I agree with Mr Tiber and have to say no. The bluecoats are the French and the redcoats the British for me. But if you like them as American soldiers, it's fine for me... NP! Maybe you can make a decal with the same design but in dark blue... I think this will look better (see your photo). Maybe this torso design will go too (but in dark blue):

Realy nice photos Jordan... The alien I find super but some of the minifigures i find less. But in general very nice!

Very nice,... I like the bag, it gives a extra touch !!!

Thx for the kind words... but it was my first base I ever build...

--> It also depends of the state of the hull parts (used or still rather new) and about which hulls you talk. It's possible to let it float but some not for hours and hours of course. --> Or you don't use new bricks (Talking Lego). Megablock bricks doesn't have a good form and as a result they close badly. But like Peppermint_M said,... the weight is an very very important factor. --> Spoken wisely. At Bricklink you can buy boat parts and every lego brick you want... very cheap. Do you know Bricklink ? Here is a link to the boat parts. By the way 1: Lego use a Keel Weight to stabilise... so it don't it capsizes. Here is a link to the price list... it's very cheap... 0,117 USD for one. By the way 2: what kind of ship you build ?

My Moonbase is indeed based on some classic sets like the Command Center (493/926) and Beta-1 Command Base (6970).

Thank you all for the positive vibes...

Master eBay Auctions thread - post noteworthy auctions here
Capt. Kirk replied to interstellar's topic in LEGO Pirates
Or he thinks he's ship is made of gold... that prize is madness. There is thread concerning crazy prices for lego on EB… it belongs there. -
I saw it a while ago on the website of Neo-Classic-space and it's one of my favorites... But Peter did it again... he's really the king of Classic-space IMO. MOCs of Peter aka LegoLoverMan

I got a invitation from James (LostCarPark) via Flickr to join the project - 30 years Classic Space. Because I also like Classic Space beside Pirates... I was happy to join the group. My Radar Base More at Flickr More MOCs at Flickr pool - Neo Classic Space Website dedicated to 30 years Classic Space C&C is welcome, Kurt

As a child I started to collected Lego with Legoland (with the minifigs without movable arms or legs) and Homemaker (with the maxfigures with the balloon heads), but these sets where running at their last legs. So I really started as child with collecting Castle and Space lego (now know as Classic-Castle and Classic-Space)... And a little bit of Town/City - but that wasn't really my cup of tea (even today I don't like this theme)... Trains and Fabuland I never collected - although I regret that I never collected Fabuland... A little show off on the side - yes I'm one of the lucky guys that have all the sets of the late 70's and 80's in both themes, with the holy grails like the 'Yellow Castle' and the 'Galaxy Explorer (LL928)' ... But like many of us after a while you enter a dark periode of no-lego. Time goes by and after many many years I started living on my own and I moved my stuff to my place... and what I found at the attic of my parents... my old lego sets. Immediately I was back an addict. I went on the internet in search for information and an old world opened again. Because Space was always my first love... I started to build Classic-Space first... but I wanted a sub-theme. I had to make a choice between Western and Pirates... and Pirates it was. One of the reasons why my choice was Pirates, was because there were more sets. Now I do not intend to collect also these classic-pirate sets … need already enough room for C-Castle & C-Space. But the new wave I will collect for A to Z. In my search for information about Lego-Pirates I found Classic-Pirates and at that moment they did a contest... Pillage the Village. I thought by my self - and after 1 year of moc'ing - lets give it a try an enter the contest (with good result). At the main time I discovered that it was part of Eurobricks and said goodbye to my old forum and here I'm...

I think that will stay a mistery... just like the different prizes in each country. Although on BrothersBricks an answer has been given how it comes that the prices are different. What correctly the explanation was of TLC I really don't know anymore. The only thing I still know is that I found this explanation weak.
-
But if we talk about a battle,... The Romans would say; numbers don't always matter, it all depends on the strategy
-
The Pirate-ship that TLC still have to design... :pir-skull:

And how is it going Kenny ?

Brickshelf is back !!! There is also an alternative… Flickr.com or Moc-pages. I prefer Flickr because you could add notes (on the picture and under the picture). My own observation is that I see more and more builders going to Flickr or moc-pages.
-
Welcome to EB and CP... enjoy it !!!
-
Best of luck from Italy... Maybe I'm back then... if you go I go too Dieter (PM my if possible,... if you go ?!... thx in advance)
-
Don't forget that Brickshelf was off-line yesterday... al folders and pictures give the same quote: This file is not yet public.
-
What colors do you like ? By the way thank you all for the positive vibes. And now I'm going to the bar... the Italian Models are waiting... ...and that on the day of my departure... If just been to Gussland... I really like your B-1 Spaceship... nice !!!
