Awesome. Thank you for all your suggestions! I thought I had remembered there being a bracket the held the 90 degree gear mesh, I just wasn't cluing in that it would space the one gear away from the beam. I'm pretty sure I have some kicking around if not I'll steal some from a set in storage. Thanks again!

I don't build with technic often so aren't familiar with the available parts to solve my issue. Right now when I rotate the gears the Leftmost and rightmost gears rotate in the same direction. This is because I have an odd number of gears. I want the two outer axles to rotate in the opposite direction. I also tried to put an axle 90 degrees out (see second picture) which gets the 2 outer axles rotating in the opposite direction, but I can't figure out the correct elements required so my pins aren't hanging half out. Some beginner assistance would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I was able to buy Mirkwood Spiders, Escape in the Barrels, and Attack of the Wargs on Ebay without minifigures for $40 shipped. I can't wait to get these bricks so I can double up my current builds!

CupIsHalfEmpty replied to Big Cam's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Just finished reading this section of the novel. It's making me want to buy 6 of these sets so I can hang twelve of the dwarves from the trees and have Bilbo rescue them.- 77 replies

No More Elrond Minifigures Available?!?
CupIsHalfEmpty replied to Deathleech's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
What would it look like if you layered the Short and long capes on top of each other? Would it make a nice happy medium? It would be long yet still cover the shoulders.- 146 replies

I'm the one who took the photo's. The TRU here in Winnipeg had tonnes of 2013 sets, here's the pictures I managed to take I apologize for the poor quality I had no idea when I spotted these that they had previously been unseen. I may head back today for some more photos.

Oh the lust of Polybags. I'm more excited for this poly than the other sets. I know the other sets will be available in quantities on shelves shortly, but you never know how rare polybags are going to be.
