  1. YES. I'd pay good money to see that.
  2. Just saw Benny's SSS for £54 (!) In John Lewis today, so if you're thinking of getting one then I'd recommend heading there.
  3. This is just something I built a couple of days ago in less than an hour, and it turned out better than I expected, so I decided to put it up on my flickr account. Front: Side: Back: Thanks for looking!
  4. Hm, the set list sounds pretty good, and it's good to have so many sets in one wave- hang on a second...... Could it be...?
  5. Summer? Well, if Eurobricks was a British site then the banner would just be several minifigs with umbrellas standing in the rain. As for the current colour scheme, am I the only person that thinks the light yellow is a bit too bright?
  6. Greenpeace just released another campaign video, and this one just confuses me. Can we just ignore them now, because they're just fighting a losing battle now. Just give up, Greenpeace, you've already lost.
  7. You have to pay HOW MUCH there?!?!? Here in the UK we got it free with a £25 purchase!
  8. I managed to pick up the Exo Suit at the Architecture Studio event at WestfieId London's Lego Store yesterday, just about to open it now...
  9. A winning lottery ticket. Other than that, probably the Exo Suit and maybe some city sets. My birthdays on August 9th, so hopefully I'll get some cash to spend on some Ultra Agents sets (or I'll get 20 copies of The Lego Movie in DVD from everyone).
  10. At Argos, when you spend £25 on Lego you get a £5 voucher. So if you need to get anything under £40, get it there, but if you need anything bigger go to John Lewis and take advantage of their various discounts, especially for any TLM sets.
  11. According to the new Argos catalogue, they arrive in October.
  12. So, this person on Youtube who I've never heard of managed to get the exclusive Unikitty at SDCC, and posted a video of it on Youtube: She also put some pictures of it on her blog(I would embed the images, but they're huuuuuuge!). It hasn't got double-sided printing, but instead it includes TWO printed faces! Now I want it even more!
  13. Oh, I see. Thanks for that! Anyway, this series looks pretty great overall, and I can see myself getting several!
  14. Hmm, that lifeguards face does look familiar.... Thaks for posting a better image Eikichi! Where did you find it?
  15. Nope, but.... Argos posted an image with all of the minifigures! Theres a higher-quality image at the link above (which my computer won't let me save). So, what do you think? EDIT: Apparently "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." Anyway, you can still view the image on their site!
  16. If you have twitter, retweet this tweet from TLG and you could win the 'exclusive' Bard The Bowman minifig being offered in the raffle at SDCC. Seems like a pretty good way to give people who can't get to San Diego a chance. Also, something worth noticing on the terms and conditions for the contest: Oh, how wrong could they possibly be...
  17. Pretty good, I saw the police dropship in the West end branch for £55,which is surprising seeing as it did just come out this month... On another note, apparently if you test drive the Fiat 500L then you get the Lego Movie DVD for free. EDIT: I've just been to my local John Lewis, and it appears that they have reduced ALL of the TLM sets. These are the prices for the sets I saw: 70814 Emmet’s Construct-o-Mech: Was £50, now £40. 70815 Super Secret Police Dropship: Was £70, now £55. 70816 Benny's Spaceship, Spaceship, SPACESHIP!: Was £80, now £64 (!) 70803 Cloud Cuckoo Palace: Was £20, now £15. Melting room/Getaway Glider: Now £10. All of the 2 in 1 vehicles + Bad Cop's Pursuit: Was £25, now £20. 70807 MetalBeard's Duel: Was £30, now around £27? I think the only set I didn't actually see there was 70808 Super Cycle Chase, but that could just be my store.
  18. Yep. That's it. Pretty disappointing.
  19. Can we start hashtag #blockGreenpeace now? EDIT: I just did.
  20. Yeah, great work with Photoshop Greenpeace, I'm sure that thousands of AFOLs won't criticise you for doing that... Oh wait, I already did.
  21. So yeah, Aardman and Studiocanal are making a full Shaun the sheep Movie, which is due out in March 2015. And yes, it looks like the whole films going to be traditional Stop-motion animation. Before I say anything else, just watch the trailer: I think I'm too excited for this than I really should be... :P
  22. New Elementary just posted a review of the Exo Suit! And I'm in it! :P http://www.newelementary.com/2014/07/exo-suit-tease-and-reveal.html?m=1
  23. ... Or they could just give it all to me :P
  24. I rather expected it because they did use "Everything is Awesome!" without permission and pictured the main characters in the lego movie drowning in oil, but I do think it's funny that they spent so much time, effort and money creating this inaccurate ad for it to be just taken down a couple of days.
