  1. Um, well the head design looks cool, bar the eyes. But overall, it just seems like a spiky mess. Sorry
  2. Yeah. It should be organized by year: -Brain Attack -Breakout -Savage Planet -Ordeal of Fire -1.0 stuff
  3. Yeah, small but great! Ingenious use of the lever head by the way.
  4. Very nice MOC! It almost looks like it's floating, but the skull and pedestal are amazing. Also nice to see that Redcoats are the best at other things than sailing and beating the Bluecoats every time.
  5. And railway tracks for the turret to move on. Yeah, but there is a whole chunk of episodes that I thought were quite cool, but haven't got any recognition in the sets. All of the pirates are show specific for example.
  6. I would like to see a duck tribe. But actually, it took me a while to think of one I wanted. Chima has all the tribes it needs IMO. Add anymore, and it will get confusing. Like Bionicle, but even more confusing because a whole tribe basically look the same.
  7. No, his hair is white because it's shimmering! He's a Twilight vampire!
  8. Wow. Amazing and detailed. Superb job (for an Aussie).
  9. Nooooo! I thought of Moves like Cragger, but I don't have Cragger! Ah well, I can still make an actual parody.
  10. Yeah, I didn't notice that it was old, and thought that Garmadon must have based it of the Overlord. I love the temple, but I'm not too sure if I like the dragons, they look clunky.
  11. IMO, they should've done this for this year's sets: First Wave -Museum, with Grundel skeleton, Garmy and the Megaweapon, some snakes, plus the NRG ninjas (saved for the first wave of this year) -Comic Shop, with young ninjas (ZX?), alive Grundel, Mother Doomsday -Black Bounty, with pirates, snakes, one ninja -Mojo Dojo, with Dareth, 4 ninja -Captains Cabin, with Garmy, Megaweapon, Captain Soto Second Wave Just the same as this year's actual first wave
  12. Everyone seems to scared to post I have discovered that the spinner figures are made of Chinese plastic. Well, actually I'm not 100% sure, but after about 2 months of moderate use, it has a crack running from it's armpit down to it's waist.
  13. I've always wanted some kind of Redcoats vs Bluecoats scenario in GS. I think some people would be quite happy for war on Solomon *coughJargocough*. However, if the GS game is anything to go on, the Green Team are the best guys, because they're the only team I can complete the second level with. Still waiting for the sets, the release of Hero Factory will probably stop me buying them on Bricklink.
  14. I once searched for Lego shows in my Sky Watch, but they made it so you had to go online for the kid channel schedules!
  15. They've arrived! And....... It's exactly 10pm. It's Friday night though, so I should have them by Monday (unless I get the Museum Break-In, possibly one of my favourite City sets ever. What ONE set would you recommend from BA?
  16. Yeah, I'd like some civilian sets (Note: Just saying this is not on topic, it needs the next part) because it would enable parts for cylindrical torsos (eg Zib, standard civilian). Also some non-trans new heads would be great . Off topic, running this is quite fun actually; it's like being a moderator, but a one-topic moderator!
  17. Very nice! I would put some trans bricks in the water though.
  18. Nope, NZ has the same situation as Aus.
  19. It looks great. I didn't see the full extent of how awesome it was until I saw a picture of it's underside. Fantastic!
  20. So Brickthing and I made a building system discussion topic: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=80037 Note it's for all CCBS'es. Off you feel like it, go check it out. NZ will probably get the sets in September, but we got the first wave a month later this year, so we might get them in October (I hope not!)
  21. Just a reminder of all the other discussion points: I'll start them off: One thing I like more about the Bionicle BS than the HF one is the Bionicle pieces have a lot of texture. 2013 moulds are getting better at this (the rock and fur piece), but Bionicle pieces had nice valves, gears and other details moulded on the parts. While HF has a plethora of printed pieces, I generally prefer Bionicle pieces. However, the 'shell on bone' design of HF is better than the Bionicle joints, which can be hard to connect (I remember in the early years I had to get help from my parents to get the ball joint in the socket). Thanks for talking about this, and Brickthing, for your help. Let's hope this topic keeps on going strong!
  22. I think we don't need more colours as a whole, because IMO, most/all bones should be covered by shells. However, naked bones, and bones covered by the smallest 3M(?) shells should be coloured.
  23. Hi everyone, With the help of Brickthing, I bring you the CCBS (Character and Creature Building System) Discussion and Reference topic. Feel free to discuss things like: -Overall thoughts about the Bionicle, HF, Ultrabuild (includes Ben 10), Slizer and Throwbot building systems. -How they connect to other building systems -What pieces they need to/should add (not JUST this one) - And anything else about any of the above building systems. -Recolour discussion! Facts about the CCBS Building Systems -All of these building systems are subsystems of the Technic system
  24. Uhhhh, so did a Bionicle set come with all those weapons when it just needed one of them? I don't remember that happening. EDIT: Oh, these pieces were in the playsets.
  25. I'm a bit worried as well, but hey, you can always add a few pieces, rebuild it in your own fashion or take it apart for a MOC. If you're completely purist, just display it with it's back against the wall. :P
