other stores. Mind you, I didn't think the AT-AT UCS was supposed to either, and then they pop up all over K-Mart (much cheaper than what I got mine for too) Not suprisingly no new sets here, but that is no shock. What K-Mart will charge for them will be ridiculous too I imagine

At least you have a Target, ours is still being built and might be ready to open by Christmas!

$80 for an AT-TE is an awesome price, a mere $70 below RRP I'm jealous

I've been fortunate enough to make a contact in the States who is shipping boxes to me. I placed 2 orders. First was 2 UCS Destroyers and a Death Star 2, which shipped within 2 days. Next I ordered the Hoth Rebel Base and got shipping confirmation less than 24 hours later! Those guys don't know how lucky they are over there

Are they still going for 99.99? You can see the release of them in America through the ebay prices which have dropped remarkably

Can't disagree with you at all. I was gripped from the opening. Had goosebumps a number of times from Ledger's performance, the guy was evil personified. Just when you wondered what he was planning next, he had something even bigger. And I loved the conclusion, totally unexpected and certainly will make for a different start for a third movie

Is this at any particular TRU, or all? I missed out on one for my collection and refused to pay the ridiculously inflated prices after its release
