I am going to reformat this party so I can use a friggin' indent as soon as these battles end.

I try to keep it so that some of my NPCs are as bored with it as you are! But the posts coat themselves in weird formatting. They have the font of everything ever if you copy and paste it from anywhere, and it makes formatting a PAIN IN THE @SS. So... yeah. The Monkey Bar hastens Summons. I think it's a nifty artifact, so I'd like to keep it around and functioning... if possible.

The group heading towards the Hinckwell Store is shushed by McColt as they draw closer. Ahead of them they hear a shuffle of feet walking through the narrow alleys. They peak their heads around a corner and are greeted with a war party of Pongcanis. McColt hushes up the party and they watch the Pongcanis' disappear down a different pathway. "Hoke, do you recall the warrior named Vonnetate? If Wren is here, there is a good chance that he is here too. He was never found after the riots he caused. Of all of Wren's allies, he is the one I'd most like to see punished. He nearly brought destruction to my city. And if he is here, those are his warriors. Be prepared for combat, heroes." The heroes continue their advance, and soon arrive at the Hinckwell Store. It seems they are late to a party, as voices are already hollering inside. Only time will tell, I guess. In case anyone hasn't figured it out yet, along with being the Final Wren Quest, I want 53 to be my love poem to all the other quests I found really inspiring. Can't fit them all in, but there are as many references as make sense! Purple and Sycamore make small cameo mentions, as do Ella and Tarn. Because other quests are awesome, and Chaos is a theme of all of Heroica. EDIT: Travel again today, and then as promised, a return to our regular programming. Responses should be up after travel (two to four hours) and then battles will be up later this evening (or tomorrow morning!)

This spire will give whatever Wren is planning to summon more protection when it arrives. The second spire is built into the walls of a small Shrine to Mercutio slightly north of here. We believe that spire will make the beast healthier should it arrive. Since Wren is moving on both of them at once, you must move on them both at once as well." "I must remain here. I've said it before and I'll say it again. Docken is a GREAT CHARACTER. He's a greedy sonuvbitch obsessed with immortality quiet, level-headed guy, and Heroica could use more of his kind. Sandy, as always, you never cease to impress. Thank you for the new everything, and for bringing us items that are fun, desirable, and don't make me want to rake my face across hot coals when doing damage calculation.

I picked your partners carefully!! They'll all respond tomorrow. I'm loving the responses - this is why I'm so happy with my Wren Questers. They are some of the most dedicated RPer's, which I understand isn't the point of the game for some people, but it is for me, and I love having all these people who pay a lot of attention and have really strong characters. So thank you all! I'm also trying flesh out some new relationships. I feel bad for this large of a group sometimes, because it's tough to talk with that many people. I want to let some personal relationships still develop even though the quest is fast-paced and action packed, because I assume that's why people like Wren.

The party does various things. Arthur first digs in the ground and find 4 gold, most likely dropped by some silly drug salesman or something. His magnifying glass turns up a small gap in the stone pillar the Chaos Beasts were in front of. It appears to be a spire that the stone has been built around, but he can only hardly see it, it is so surrounded by stone. Atramor heals all those at low health, and Cronk distributes the loot. Cronk finds that the gap is too small for the bodies, and that the bodies themselves have dissolved, and so could not be thrown anywhere anyway. Can someone remind me if Summons deal damage automatically? Create a Greatsword that gains money on each strike and gift that to Boomingham. Someone. Somewhere. I'd go on a whole quest for just that. I friggin' need more gold. It's hard playing a greedy character who never makes any money. Also, clearly Boomingham needs more friends. Though I do love the Scroll of Hagglin', Flipz. Even though I HATE how many more and more unique items are introduced into this game. It is making hosting a nightmare, I promise you.

More Lucky Die are.. unlikely to exist, but I do like the idea of gifting things that already exist. 75% of chance . It's a nice idea, but about 0 QMs would take you on Quests, because no one wants to do that math. It takes me about 45 minutes to update the current battle, and there is no silly 75% chances in the math right now. Advice for item creation - dice rolls are nice %'s, since we're already rolling them. So, 1/6, 1/3, 1/2 are all nice things to multiple by, as are 2-6 chances of something happening. Finally, someone better think of Boomingham this Holiday season. He was more than generous. Good will towards Skrall?! That should be getting him so many nice points with Father Grogmas. CMP - Summons cost 1 ether every turn they are around, according to the rules, no matter how many times they attack.

Grogmas has most certainly prevented me from updating today, so take a day to appreciate all the things in the real world, and marvel at how unlike in Heroica, not everything is trying to kill you. Its just lovely. I love the Grogmas event and will be sure to post. Happy holidays to all once more!

When issues are raised, they are often addressed. I agree that there aren't enough elemental attacks, so they will be featured at least a little in my current quest, and probably more and more as I go along. EDIT: Merry Grogmas all!!
