He wouldn't risk that... if you made that risk apparent enough early enough to stop him. And yeah, that's why it'd be no fun - no matter how powerful I try to make Boomingham, you can (and will) scale Masson so that there's no point in a fight. I'm on board for the quest, but I don't know if Boomingham could handle it and still stay the character he is. He's a little bit of a softy, though. I think it's because I'm a huge softy in real life. I'd absolutely and 100% allow any and every enemy to walk away after a fight. I know for a fact. I debated killing Lupine, but it made me too sad. Genuinely. Hate/love being invested in characters. Funny how your brain works that way.

He's slowed this round, nothing to post. And I know you wouldn't mind, think of all the role playing it would give to BOTH of us. But Endgame may need him, and HE can pretty effectively keep him alive if he so chooses.

That's what I'm saying. Boomingham would try to kill him until he's dead or Masson's dead. So Masson would be in a live and kill or die and don't kill sort of situation.

I'm game, though I don't know if I'm ready to say good bye to Boomers quite yet. It'd be the end of one of them, and since you can boost your stats as much as you want, and I can't (and I don't think you want Masson dying), I think Masson would end up killing Boomingham. I'd like to see Strivvi before I die, and yell at Baba a bit more, and then I'm all your's.

I'm glad Atters and Boomers have a similar stance on traitors to the party. The two of them should go on a quest with Arthur and Karie.

I actually do always take those job traits into consideration when it comes to NPCs. The traits are there, may as well give the people rewards if they're smart enough to use them. But I'm probably biased because I have Diplomacy.

It doesn't explain how rolling for it works, though. I guess I should be assuming two rolls for two separate attacks... though I thought I read differently somewhere. It's it essentially just a limited hastened, then?

Can someone explain to me how Duel Strike works exactly? You roll one die for both hits, right? What if you roll damage on that roll - are you hit only once, or twice?

The Prophetess wanted to sail to them, but the world was much more dark and dangerous then, and less was known, of course less was known and the Prophetess did not feel safe. The Prophetess wished a companion to keep her safe, but all the knights in the Prophetess' land were too afraid to go with the Prophetess until a childhood friend of the Prophetess' named the Warrior stepped up and agreed to sail with the Prophetess." "There are hundreds of stories of their adventures there are hundreds of stories. As you may imagine, the Prophetess and Warrior saw every land on Olegia and in the process fell in love. The two saw many wonders - the old Great Dragons, the Ancient and True Paladin Order, the Lifespark, the Old Gods, the Chimera itself."
