  2. thank you! I have it sitting on top of my bookshelf =)
  3. Thank you for the decals! Looks like i have some more work to do
  4. Thank you! Yes, its very hard to find just iron man helmets on eBay or other resell sites. I had to get several of the Extremis Boat sets to get all of them =( Spent way too much, I wont be picking up any new sets during the next 2 months most likely haha
  5. suit up! (the last picture i took before taking apart the Hall for redesign ) ======================================================================================= UPDATE: Monday May 13th - I worked out a deal with a friend-of-a-friend who owns a local hobby/toy shop. He gave me 5 Extremis sets and in return I'll display my MOC at his store and provide detailed instructions on how to customize for his customers. This means 10 more armors, bringing the total to 35! I will need to completely re-do the "Hall" - I dont want to continue stacking levels of 5 armors at a time. I dont have enough bricks for that anyway. A completely redesigned MOC will be coming soon! UPDATE: Sunday May 12th - NEW ARMORS ADDED 4th Row = Mk.5 inspired-custom with rectangular Arc Reactor and color-matched helmet Mk. 41 "Bones" with color matched helmet. Hydro Deep Sea suit Bleeding Edge Armor Under construction Space Suit (Battle Mech torso) 3rd Row = Super Velocity (galaxy patrol figure) with color matched helmet Mk. 39 "Gemini" with color-matched helmet Mk. 17 "Heartbreaker" Stealth Artillery (modified sith trooper with some paint deletion and color-matched helmet) Mk. 42 "Prehensile suit" 2nd Row = Mk. 40 "Shotgun" Mk. 35 "Red Snapper" Super Stealth (evil robot figure with color matched helmet) Silver Centurion retro-inspired suit with color matched helmet Under construction Mk. 42 with gold arms 1st Row = Mk. 1, Mk. 2 custom, Mk. 7, Mk. 5 custom, Mk. 6 HulkBuster Mk. 2 (World War Hulk version), Original War Machine, Heavy Duty custom, under construction War Machine, Iron Patriot custom Holds a total of 25 armors, including the HulkBuster ========================================================================================= "Hall of Armor + HulkBuster Mk2 Hanger" (Mods - please lock / delete my old thread. Original work-in-progress here: eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=82319) I built a lot of model cars and Gundam kits back in the day, but this is the first time I've ever put paint on Lego figures. I think I did an okay job though. Any comments or suggestions are more than welcome! Thank you for looking and please enjoy.... I added a 3rd level for more armors. A total of 15 can be displayed in this section. Bottom row (left to right) = Mk 1 custom, Mk 2 custom, Mk 7, Mk 6, Mk 42 Second row = Mk 42 variable (torso flipped), Mk 17 Heartbreaker, Silver Centurion inspired-custom (painted shield and color matched helmet), Under Construction Space Suit (from Battle Mech figure), Under Construction Mk 42 with gold arms Top row = High Velocity custom (galaxy patrol figure with color-matched helmet), Mk 5 inspired (robot figure from ? with color matched helmet), Super Stealth custom (Evil Robot figure with color matched helmet), Mk 39 Gemini Sub-Orbital custom (legs from Battle Mech figure with custom torso and color matched helmet), Mk 13 Deep Sea Hydro custom (old torso from ? with customized galaxy patrol armor and color matched helmet) Left side = HulkBuster Mk 2 (shortened by half an inch from original) Right top row = War Machine variable (torso flipped), War Machine Heavy Duty custom (black & grey color scheme with arm vambraces, quadruple canons & color matched helmet with red eyes) Right bottom row = Under Construction War Machine, War Machine "original" with red eyes
  6. Thank you! There are actually a few more armors that need to be displayed, I'll try to complete another level today if I have time. I agree, the HulkBuster could go down a half-inch or so honestly. Better pics will come soon!
  7. This MOC originally started out as "Tony Stark's Laboratory" (instructions provided by Lego Club). Half-way through, I decided to make some modifications because I did not have all the required pieces. Next, I decided to expand my modified Lab / Hall of Armors by adding a hanger-style, build-and-repair setting for the HulkBuster Mk. 2 (World War Hulk version). My HulkBuster Mk. 2 is not an exact replica of the original, but I am happy with the inspired-look. Towards the right of the HulkBuster Mk. 2, I added a small display of 4 more armors. This MOC is far from done and is still a work-in-progress. I'll be going out later today to buy some model paint to customize a few of the iron man helmets for color-match and I'll paint in arc-reactor chest pieces for my customs. I will also need to raise the walls a little bit more - I did not expect the HulkBuster to be so tall... but I believe it is accurate to scale when looking back at the World War Hulk comics. Enjoy! HulkBuster Mk. 2 - "World War Hulk" Version
  8. thanks! I'll post color detailed pics when it's all finished. Sounds good! I want to add the house on top too but I dont think I have enough white pieces for the expansion.
  9. Has anyone built this yet? Would love to see pictures...
  10. INSTRUCTIONS HERE: lego.com/r/club/-/media/Club/Markets/US/Club%20codes/STARK.pdf ==========================================================================
  11. METAL GEAR SOLID would be pretty epic in my opinion... Lego should also capitalize on everything Batman possible IMO.... the Batman universe is so big. If i was a creator working for Lego I'd never run out of set ideas!
  12. the new one of course... but the old one is still nice to have in a collection
  13. holy crap this is awesome! Batman TAS was the greatest animated series growing up. I'm nearly 25 years old now and I have to say that nothing comes close. You were able to capture so much detail in such a small diorama space for each scene. Awesome work!!
  14. i love the HUSH and stephanie brown batgirl!!!!!!!
  15. honest to god i had the same idea in regards to purchasing the museum break in set.. however the price tag of $70 seemed a bit high overall. Is the price justified? what are the pros and cons?
  16. amazing creation captain!!!! do you have any more pictures?
  17. Doom is pretty cool looking
  18. Nice work, i think it would look great as a mini display
  19. Knightfall was epic Looks like I'll be making one after all =(
  20. great work on the bat!
  21. looks good! I like the modifications
  22. Very serious about a new dino, however the ones available from Lego at the moment do not satisfy my personal tastes. Does anyone know if any new Dino-related sets will be coming out in the near future?
